There service is so bad Adrian is so rude and lazy gave me wrong information if he dont like his job he should give it to someone else but other the guy with glasses gray shirt skinny is the opposite his cool and always helps us but of Adrian ur getting a one star and reporting it to corporate too

Poor service. Waited forever to checkout, watching multiple employees walk around and none offered to help or opened a register. I stood there so long that I walked out without buying anything. Ive had better service at other AutoZone stores.

It was my first time coming to this particular store always love AutoZone but this place was good though the workers were very friendly and I had a few different questions and wasnt really sure about certain things and they took the time to explain it to me and I didnt feel like I was bugging them very helpful will definitely come back

Due to the very cold weather recently my car battery dropped to 3.8 volts over night and no way to charge it. Thanks to this staff I was able to have it checked, charged(with a 1.5 hour charging time so expect to wait or come back later) and then they checked again with good news. Feels good to be helped by honest employees to tell you whether you need a new one or just have it recharged. I had to post this due to past experiences with other establishments that said I needed a new one. Then I would go directly to another place and was shown my battery is fine, just needed to be recharged. Will come back to purchase a new one when this battery is unusable. Thanks to the employees working this day!!

Friendly excellent service. Vanessa totally saved my bacon when my phone died and I needed to transfer fund between accounts. She let me use her personal phones browser to make the transfer. I felt embarrassed but she was awesome. I was standard down in Riverside and the only itrouble I had was squeezing my fat self under the steering column to replace fuses. Thanks guys.

Really bad experience.. sent my son to pick up a brake booster. Which I paid for over the phone and they NEVER gave me a receipt number or anything.Waited a week to get part into store and I sent my son to pick it up and was told by the staff that we needed a record or receipt which,, again I was NEVER given!!! Will not buy anything from this location again...

Why dont they have all the current tags the clearamce oil was 15 bucks and they kept telling me there wasnt. I had been to 8 stores looking for the 15 a jug for full synth. Very shady

Decent service..a couple employees are respectful and really help. other employees are a bit rude and dont know what they are talking about.

Went in and ask for motor mounts and a transmission mount for my honda thought that the parts were correct until I took the mounts off and the one Autozone gave me were incorrect. Had to waste time in going back to get the correct part. But once there they didnt even have the part and they had to order online so now have to waste more time so I can get the correct parts. Waste of time and gas going back and forth.

Loaned me the right tools and had the greatest patience for me while getting my battery installed.

Autozone is somewhat slow, but. This is go to be the SLOWEST, INEFFICIENT, AutoZone in the whole US. It is miserable going to this location, they should close it or get better efficient personal.....

In the 5 years I have been shopping here this place is always understaffed, the employees seem to be more interested in answering the phones than ringing up actual, real customers who are sitting there ready to buy products. God forbid you have a question that is outside of the limitations of their computer systems.Heres a crazy concept, if Im there to buy chrome polish and a polishing rag what makes you think I want you to try to upsell some lucus products????More disposable people running a disposable store for disposable America.
