VERY unprofessional and it shows throughout. So I call before 9 because thats when my appointment was. I spoke to an employee named IVONNE and told them I was asked to bring paperwork. The employee said I didnt need it anymore & it was useless? But I told them the previously spoken to person(manager) said I NEEDED IT? She the proceeds to act RUDE and say NOW YOU CANT COME WITHOUT IT AND WE WONT GIVE YOU TIME TO HAVE IT FAXED HERE and when I ask why....she hangs up ππ€‘?. So I miss my appointment. I left voicemails for different employees afterwards and heard nothing. Figures im not worth the time
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! & THEY SELL CARS THAT HAVENT BEEN THROUGH INSPECTION YET SO BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU BUY! BOUGHT MY CAR AND GOTTA WAIT A WEEK BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE IT! THEY SHOULD OF HAD INSPECTION DONT WHEN I BOOK APPOINTMENT. & ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ONCE I BOUGHT THE CAR MY INSPECTION/SERVICE SHOULD OF BEEN HANDLE FIRST BEFORE ANY WALK-INS!
I am an old Veteran from the old school where a handshake is your bond and your word. Having said that Moss Motors is any thing BUT that...Three weeks i have been trying to reach their finance department. I have left countless messages. My new car financing has gone tru and they have yet to payoff a small note left on my old vehicle. So now I am facing two car payments this month....one word BEWARE!!!
Earl, in sales, was a pleasure to work with. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle we were looking at. Mike, the sales manager went above and beyond to make the numbers work and meet my magic number. And Ozzie in finance made quick of the finance paperwork. All in all it was a great experience and would definitely consider Moss Jeep, Dodge in the future.
Be VERY careful. Once they get you in their sales pipeline, they will not let you out the door without using every scummy trick in the book. You are much better off going to another dealer where they treat you with respect.
I went there on a Saturday looking for a part my Toyota Tundra is 12 years old and in need of lots of parts. The parts Department Department was very knowledgeable about understanding what I needed and where to look it up at. The part I needed had to be special ordered the gentleman that help me order the part and inform me of being on a Wednesday.I was very grateful for the awesome service I received, Moss Brothers has an outstanding reputation for quality and service.
Shady. Salesman are nice. But dont trust their car photos or prices. Cars look pristine when theyβre actually not. Prices are not the ones displayed on their website. Theyβll add stuff on top of the displayed price. A car published at 17k will be 20k when you get there.
People were great real patient and polite, but this was just for the first day i went to look at the trucks.. I didnt understand all the numbers and. discounts that they were giving me. They told me i had good credit score to qualifie me at the end i couldent close a deal i kept the truck for a week n then the try to discount more money and raise the payment. When i went back for the refund on my down payment . all the smiles and courtesy were gone.. Really un profesional.. Im glad i didnt give them my business..
Employees are nice except for Geo Moss. My purchasing experience was not very pleasant. Test drove and the jeep was out of gas. The roof was dirty when I asked the sales manager about it. He said to call to make an appointment. There was also a scratch and a chip on the roof. I called and got a run around as the sales manager wasnt there as he specifically told me to make the appointment with him directly. Told them to just take the message. Called the next day when I didnt get a call back. Got the same run around. Instructed them to leave message for the sales manager. Third day still no call back. Had to call and got an appointment. They detailed and did a better job, but not the chip. I asked to speak to the owner, but was instructed Geo Moss wanted to talk to me. He was not compassionate and said they did the best they could. Tell me how a chip cannot be repaired. I posted on their facebook and asked the public how it cant be repaired and is that acceptable. They quickly removed my post. My post was not nasty at all. Just asking. They replied to the other page when I posted my review and removed the picture where it showed the chip. Unbelievable. Refused to fix a tiny chip. Very disappointed with the whole thing and especially with Geo. I asked to speak to the owner, but he would not allow me to.
I am giving only one stars as I am not happy with the Service I got from the Moss Bros team, Again and again i am experiencing supper poor after sales service . I leased out a 2018 Jeep Wrangler and this jeep create many issues and top of that I need to take the vehicle to the dealer two or more than two times for the the same repair as the Moss Bros team unable to get it done the repair at first time. Also I had bad customer service from the service representatives many times . Accordingly I personally do not recommend Moss Bros as a good dealer for you to purchase a vehicle .
Long story short. These guys put me into an upside down purchase in a car I didnβt even want. Just because they told me to drive off a lot with a car that I had initially started a process in but did not complete. Which they used to pressure me into buying a vehicle using the excuse they couldnβt take the car back because it had already been driven off the lot and had a dmv paper work In process, which I didnβt sign for. The original sales guy and paper prep guys were not there for The second 2 days. I visited this location 4 times, 1st time sales guy and manager, 2nd visit sales guy and manager, 3rd time no sales guy or manager -βnew sales guy βother guys were βoffβ, next visit they were off again and again no phone answer, nothing . I could no longer seem to reach these original sales and manager guys. Long story short they scammed me and pressured me into buying a vehicle saying I had no choice but to take on the loan from the original truck and paper work or get a cheaper vehicle. I ended up upside ( car more expensive then itβs actual value). I would recommend to look elsewhere or not to purchase from these guys. Donβt finance through them and have your own financing plus have an idea of what you are paying and what you want to pay.
Took my wifes new Honda Accord for its 1,000 mile checkup yesterday...service was above excellent and she was shown how to use some of the bells and whistles that came with the car, they were happy to spend a few minutes explaining...thinking seriously of a new Clarity for myself now due to how well we have been treated here...Ill be back soon for that white Clarity very soon...
They worked hard to get me approved for financing as well as a fair interest rate and worked with me when any issues arose with the vehicle. Kudos to Joey and Ozzy, who are both very reliable, honest and diligent.
Worst experience Do not recommendWorst customer serviceBody shopNot professional
Im giving this place 2 stars because of your service member with the worst customer service and bad attitude. His name is Rick and when i took in my car today for a new tire he could not be more unhelpful and just had a bad attitude on him. Thankfully Sarah was more than capable of solving my issues and was super friendly. If you guys dont like your job which literally entails you to work with people maybe you need to find a new job, because the one you have now isnt for you. We are all stressed specially in the times we are living in. the last thing i need is to have to go in to repair my car and you give me your bad attitude for bringing my business to your establishment. We are still bringing our business to you guys even after we took our car in for service and we had our rims and tires stolen from where you guys had the car. Some of your members need to reevaluate what customer service is.
Moss Brothers Toyota is an honest dealership. As with any car dealership, how good of a deal you get depends on how good your negotiating skills are. At this dealership you will receive excellent customer service and respect from a qualified sales staff.
I purchased a new Jeep from them and the service was good. I tried to buy locally instead of going elsewhere to support my community. Ive had a few issues with the service department but all in all it seems to be good. My new car has a defect steering wheel so Im waiting for my new one to come in so they can change it out
Not recommended. Traveled down there after the Sales manager said he could make a deal on a trade in after giving him all the details. Was to meet at 10 am and he wasnt a show. We called him and he said he was right around the corner and would be right there. Another Salesman was helping us and giving us the run around. In tyhe middle if the paintwork process, the salesman went to help someone else. Bad business. Finally met with Manager as when he arrived never came to meet up with us. After taking some initial data,he returned and said couldnt make it work . He should not make promises and waste his time and especially our time. Will NEVER return to the Honda dealership in Modem Valley. Not professional. The commercial about being the helpful Honda people is a joke. One star is being generous
Took car on Thursday got back on Wednesday. I went in knowing it would not be overnight, the work I had done was engine related among other things that were found. Martin the service technician did a great job keeping me informed as to the status of my car, and arranging for me to get a rental during the process. Thank you Moss Bros Chevrolet and Moss Bros. Buick - Chevrolet.
If you prefer to be treated rudely and taken advantage of I would suggest Moss Bros. They seem to have a policy of treating customers with disrespect and adding additional BULL$HIT to drive the cost of their vehicles up.
I was a Toyota person for many years but the salesperson was so rude, I had to leave. I bought my 1st Honda at this dealership and it was a great experience. Had my 1st service done today and I had a comfortable wait time. Nice lounge...
Brian in the parts department was very helpful. My remote for my car was not functioning all the time, so I let Brian look at it and he told me it was a quick fix. He replaced the battery in the remote. Thank you Brian.
These guys... Got my truck back after having some repairs. And found freaken cat paw prints all over my seats and dash board. The inside was all full of heavy dirt dust. They didnt have the common courtesy to roll up my windows, during the two weeks they had it. Hell theres only two windows. Sad...Id expect something like this from some hole in the wall repair shop. But not a major dealership. AT MOSS YOU PAY THE COST, Should be the new jingle.
Every dis pleased made an appointment to get my oil changed and i was there for 3 hours. And they say they did a 130 point inspection and thats not true because my last oil at a different dodge dealer and they told me my lower control arms needed to be replaced soon and Cecil me also my bushings needed to be replaced. Mossy 130 point inspections said nothing needed to be addressed.
Had my car repairedGood work looks just like newRepairmen know there workQuick service knowledgeable crewsOnly had to wait a few days not months to get my car backππ
Just finished wasting time at Moss Bros. My wife is handicapped and made sure that she had all info before we came down cus we took a 3 hrs bus ride to see these guys. Couldnt afford to come down and being denied. We were promised that the info we gave them would assure us that we would drive off the lot. Only thing that held us back was proof of residence doesnt my address on my dl prove my address that wasnt sufficient. So right now trying to figure out how to get home.
They dont honor what they say. Bought a 2013 Wrangler new here and was told told I had free oil changes for life. They want me to buy all these other services at extremely high prices to continue my free oil changes. Was never part of the original deal.Secondly when I was in the market for a truck they told me they had exactly what I was looking for. Wasnt even close to what I wanted and they kept trying to sell me something I didnt want. Then they said they would order me exactly what I wanted. This was just a scam to try and break me.This dealer is nothing but scams. Do yourself a favor and dont give in to it. Go out and do some work to get what you want. I got my new 2017 RAM exactly how I wanted it in San Diego for $20,000 less than MSRP.
In my opinion these guys are great very friendly and our sales rep Freddy has made quite the impression on us so much so we went back and bought it second car from them so now we owe a Jeep Rubicon truck and a Jeep Wrangler thank you Freddy for everything youve done
We had a great car buying experience in this beautiful dealership. Our salesperson, William was great. We love our new 2018 Tacoma!
This place does not know their vehicles. I had to go to them 3 times before they gave me a correct part to a Toyota Highlander. I might as well order online to someone more reputable than these guys. What disturb me most is that they could not give me the part for FREE for all my time wasted. It was an Oil Filter.
Frank is awesome!! .. Hes Friendly..Honest.. Helpful...and he always make sure youre comfortable while waiting for your car
Went with my daughter to their Toyota dealership. Wonderful experience. They worked hard to help her get the car she wanted. We left with her driving a brand new(only 12 miles on it), 2018 Toyota Corolla!!! Theres a gong that you ring when the deal is made!!!
We were giving our 2015 Civic to our son. But the cell phone feature in the car no longer worked. They were unable to fix it and were going to have to replace it. Of course he did just stopped working when it was no longer under warranty. It was going to be expensive but I did want it working before we gave it to ourr son. Fortunately the gentleman I was working with called me the next day and said he had explained to Honda about our situation and they decided they would pay for it. We were extremely happy and pleased with the service we received at the dealership.
Excellent service!! Took care of my car quickly. Indedifed airbag recall and corrected it. Josh Daniels went above and beyond insuring I was satisfied.
Services center always provide great service. They maintain costumers informed of their work and wating time... clean area, and courteous employees.
Lube and oil change. Coffee and doughnuts were available. Large TV in waiting area, plenty of seating. I was able to wander around, looking at accessories for my truck. I was also able to look around the lot at newer models. All of the people who work there were very friendly and amiable. If you have to get your vehicle worked on, I cant imagine a better way to pass the time.
What a bunch of liars Moss Brothers is the most ghetto dealership Ive ever been in my life. They told us one price on the phone, once we got there the price was $7,000 different, go figure. We went to another dealership the same afternoon and bought a car at the same price we were guote on the phone for the other dealership.
I was sold a POS used car that died on me the second third day of use. Turns out the battery terminals were completely messed up. Buyer beware!
... although once upon a time, my car was returned from Moss Bros. Toyota Scion service with $400 missing from the center console. They didnt admit fault but did return $200 of the money. I must say that it left a bitter taste that I have yet to rid. That was my only poor experience with Moss Bros. I think that over the years, they have improved their operation.
My bestie bought his truck in less than 2 or 3 hours. It is really nice.
I am very satisfied with the service done on my Toyota RAV4. I recommend this dealership highly.
Usually they do well . The last time I had 800 dollars of work done and got my car back and my windshield wipers didnt work cause they didnt hooknall.rje wires back up when they put it back to gather and it cost me 108 to have somewhere else fix it
Nice selection of trucks. My husband thinking of purchasing a Suburban truck. They are roomy.
I came here to have my car serviced and was helped by a nice man named Ken. He was able to tell me what was wrong with my car, (explained to me in laymans terms so I better understood), what options I had, and didnt make me feel like I was getting robbed! I will be coming here to have my old truck serviced from now own.
Ive been dealing with Julio in the parts department. Hes been really helpful. Its been a pleasure to work with him.
Went to this dealership to see a Jeep wrangler, after I tested drive one I told the sales person that I will be back in a couple o months because I wasnt ready and he said that if I take the car he will give me a big discount 10,000 to be exact so I said if you give me that discount I will take it, so we went in and they check my credit, after that his manager came in and told me that the sales person make mistake and the price he gave me was wrong 48,000 and the correct price was 56,0000, so istead of giving me 10,000 discount they try to increase 8,000 so I walk away, no going back to this place.
Great deals plus the sales manager is who I recommend to my friends thank brandy.βπ
(Toyota) Service advisor Craig Suchil is nice, and will try to get you in and out quickly. Awesome guy. Two stars for their lube techs failing to rotate my tires. It would have been 1 star if it wasnt for Craig.. Yeah maybe I do have heavier off road tires and theyll try to avoid it (I know because Ive been in their same shoes) but hey, thats what you signed up for entering the automotive repair field. So do what I did and mark your tires/wheels to be absolutely certain the job gets done. Pretty upset that I have to wait a while longer now.
The sales team was super nice explained everything in detail. Very happy will recommend.
Walking into the main office was slightly intimidating, but the front desk and the lady behind it was helpful, polite, and courteous. The process of getting my comuter car was simple and easy, they even payed for the tow truck to come and pick up my Eclipse that broke down on the way there. I have recently received and inheritance, and played cash. It slightly felt like after it was all said and done, they waved me goodbye without any kind of follow up that would happen if I financed the car, but other than that, a great place to look, ask questions, and discuss possibilities. Ok
The service dept. Was excellent. Professional and fast.
Con-artists. Was told to put more money on my application than I have coming in. My monthly car note is high. Im 70yrs old. Fix income. If I cant keep-up, I will be out of a car. They have my 2013.
Worst experience Ive ever had. The Joker that I dealt with basically baited and switched cars on me. And then had the nerve to argue with me, talk down to me, as well as argued and belittled my mother. I will forever tell everyone the horrible experience that I endured at this establishment and will never be back. They can go screw themselves. I really wish I can give less than one star. If I could, I would.
The service team is always great. I have never bought a car here, but I wont go anywhere else for service.
Cant believe Moss Chevrolet could not get an oil change done in 5 hours before they closed at 5 on a Saturday. I went to Riverside Chevrolet that closes at 3pm to get my oil change done on the same Saturday. Poor customer service.
Just picked up some antifreeze. Nice clean waiting area and parts department. Friendly folks working there.
They always take care of what I need for my Toyota
Friendly staff, very helpful when trying to get my car tuned. Weekend wait times are long sometimes even with appt.
Love my Toyota Tacoma. always take it here for its service.
If there was a minus star rating I would score accordingly. I cant speak for every individual but the ones I dealt with recently you know who you are, not only sold me expensive parts I didnt need but put back those so called non working parts back in my car when I brought it back to them the very next day with all the same issues! Asked to talk to the owner which was never there supposedly.. Already did a lot of work on my vehicle there and they still did all that to me. Save yourself the headaches and $$ and go to Toyota of Redlands!
What an amazing experience, they were amazing, low pressure, easy to deal with...if car buying was this enjoyable I would buy a car a day....truly, great job...I highly recommend this place...Kudos π
Very nice guy at the service desk but I broke down 400 miles from home and 40 miles from my hotel. They had no rentals which I understand because it was late in the day but they had no transportation to get me to my hotel with everything I had to take but they said they would fix the truck. That wasnt going be of use to me with no transportation to my hotel.
Excellent service, came back here for the second purchase. Great prices.
Had offer in writing, went in, 2 hours into process refused to honor offer because it was βtoo low.β Donβt waste your time with bait and switch.
The last time I had service at Moss, someone stole the carpet mat of my third row from my GMC Acadia. The service manager replaced it with a mat that doesnt even fit. Prior to that, your mechanic said I needed brakes and that I should get it done today at a sale price. I took it to my normal mechanic, a year-and-a-half later my brakes had to be replaced. These issues are things that just happened to me, Ive heard others complain of similar issues. When Adrian was involved in the dealerships, thats when the name Moss meant integrity and honesty.
Moss Brothers Honda is where I take my vehicle there for service, service representative Christian Gonzalez is the bestππ
I swear they hold your keys for ransom until youre so over it and mad, then they eventually come out with the deal you went in for. Our initial sales guy was great though
Dont go here if you want to haggle on used car prices. There prices are set and they wont budge a bit. Go elsewhere.
It was a great experience the people was marvelous the people took care of you like you were family I appreciate it the love was there
The salesman out on the lot are pretty green and young, but the senior guys dealing inside are friendly and very easy to deal with..
Horrible costumer service, i went in there just to check out a new honda accord and right away the guy was pressuring me into signing paperwork to purchase the vehicle, and once i told him i wasnt ready to buy just yet he was very rude and hesitant to let me test drive the car, dont recommend anyone to go there, definitely never going back there
Really nice dealership really nice salesman who work with you and try to get you the best deal possible no lies no drama etc etc they just tell you how it is and try to help you to the best of their ability for you to get that car that you want go to Moss Brothers Chevrolet in Moreno Valley and you will leave with the car they do a really good job at getting people approved bad credit good credit mediocre credit they work with anybody and everybody Ive never been to a dealership like this this place is above the Rest by far its clean need all the employees are friendly they help you they have snacks and coffee for those who have to wait or are going to be there for a while and its all free so I could go on and on about how good and great this places but Ill let you go check it out for yourself so when you guys get time stop by Moss Brothers Chevrolet in Moreno Valley we also have Moss Brothers Honda Moss brother VW Moss brother Chrysler Jeep and Dodge Moss Brothers Toyota Moss Brothers Honda you name it they have it and all the dealerships are run exactly the same way mr. Moss takes pride in his dealerships and make sure of that thank you for your time hope to see you around there soon hope to see you driving out of there in a new car soon hahaha Christmas is coming up to so let your friends know thank you
Absolutely Amazing Sale Men Armando Morales π And I Love Hitting the Gong
(Mo) is a very pleasant. Love this guy
The 2019 metal-flake brown GMC Acadia, Im still getting letters of denial.
They are always friendly Ive purchased all my vehicles and serviced all of them their very dependable and DO NOT upsale the services needed on the vehicles.
Took the car in for its scheduled oil change. We had an appointment. Took them three hours past our appointment time to get to our vehicle. For the next two days all we had were oil spots in our driveway. So we took it back for them to fix whatever they didnt do the first time. This is just plain sloppy work. If you dont know how to change oil, you should not be working at a car dealership.
Just bought a honda, Alex and Steve Kennedy awesome to deal with.would definitely send friends or family here.
Pricing good, almost great experience one slight issue with paperwork
Went in to see if they had a part for my van and sure enough they did period a little pricey though. The gentlemen in the service/parts department was very helpful with a sense of humor to match made my experience very pleasurable.
Helped my kid with his truck recall and were great when we purchased our 2nd Prius in a row from them.
My daughter got a great deal, the sales people and finance people reallyknow their jobs
Very attuned to the customer great customer service with a smile very professional
Brought my truck for a 1st service was pretty fast
The service has gotten better there as far as I can see now if we can get them to answer there phones
I recomend u to go with vincent he help me with my 3 cars i got there and help some of my friends too really nice guy ...i take my cars for service too and the people there are greatπ
Very friendly work hard for you to understand what they upgraded what they fix great customer service
In town and had vehicle issues. Moss Bros. Took care of us and got us on our way quickly and professionally.
Competitive prices, staff is courteous and service wait time is reasonable.
Nice guys but had to wait a long time. They were real busy and I had not made an appointment.
Was a great place Timmy the advisor was just wonderful
Nice place to buy a new or used vehicle π,,
Bought our second car here. Salesman was really Kool
Service center has helpful people and they do their best to take walk-ins. Service prices are expensive however.
They treat you like a human.
Nice dealership staff friendly clean 4 stars
