Some of these employees need a yearly or monthly customer service course, the lady and older gentleman wer very helpful, but the bald man with glasses and younger guy with a bierd and a backwars baseball cap omg rude and seem unhappy,. Will not return. I Well give my business to autozone or Oreillys any day.

Great staff, top quality parts. Had all but one I needed, but they recommended another shop that had it in stock. A+ will come again. Prices are more than AutoZone/OReilly but it is 100% worth it because the quality is much better so they last longer and it evens out .

Really helpfull on my first visit. The part was misbox. I bought the right part at autozone because they did not have the part in stock. They pretty much accuse me of switching the part and they would not return my money. The store manager said that every remanufacture part is painted back witch is not true. I went to the Napa wearhouse in ontario. They return my money within 2 minutes of me explaining to them my problem. I will never return to this napa store again.

Absolutely outstanding service. The battery in our CR-V died today and they sold me a Napa Gold battery, brought it out to me in the parking lot and even lent me the tool to install it. The attitude was, as usual, great. These are the reasons that NAPA has my business.

Napa is the place for the more experienced person working on their vehicle. Its old school, 9 times out of 10 they will have what you need. Not just the general stock like other part stores.

Today when I got off of the metrotrain at downtown Riverside, my car would not start. Luckily I had jumper cables and a nice man close by to help me out. I found Napa Auto Part store right around the corner and they were awesome to me! I am a single 55 yr old female and it has been a while since I have had to change my battery. Although they could not install it for me, they assisted me and I want to say thank you! I recommend this store!

I was assisted by the salesman, Robert who went out of his way to find me a great deal on a power window unit that needed replacing. Service was fast and friendly.
