One of my best car buying experiences so far. Obviously dealerships are YMMV but Riverside Chevrolet let me leave with a new car and feeling taken care of. I had been shopping around for a EV, used or new and had done a fair amount of research of my own. It seemed like whenever I would go to browse, kick tires, and try to learn more that the guys from other dealerships either didnt care or didnt know much about EVs.I had finally found a used Chevy Bolt and wanted to go take another look with my girlfriend to see if this was the right car. When I got there Alfredo took care of me and gave me one of the best car buying experiences I could ask for. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely had my interests at heart. He did not rush me and did not pressure me into anything. He listened to what I had to say and helped me get the best deal that I could. He even got my the rate I was looking for through my credit union but through the dealership. I was directed by Chevrolet to deal with Riverside Chevrolet. I was involved in a buyback because of the numerous problems I had with my 2019 truck. Masood went above and beyond my expectations. He ordered my truck exactly the way I wanted it, even down to the smallest features black bow tie. Im very happy with the service I have received from Riverside Chevrolet. Cant say enough good things about them. Derek in the finance department was very understanding and listened to everything we had to say. Ricky, the salesman, answered all my questions showed me different options on the truck that I did not know where available and help me set up my Chevy app. What a great group of gentlemen. Absolutely an amazing experience from start to finish! Jose initially helped me out showing me my new Chevy Silverado 1500, we went back into the office he ran some numbers with me and promised me that he would do all that he could to get me the best deal possible closest to what I was asking for. And let me tell you thatβs exactly what he did! He got me exactly what I was looking for and stuck to his word! After the fact heβs colleague Orlando had to take over and finish up some paperwork, he was extremely helpful as well and got all the paperwork squared away and ready! After we headed to finance where we meet Derek and he made the whole process quick and easy. He didnβt make me feel like it was necessary to purchase things I didnβt want and made me feel extremely comfortable with my decisions. He was a really easy person to talk and got the job done quick! Would I recommend this place to anyone with the curiosity of buying their first truck and or any other Chevy vehicle for that matter? ABSOLUTELY! The team at Riverside went above and beyond! Their customer service was the best we have received at a car dealership. We dealt mostly with Raul, who worked for days trying to locate the exact spec vehicle we were looking for. Once he found it, instead of asking us to visit the dealership again, he had a colleague David safely deliver the car to our house - and they collected our trade in vehicle all in one go. Couldnβt recommend Riverside Chevy high enough!! Follow up was great and werenβt too pushy
Although the service took a little longer than I expected (5 Hours) because the parts department didnt have the parts in inventory and they had to send someone to a different location to retrieve the parts while I waited in the customer waiting room. The service was excellent and the waiting room was clean and quiet. Brian was an excellent Service Advisor! I told him the maintenance I wanted performed on my vehicle and he made sure it was performed and completed properly. The vehicle had been sitting in my garage for 6 months, so I did not have it insured at the time. I requested that the vehicle not be test driven on any street or highway by anyone, due to it not being insured, just in case it was involved in a motor vehicle accident to protect the Mechanic, Riverside Chevrolet and myself! Brian made sure to let the Mechanic know that the vehicle was not insured and that the owner was not giving permission to anyone to drive or test drive the vehicle, except on business property only! Overall, Im very satisfied with my Service Advisor Brian and the Mechanic that performed the service! Thank you to all involved!George Sargent

I went to Riverside Chevrolet and Iβm glad I went there to purchase my 2021 Camaro. Itβs was the fastest processed I had been too. The sales person Alfredo was very good and courteous. Even Tony his boss was good. There was no haggling of price. Jose the Finance Manager was also good. Never pressure to buy extra products. Jose was very detailed in explaining the computations and the charges and what is covered by the you purchased. Best dealership I have been ever to purchased a car. I was out in less than an hour.
Customer service was great, I requested a Spanish speaker and Martin was great. He answered all our questions and made the whole process simple and fast. I have heard about long wait times at dealers and with the attention Martin gave us time really flew by.
Brian did a great job for us, got the repairs done within the time promised and for the exact cost quoted, as well as took care of processing everything against our extended warranty policy.
Brian was top-notch, and took great care of me from beginning to end. He is the reason I am giving top marks on this survey, as I am aware that the score reflects directly on him. (edit:here in Google, I adjusted the score to 2 stars, a more accurate score).That said, the dealership itself represents probably the WORST dealership experience Ive had to contend with in many years. As always, it took nearly 48 hours to get a live person on the phone at all. I went to voicemail and my messages were never returned. This is, of course, a system issue - you need to lose the phone system and simply hire a service concierge like other agencies. Until you do this, its an affront that you would even send surveys, let alone encourage your people to beg for high marks.Again, Brian did a great job. But your service manager should be sent directly to EDD to apply for unemployment benefits.
I honestly feel that customer service isnt even something that riverside Chevrolet is striving for. As a past customer under prior ownership and could compare the difference... Im not really satisfied I called twice to check on the status of my vehicle and was sent to voice mail. I ended up just showing up. Prior I had asked for a blind spot mirror repair...I was quoted $355.00 no competive pricing ... I asked for a diagnostic report because of engine noise and was told I had to schedule two weeks out for appointment ... disappointing
Had an awesome service experience today. These guys are 1st class all the way. I have a 2021 Bolt and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Steve, my Service Consultant is the best. And Chuck isnt so bad either....π

The service tech did not research my bumper to bumper extended warranty. Said I had to pay for inspection and replacement of the battery in a sarcastic form. One call to my sales rep and he got it handled. After that, the service tech called me thanking me for providing the information. Can they not see it in the computer??? My sales rep is awesome. Not his department and still took care of it.

Steve the 42 year experience in mechanics needs to update his skills. The only thing he is good at is being rude to customers and not wanting to hear he was at fault. Wake up dealer ship look at reviews on just his service. He literally needs a new occupation. His attitude definitely has blown any chance of me buying from them again and I have bought 3 vehicles in the past.
Manny is an amazing salesman! He genuinely cares about his customers. He thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle. He gave me a full tour of the dealership so I know where exactly where to go when I service my vehicle.
This is a good place to buy your Chevy. They give you good service when you buy your pick up truck, the oil and mechanical change service in jeneral while you wait for your car service or buy your pickup π» truck. You get some nice coffee water in the waiting room. You get some nice model in Chevy truck

Worked with Brian in Service. He was helpful, thorough and kept me updated as service was working on the Avalanche. Asked for brakes and transmission service and Brian checked them both out and determined neither were ready for service...excellent honest service.

I dont know whats going on with this company but Ive been calling for over a week to schedule the service on my 2015 Chevy Silverado, Ive left multiple messages with the service department and not 1 call back. Love my Chevy but the service cant say the same.

I purchased a vehicle a month ago from Riverside Chevrolet and I would advise anyone interested in a vehicle to not buy from here. I purchased a certified vehicle that supposedly went through a 172 point inspection and when I got home had to take it into service for a brake issue. I was promised interior repairs that have yet to be completed, the General Manager Tony Bozarth has yet to return my call. The Service Manager has yet to return my call. Horrible customer service!

The service went as normal and they fixed the back seat belt. My husband had mentioned about a chip or something in that nature on the gear shifter in not only my car but his as well and the service guy actually accused us of throwing our keys at it and it made it chip. But how can that be our cars donβt take keys itβs a Key fob. How could he just assume that he knew what happened and not even look into that it could be a possible defect because it happened in both of our cars.

Tania was excellent at making sure that I was aware of all of the suggested maintenance to my Silverado per my current milage. She was also excellent at communicating additional services that I was unaware that would help the longevity of my engine and transmission. I was pleased that she really tried her best to give me the best package financially... basically the best bang for my buck. Her positive attitude was infectious which really made me feel comfortable that I wasnt getting any service that I didnt need. She also let me know that I was eligible for the military discount because of my prior military enlistment. I would definitely recommend family, friends and even people that I didnt know to have their vehicles serviced at Riverside Chevrolet, if all of the service team gave this VIP customer service like Tania did. I will definitely be getting all of my service at Riverside Chevrolet because it is a 5 star service team.

Maria was very professional she explained the services provided for my vehicle. Service was pretty quick and I was very happy.
It took 4 phone calls and 4 messages over 1.5 weeks to get a response and schedule an appointment with the service dept. I identified the issue, shift to park message being part of a manufacturers bulletin and they requested to bring it in for diagnostic to confirm the issue. Dropping off the vehicle was smooth and simple, staff was courteous. After confirming the issue within a couple hours, they called and said it would cost $600 to correct the problem. They claimed this was not covered by the original vehicle warranty, nor the extended bumper to bumper warranty we purchased with the vehicle for $2,500. When I checked with the extended warranty they informed me that a claim had been filed by the dealer and they would cover most of the cost. In the end after negotiating, I ended up paying $185. to get the work completed. This negotiation should not have been necessary. I feel this being a systemic problem, should have been corrected at no cost, as it is a manufacturers issue. I feel we got taken advantage of by the dealers service dept.

Riverside Chevrolet did a knock-out job on my car. I have a C7 Corvette Stingray. They changed the tires and oil and put a new cabin filter into my car. Love the new tires. The only thing I had a problem with was getting ahold of them to get my car in for service; after one week of persistent calling, I called the sales department. After alerting sales, the service department called back in about 15 minutes. Iβm glad I got into their queue, I was well taken care of by respectful and professional people in a very polite manner. Their prices are very competitive given their dealer status. I would recommend them to service your car. I trust them with mine.

I would give Riverside Chevrolet 0 stars. We took our truck in for check engine light alert. When we dropped off the truck Service Tech (Tonya) stated on the paperwork that multi pointe check would be done. They were suppose to check if what was wrong with the truck was covered by the warranty as well. When my truck was being brought to me the lug nut cap was falling off and the bumper was damaged. I asked (Tonya) for a print out of everything they checked. She then stated that the multi pointe check was not done that she just walks around the truck and checks the body. However, on the paperwork when I paid she put that it was done. I have attempted to contact the General Manager regarding this but he has not returned my call. I also reviewed the warranty and what they charged might in fact be covered under the warranty.

Team quickly came out once I parked car in the service line. I was greeted and then walked through my options w/ respect to the issues I provided the dealership regarding my car troubles. They provided some options and also took my phone # so I could be reached once they started the diagnostics. They called and explained what parts / systems had failed and needed repair, including some good news about several issues that were still covered by my extended warranty. The best thing was they fixed several major issues in less than 1 day, and had me back on the road mid-afternoon, with all my car issues solved.
Service advisor always says that shell call us back but always had an excuse of having a wrong contact number on her papers even though i told her a few times my number my wife can also attest to this. We always ending up calling her multiple times....

Orlando was very honest, calm, and helpful. He wasnβt pushy at all. Went the day before and wanted a z71 but it had scratches. The finance guys didnβt want to budge on the price so we left. The next day we decided to go back and thankfully there was a new LT on the lot with the packages we wanted. I wish the dealership would at least work with the people who have really good credit and drop the price at least a couple thousand. We put 10k down as well so Iβm not sure why they insisted on sticker price. My husband is also military so that was a bummer when other dealerships have sold us cars for MSRP. I also didnβt like the percentage we got. 4.9 is high for our credit and it seems that itβs what everyone gets for 72 months financing. Thankfully Derek worked it to drop a tiny bit but I would have liked to see it in the low 3%Overall, our experience was okay. Mainly disappointed with the numbers but the customer service remained professional.

Riverside Chevrolet was the first dealership I visited to check out the 21 Bolt Premier lease pricing. I decided to wait and check around the area to see what all of my options were. I looked at about 8 nearby Chevy dealerships and not only did they not have all the features that Riverside Chevy had, but they were also a little bit more expensive. Riverside Chevy really did set the bar high in that they really want their customer to have the maximized options on their vehicles. I tried to find other dealerships with those options but they were all lacking. To top it off Ken, Derek and Muhammad helped make my purchase easy! They were all very professional and knowledgeable of their trade. I would highly recommend Riverside Chevy to anyone!
I had an appointment on Friday morning but when I arrived I was told they were too busy to complete the work on Friday. I was given the option to leave the car over the weekend or reschedule for Monday. I choose to reschedule for Monday. It seemed odd that I was given an appointment on Friday if they couldnt do the work on Friday. I (and my pickup ride) drove there on Friday for nothing. To the positive, everything went well on Monday and they even allowed me to pick up my car after normal service hours on Monday evening.
Ken was a great salesman! He negotiated a great deal. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the car and the whole purchase! I would recommend seeing him when you go!
Julian was great. I know he is new and still learning but I LOVED his patience and relaxed attitude. I dont like car shopping because I always feel rushed and pressured. He let me ask all of my questions and opened up the 2 vehicles I was looking at and let me go back and forth for a while, until I made my decision. I really appreciated it.

Alfredo was awesome. I had been to a couple dealers near me and had become very frustrated by their bait and switch tactics to get me in the door. Alfredo was completely up front and even gave me a complete breakdown of the costs before I drove out to the dealership (I live about 30 miles away) I ended up getting exactly what I wanted for a price far below what any dealer near me was offering. He was also so great with all members of my family even if some of them can be difficult. Best car buying experience ever!
