Received great customer service. They were able to find my part quick and when checking out they were friendly.

Called for a brake line so I can get to work …and a gentleman let me know they have a whole room of them but he doesn’t get paid enough to look through them I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone… like if you don’t get paid enough get another job

Female worker was very rude the guy sounds like he knows how to talk to people

I highly recommend this store, the Manager Anthony was very Helpful in seeing that I received Excellent Customer Service & he assisted me in getting a part that I was having a lot of trouble getting in a timely matter, I would definitely refer everybody here the prices are good and if they dont have the part in stock they make sure they get it for you.

I have been getting my parts here for the longest. If they order you the wrong parts they will fix it asap. High quality parts and definitely good costumer service.

Bad customer experience.I went in with my broken part wrapped in a paper towel. I heard shouts for someone to help a customer. When the man came to the counter, I set my part down and unwrapped it. I was starting to explain what it was, and he interrupted me to say that they dont carry that.I tried to continue explaining what my part was, and he interrupted me again, saying hood latch, right? Youll have to go to a junk yard or the dealer if you want that part. Then he started talking with one of his coworkers.I waited a minute for him to answer his co-workers question, then I said that OReilly has the part (to see if he might try harder; OReilly does carry the part; I was just trying Star to see if I could find a better price). He once again told me in no uncertain terms that they dont carry my part.If Star is monitoring this, it was an older Asian gentleman who was helping me, but I didnt catch his name. By the way, my part is a trunk latch, not a hood latch.

If you think you know you dont ask these guys 1st and they will let you know if your right or wrong. They always care about my project and there to assist.

This place is great because if they dont have the part you need they order it and it will get there with in 2 hours

Waited over 15 min to finally get up to the counter to be helped and then the phone rang and instead of asking caller to hold the clerk went on to start looking up parts for the guy on the phone while the other clerk finally stopped what he was doing and started answering phones and just asking the caller to hold

Wasted an hour of my time buying a battery and they sold me the wrong one talk about incompetence

Wow, talk about a D-bag move. You could have at least told me sorry were closed, call back tomorrow instead of having me wait for 17 minutes before being hanged up on. Called at 6:52 pm, told to hold, then just hung up on. Assholes.
