I prefer to shop within the city I live in but this dealership made it extremely hard to do that. I had to go to corona and by the same car 6,000 dollars cheaper. They knew this was going to happen and rudely told me to go ahead it didnt matter to them. Good job Cade and his sales manager...you made me believe that definitely I need to reconsider my shopping thoughts.

It was a fantastic visit. Service team member James was very helpful. I appreciated the two technicians that I spoke to regarding my tire (praises on customer service as they did their best to answer my questions.!). I bought the car from one dealership that couldnt fix any issues and discourages me from oil changes, a different dealership couldnt fix any of the problems I had (daylight marker, tire light) and they changed the oil and messed up the bolts holding the skid plate to make it more difficult for future oil changes. I arrived at Riverside not feeling as hopefully based on experiences, however most of the issues were resolved and I didnt even have to bring it up first. Issues were presented and options given for solutions. I appreciated the time and patience of the team with my questions.During my time there I inquired about a peek at an Atlas. Sales David received one for me to look at while I waited for my Passat. It was a tremendous experience! The faculty was clean and I love love love the coffee and work space available.

Came here for an oil change today. They had a great mailer with a good deal. I got the oil change and cabin filter change. I was offered a ride if I needed to go somewhere. No problem. However when I needed a ride back I call the front desk and the older lady working was not helpful at all. I just needed to be picked up and I asked for the service advisor who offered me that privilege. However the older lady just told me that all the service advisors we busy and no one could help me. She offered to send me to voice-mail for the SA but I needed to go now. I was irritated that she just didnt have a solution to simply get me picked up promptly. So I got an uber to take me back. An unnecessary expense! When I get back, I see her on the desk drinking a coke and watching YouTube videos. She needs to be reminded about customer service. I bought two vw here in the past, those experiences were far better.

Second time at the @riversidevolwagen Service Department. Waited exactly 17 minutes in my car, no one greeted me; finally, I entered the Service Office, only one Service Advisor working alone. At that point, he informed me he was going to help me in a moment. After another 5-6 minutes, he did help me and send my car to the repair area. Luckily the technician completed my car right away; the oil change took about 45 minutes.At this time, they are no offering complimentary carwash (understandable due to Coronavirus).The building is in good condition. @riversidevolkwagen has a dedicated person cleaning the dealer, which is essential right now. The sitting area is very comfortable. My service advisor was knowledgeable; however, I think they need to have more personal working in the office. Dishonest to say the least. They guaranteed me a low to no down payment so I set up an appointment based on that. I arrived at the dealer only to find out it was a lie and a waste of time, nothing but a tactic to bring down to the dealership.

They are expensive and deceptive. Took my car for oil change and checked why the radio is not working. They charged me $545 for oil change and telling me that no power to the radio. The recommended changing my two tires for almost $700. While checking for brakes, they removed my tires and put back the tires when I refused to pay their outrageous amount; without the four logout keys which I called the rep. and he told me that he will call me back but never did While I called him several times after that he never returned the calls. I left several messages and he never returned the calls. I had to go the the Moreno Valley VW dealership and bought the lugnut keys for $50. Oh, they told me to change my radio for almost $5,000 while the same radio with backup camera in Amazon is $150. People be careful and do your diligence while dealing with dealers, all dealers are not the same!

Not impressed with the service dept. It would appear that there are people there just collecting checks, doing the bare minimum. I live in LA and got a really good deal on my truck. There were a couple minor things that needed to be addressed. I thought they were addressed, but not entirely. When the problem persisted, I contacted them immediately and got no reply. I ended up getting a hold of a service person, and this individual emailed, and Cc’ed me, the service manager (I think), and still no one got a hold of me to set up a time to take care of my issue. The email was sent 1/9/21. I had to call multiple times leaving messages, and finally on 2/13/21 I spoke to some one who said to bring my car in to get the service it needed. I get to Riverside, from LA, and they tell me that since my vehicle is past the window to where they can fix it at no charge to me, I have to pay out of pocket. But the dealer would cover 50%. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable! Especially since had I been able to speak to someone competent the 1st time it would have been no money out of pocket. It was initially supposed to be $400 I had to pay, but I explained the situation to sales manager there and he brought it down to $350 out of pocket I had to pay. This was not a “win”, especially since I wasn’t the one who dropped the ball, was inconvenienced, and had to move money around to pay an unexpected charge of $350. Again, nothing personal against any of the people there. But I felt as though a bit more compassion could have been taken to help me out especially since I couldn’t get it fixed in a more timely manner.

Sales consultant and sales manager were outstanding! More concerned about my needs as a consumer than lining their pockets. There is a reason this is an award winning dealer. Very satisfactory experience.

We had an appointment and when we got there we were greeted joyfully and immediately taken to the atlas my wife wanted. My wife test drove the vehicle and unfortunately the payments were to high but they had another one with less features but all the ones my wife needed and an hour later we were on our way home with a new atlas !!!! I used to love bringing my VW here for regular service. Recently my VW had an issue so I brought it in and the gentleman Oscar Medina that used to always assist me was not there - no biggie. However, the new person that helped me - James Rocha - was extremely rude and did not really seem to want to help me find the best solution.I used to drive here just for the good service - wont be doing it anymore.

I was satisfied with my recent purchase until one of the smart key remotes did not function well. I will be taking the remote to be checked and get it repaired if necessary. One thing I suggest for other buyers to request before purchasing is obtaining a vehicle service/ maintenance report. After purchasing the car and driving home, the sensor or notification for service turned on. I reset all sensor or detection settings so it was until then the notification for service appeared. I will be taking my car for service soon. This was a learning car buying experience for me.

I took my car for it’s first oil change and tire rotation and I had nothing but great service from the moment I got off my car. I had an appointment and showed up early because I had my kids with me and I needed the extra time to get them out, get their things, etc. However, I was helped immediately and the service was done in less than an hour. I also got a voucher to get a car wash across the street given that their car wash center is closed due to the pandemic. So I went in for a Recall for an ABS for my VW Rabbit. And it only took about a day for it to be fixed and replaced. Since I didn’t have a car for a day they gave me a courtesy car. The customer service is very good they took care of us with complimentary coffee and snacks. love it. Hopefully one day I’ll be able to trade in my Rabbit for a newer model. To live on the legacy of the Rabbit.

Paid $104 dollars for 3 hours for an oil change. (Forgot to mention an appointment was also scheduled, this was not a walk-in)Got here at 8:50am and it is currently11:40am and still no update, but hey they thought a 5 dollar key chain would make it better. Unless you dont mind a 3 hour oil change, please take your business somewhere else.

Overall my experience was good. The employees are really nice I always have really good customer service experiences here. Its a dealership ... so of course the services are all overpriced. I came in because I have some warranty issues with the car and unfortunately none of them were resolved. Hopefully they will still honor the warranty if the problems get worse.

Our bilingual salesman David Laris walked us through the whole car buying process in English and Spanish (my dad only speaks Spanish) from step 1 of looking for a car that fits my needs in the color and with the options that i wanted all the way to when i was handed the keys he was involved throughout the whole process. The dealership had the car i wanted, no getting it from other dealers or calling around. i got a Jetta with 8 miles on it! This was the 3rd dealership we went to that day. David showed us the patience and respect that other dealerships salesman lacked. He introduced us to the finance manager and translated everything i was being told to my dad in spanish very clearly. All our options were given to us for financing with nothing hidden.He took the time to include quotes for options i wanted with no commitment and i got me best deal around (i went to a total of 6 dealerships in a week 3 that day best believe we looked around), we never felt pressured or rushed. This was the best car buying experience ever the longest part was choosing the car. They are all professionals and are really looking to get you into the car that you want without without hiding anything from you. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

We received an email from Ken from the internet sales office showing all the wonderful new cars that were available. At first, we declined until my husband took a look at the new Atlas Sport. We contacted Ken to set up a test drive, we arrived at the dealership and were greeted by David. He walked us over to the new Atlas Sports in the lot and asked what features we required in a new car. He helped us narrow down the selection to an Atlas Sport SE V6 with 4 Motion and let us take it for a test drive. I was instantly in love. My current car was a 4 cylinder front wheel drive Tiguan, which I loved but missed the V6 umph and 4 wheel drive stability in weather conditions. After the test drive we met with Sal to discuss financing options. Sal and David listened to our criteria and came back with a perfect deal. We were off to finance with Sammer in no time flat.The entire process was seamless and painless.We highly recommend David and the entire staff at Riverside Volkswagen.

GO SEE JAMES FOR ALL YOUR SERVICE NEEDS!!! I came in with an issue, he let me know they will work on it as soon as they can, but gave me a reasonable time frame for everything to be complete. To my surprise he was able to order the parts that same night and had my vehicle out of service by the next day(way quicker than anticipated). Going into service isnt always the best because there is generally something wrong with the vehicle. However, he set the expectation and DEFINITELY OVER DELIVERED!!! You are definitely in good hands when James is helping!

The job got done. The staff isn’t as friendly as the folks back in Texas, but I’ve been told that is just the Cali way. The loaner situation is a bit ridiculous. Took me 45 minutes to drop off my car and get a loaner. Close to the house, so I will return. Would want to find a more customer service driven and friendly place when looking to replace the car that I’m in now.

The finance guy are super nice and mange to lower my monthly payment before finishing the paper work. The service department fixed the EPC sensor under warranty. We were waiting for piece for the atlas for 2 months.. if Im not going to see if the piece is already there is no one to call me to tell me that I was already at the agency, after I went, now if I received a call telling me that I was already there. Two months driving a vehicle that I keep paying and with a terrible noise, it is the worst thing that was lived as experience, apart are taking away the VIP washes for my Passat, but they dont take away the monthly payments,, for that if they have people, to collect, but not to give what they promise.

Raymond our sales professional was amazing! He was so helpful as I live an hour away from the dealership and we handled a lot on phone. He sent photos of the car I was interested in and made deal on the phone. ( if the VW Bug was what I wanted after test drive). As it turned out I loved the car and it was very smooth sailing after my test drive. Signing the papers was a wonderful experience as well. The finance guy was so fun and professional as well.
