Its a craft store. They have fabric. Everything is really expensive. Also it is much longer than it looks inside, that is, the store is much longer than I expected.My wife wanted crafting flowers, and they didnt have them. I also dont quite know what those are but they didnt have them.You take the escalator or stairs to get there.

I like Joanns b/c I go there to get my yarn. Thay have ok prices but I like the coupons.

I love how clean it is and the staff is very friendly. I wish they had more baking equipment options, but other than that, 9/10. 👍 :)

Huge store, very clean, amazing selection, fair pricing, cheaper than Michaels for the few things I price compared today. I believe my cashier was a manager - polite and she was so kind to help me use all the coupons I could through the phone app, even one that was not showing up on my side. Such a better, bigger selection on almost everything compared to Michaels and even other Joanns. This is my new favorite store for all my and my husbands artistic needs, so a special thank you!

Absolutely phenomenal! I never considered visiting a sewing place until now.Glad I chose JOANN Fabric. Hey theyve got a whole variety of 🧵🪡 sewing and crafts goods here. Things for both DIYers (do it yourselfers) and business pros too. Found some terrific items over here. Just a short walk up the stairs or you could use the escalator if you wish. Quite knowlegable, kind and very helpful people working at JOANNs also.

I sometimes skip this JoAnns b/c its small but went today on my break and I was able to find stuff for a kids craft (why I went) and of course other things I dont need like a cookie cutter shaped like a dog bone.... but the best thing was the staff. Kept their cool when another customer was being overly intense with a child and did a good job de-escalating things and so were so sweet to help me figure out the best coupon strategy. Very good experience!

The young man at the register was the best! He was so patient with my mom. He wasnt rude at all. Took his time wasnt snippy or anything and there was a line. Thank you so much to him for his understanding and I will be going back in the future ❤😁👍

The sales were great as well as the selection. The service at the check out was actually poor. I usually get decent service; however on my last trip, the checkout person stayed on the phone the entire time. Did not greet me nor gave any verbal transaction.

I came here yesterday to compare prices on fur and foam. I like this JoAnns in particular!Theyre having a pretty big sale right now, so that was nice! All sale signs list the restrictions very clearly.The fur they ordered recently is fair in quality. They have a good selection of high quality upholstery foam as well.Ive been to some JoAnns where employees have no concept of measurement, but this was not the case here. Employees were generally helpful and eager to answer any questions!Overall, 5 out of 5!

This review is especially for Cindy and Melissa. They go above and beyond and are always so kinda to their customers. I am a regular at this store and they are both the first ones to great me and the first to wish me a good day when I leave. They are always positive and do whatever they can to help the customers. I found the decals i wanted and most of the lace. Just wish they had more colors in lace. Then discovered when preparing to use the lace it wasnt enough so i had to come up with a different way to use one roll on the longer sides. My lap scarves came of beautiful.

I always go to this one because its close. Always clean and tidy but besides the fabric helpers its hard to find anyone if you have a question. I have yet to see the wow factor demonstrated in this store.

Abbie is a pleasure to deal with. Christine was flat out rude. Didnt have the time to allow me to find the coupon. Walked away from me 3 times. The first time she said well Im gonna take this man waiting. The last time she said in a condescending voice, well u just let us know when ur ready and walked away with an attitude. Mind you Im handicapped. I was so embarrassed because she did it to me in front of other customers. She made me feel very unwelcome. Please fix her attitude or place someone in her position that wants to be around customers. I didnt pick her job, she did... but back to Abbie shes so sweet and extremely helpful. She was kind to everyone she came in contact with. Thank you so much for helping me.

This store is small and does not have a lot to pick from I felt like it was a waste of my time. I suppose I will have to go to redlands now, they have a very nice Joanns our there.

Love crafting no matter how expensive or not. If I can work it with my hands and see colors I will try it. Joanns is mostly average priced. I can stay busy for hours and spend too much money at times. I like the friendliness and greeting when I walk in.

Every time I come here they are always closed for some reason or another. Today there was a handwritten sign saying it was closed due to no wifi. I really hate giving a one star review but Ive wasted too many trips trying to get my supplies only for my efforts to be wasted. I was able to shop here in person just once before and the staff are very helpful and nice, and the store is clean and well stocked. I just wish I could get in!

Their online site is horrible. You try to change the location and its like their system is unable to do it. Then you find a way to place an order online. You get an email saying youll get another email when your order is ready. You can see they have a hold on the money in your account. This done on Nov 2, by Nov 5th no email about your order. Now why would I bother to shop here again?

Beware..Improperly stocked itemsThey intentionally had 24.99 yarn in same basket as 5.99...maybe hoping that consumer wont bother to return.Most customers that purchase numerous items check out and leave,,and then check receipt,( and some may not) I was mocked by employee because I went clear to my car before I notice the bad charge.

The store is fully stocked and the staff pleasant and friendly.I tried to order from curbside pickup at the Riverside Plaza Joanns that was a nightmare I sat out there over 54 minutes no one ever picked up the telephone line when I called into the store that we were waiting. Will never try that again.Oh and let me not forget to mention when I requested a refund I didnt get 100% of my refund they deducted a restocking fee for their mistake.

This was my first time going to any Joann Fabric store and I loved it. They had such a wonderful selection of fabrics. They carried patterns, threads, craft supplies for assorted hobbies and all size foams. Their side wall was Fabric by color. Their rows had specialized categories.I would recommend this store if you need a lot of choices.It is above Nordstrom Rack at Riverside Plaza. You can take the escalator up or the elevator if you have a Walker, wheelchair or stroller.One nice thing to know, they accept Michaels coupons. They told me or I would never have known. Everyone that worked there was pleasant and helpful.

This was a cool location, on the 2nd floor at the Riverside plaza. The staff was very friendly and the selection of items even seemed a bit bigger than other Joann stores Ive visited (maybe thats true or not true, but it seemed to have more selection)?Highly recommend downloading the Joann App on your phone before visiting if you want coupons at your fingertips

You cant use the coupons if you even have 1 discounted item in your order. Than the fabric is actually pretty high in price, but there arent many alternatives.

Does NOT offer curbside pickup despite the fact that you can order for curbside pickup, check in using the app, and it says that someone will be out shortly with your order. Very frustrating to sit in the car waiting with my kids only to finally call the store and then find out we had to go inside.

I had ordered online an went to store to pick up. The line was out the door so I called an said Im at the door I already ordered an I am waiting for pickup an they came out within 5 mins. Great service

Called ahead to pick up an item, was told that it couldnt put on hold but I could come and get it. Drove 20 minutes to the store and arrived well before closing time just to be told very very rudely that I couldnt come into the store to get my item. What a waste of gas.I understand this is a difficult time for many retail workers. However just like its not appropriate for customers to take their frustrations out on employees, its not appropriate for employees to take out their frustrations on customers.

It was my frst time there and the lady how help me was totally rude!I went to pick up a curbside order, I didnt know where to park so I called to the store and I told them I was in the parking lot, they told me to go to the pickup spot so I drove all the way around the building looking for a sign or something that it says pickup spot (like the Corora store has) and I couldnt find anything so, when I turned back, this lady was already on the stairs and I asked her if that was my order, and she said yeah but youre too late, too bad, you need to wait and she just left with my order on her hands and she just left me there! Now Ill try to reset my day! 🤷🏻‍♀️

My first time going to this JoAnns. The . store is super small compared to the ones Ive been to and when I got there, they were almost closing, so when I walked in the front door, the cashier told me that the store was closing in 10 minutes with no smile, no welcome, nothing. I asked the cashier about them carrying an item and she replied with an attitude that they didnt carry that item. Very poor customer service during my visit and a very small selection on crafting stuff.

Wow JoAnn fabrics and crafts was a bit strange when we went first we had to wait outside because of the social distancing which I understood but once we were in we literally were given a time frame of how long we could stay in there and Shop which I found very unwelcoming because we were looking for some certain things and to get some new ideas on some crafts but were giving 15 to 20 minutes to do this wasnt liking it i will not be going back to Joanne....9

Customer service at it’s worst! My wife has shopped at Joann fabric stores even before we were married about 10 years! A few days ago My wife went to return fabric that some one at this store measured wrong and that she had no use for anymore. They didn’t have to say it but it was strongly implied that my wife stole $7 dollars worth of fabric and tried to return the rest. This was so absurd and frankly just a shame that this company lost a long time customer due to ill trained staff, and ignorant management. If you shop here take your own yard stick and be ready for horrible customer service
