DO NOT GET YOUR MAKEUP DONE HERE! I get my makeup done at Mac at least monthly. I had the only bad experience I’ve had at Mac at this location. I wish I knew the woman who did my makeup but she never introduced herself. She was rude when I met her and made it obvious she didn’t want to do my makeup. Her jewelry was scratching my face the whole time and she never apologized. She rushed through my makeup, the colors weren’t blended which was terribly obvious which was terribly obvious in pictures, embarrassing, never put on mascara. I don’t think she should be doing makeup at all, because even when rushing makeup shouldn’t be done like that. She didn’t let me know about any of the products she used. Everyone else that worked there seemed pleasant however when you’re spending $60 to get your makeup done for an event you don’t want to take the risk of having her. I would go to Nordstrom’s to get my makeup done over ever going back there. Even driving to another mall is worth it.

6 customers in the store and 1 cashier and one other sales associate helping someone with makeup matching. Had to wait 15 minutes for assistance. And thats because we were getting anxious. 3 people in my party, all unhappy.

I have never used mac products before but a good friend recommended I try them. I bought a foundation from this store. After using it for about a week my face was covered in zits. I took it back to return it with my reciept in hand. They wouldnt take it back because it was past the 30 days. I asked if I could exchange it for something else or get store credit and they rudely told me no we dont do that when its past the 30 days. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. Ill be shopping at sephora or ulta if I want to spend $45 on a foundation cause at least they give you 60 days to return something and will give you store credit after the 60 days and your not stuck with a product that didnt work for you. I wont be shopping at mac anymore especially after what the product did to my skin.
