I was helped by a very polite gentleman. He very kindly showed me several bundles of hair trying to match what I had. And was patient and kind when I completely change what I wanted and shows other bundles. I would gladly come back when Im in need of hair

Worst Hair place ever. I called before purchasing and the lady Tammy answered and gave me vague response. I was trying to order 4 bundles of the same length. I ordered the hair on a weekend here it is 4 days later and they still haven’t even shipped out my order I have been calling them and they have still for two days now and I still don’t even have my order shipped I asked to cancel the order and still can’t even get confirmation on a refund. I used them before in 2019 and I forgot this was the reason why I didn’t go back! The hair seems to be good but the customer service is so horrible!!!!! Horrible as hell when your buying $500 worth of hair

I did not want to give you a negative review. I went to the address: (10485 Magnolia Avenue #6). I didnt want to get out of my car that day, so i asked The Hair Bar if i had the right address. No response. I said i had cash and wanted to buy hair, no answer. That was a month ago. Im still waiting. I still want to buy their hair!!!

This was the WORSE companey I’ve ever purchased hair from .I paid over $800 for two wigs for my birthday & both were supposed to be hand made but i found out They are bought for UNICE . My full lace unit was installed horrible by the Owner Asia then she said I had toCome back before I left to get it retouched but when i walked out of her building my sister took pictures and I sent them she said I could pay her $60 to reinstall the unit the day of my birthday only to make it even worse .she put way to much glue and pulled my hair completely out . She put a ban on a second unit —-bang until but the band was put in the front not the back —she cut the unit completely wrong and uneven —so it’s useless —then when i asked Her for a refund she told me NO & she would only replace the full lace wig and fix the bags she Ruined my 30th Birthday my photo Shoot had to Be canceled I had toForfeit my deposit — i had to Hire an attorney and I’m currently in the process of suing both companies which is sad because it’s A BLACK OWNED BUSINESS i tried To settle with her do to do many ppl telling me to give her a chance to fix it and so many ppl i know -Knows her mother in law but right is right and i lost A lot do to her lack of concern ‼️‼️‼️She doesn’t have a refund policy my attorney said she not the sole owner so i have To sue the owner of riverside location as well 🤦🏽‍♀️ It’s a headache . She’s working out of her horn at the time smh . I’ve paid top dollar for services so it’s truly the principal . I’ve sent several ppl to this women / company and would never think a women would be so cruel . I’ve had months to get evidence with my attorney and since i had to obtain one I’m not settling that option is off the table I’ll see both owners in court ‼️
