Took my son here for a haircut and it has been the worst haircut he’s ever gotten. I took a picture for reference and nothing like the picture. Don’t waste your money. Staff was also unfriendly.

I was a regular customer before, but now the quality of service has dropped dramatically. Last time I left after waiting an hour after the time of my appointment.

Claudia is an excellent hair stylist I am driving 29 minutes to get hair done by her.

Hair dresser was nice, skillful, clean enviroment. Temp check before entering the facilities. My wife just show up without appointment and she is happy with the haircut.

Did not cut my hair like I wanted

Ran in to pick up a bottle of conditioner.In n out within a minute!

Nothing but excuses is all I left here with. I had a picture of the desired haircut but no one in the place knew how to do a fade haircut. Except one guy who said he could try but it would be a 40 min wait. I asked the greeter to show him the pic to make sure. Once he saw the pic he said I needed to go to a barber shop. Oddly enough, my son got the same cut at the Fantastic Sams on Arlington in Riverside and also at the one on Iris in Mo Val. Bottom line is that Black Hair doesnt Matter to them.

Carmen is my regular stylist and she always does a great job. She listens to what youre wanting to have done and Ive always walked out a happy camper. The only reason I didnt give a five star is I wish they took appointments for regular cuts and styles.

Betsy was wonderful and was delighted to have waited.Eventhough the place was like a sauna and I guess it was the manager kept on saying temperature was perfect. I dont think 75 degrees inside is perfect but i guess in this case, customer is never right🙄. Rating for manager is a 3 star 🤷‍♀️

Been going here for over 12 years. Irma is my #1 and she has never disappointed me.2021 update: The only thing which sucks is that you have to walk in to check in for a haircut and sometimes the wait can be an hr +. You cant call in to check in which is even worse. Fantastic sams needs an online check in system like great clips for customer convenience.

I recently went there and the girl who cut my hair cut it way too short wouldnt listen gave me attitude about having to go shorter I dont remember her name but her hair was blond and super short I have to pay over $200 to get it fixed by someone else. I dont recommend this place to anyone

WARNING!!!Warning!!! Natasha the manager likes to overcharge elderly ladies (mother in-law) in the amount of $223 to be exact, to color hair no longer than 4 inches. Shameful!! I had a consultation done at an Aveda Concepts Salon for the same service, they would have done her hair for $85 for the exact same thing!! How do you sleep at night Natasha!!! I am going to see if Fantastic Scams takes any responsibility for allowing their managers grossly overcharge. This is age discrimination, (taking advantage of the elderly). This poor women feels so violated, not to mention she was getting her hair done before she buried her husband of 60 years. If you have had a similar experience by Natasha or the Mission Grove location, please post it here, together we can put a stop to this gross injustice.
