Awesome customer service great prices

This is what Woodcrest Bikes did to me because I parked in front of their store. It’s a parking lot where you can park anywhere no assigned parking spots for businesses. I asked him to move his car and he did and then told me not to park here again or he will have me towed. I was bullied and threatened and then made fun of for being so special( his words). I read other reviews that said they felt discriminated against and the service was very rude. Sounds like the shop has lots of issues. This was intentional, threatening, and plain rude and disrespectful. Buyer beware, there are PLENTY of other shops to spend your money at.

Needed my bikes Inner tube replaces and they got it done within 10 minutes and at a cheap price!

Great locally owned place to shop for bike parts and bikes, I’ll be a lifelong customer.

Five Stars are not enough to express how happy & appreciative we are with Woodcrest Bikes. Weve been in the area for over 30 plus years. Between our children, nephews, nieces, friends & now grandchildren we have had many bikes fixed over the years.The staff made Andy, Catherine & Jordan are AMAZING! I brought my grandsons bike in close to 4:00 in hopes of possibly getting it back the next day fir his BMX. We were met with a sincere welcome and treated as we were part of the family. They looked at the bike and told me they would try to get it down by closing time which is at 6 pm. My grandson and I were super happy to say the least. I was called about 5:30 and explained that my son or I might not be to make it by closing. In the kindest of gestures I was told No worries, we will wait for you to get here This just doesnt happen too often in todays world. My son was able to pick up the bike after closing time and also felt the genuine caring they have in their hearts and in their craft. I would recommend Woodcrest Bikes to all who need a repair and to purchase a bike. Even if you just have questions I guarantee you will be welcome.The minute you walk in you will understand why I wrote They treat you like family. Thank you Woodcrest Bikes. My family will be going there for all our biking needs and will recommend our friends & family to do the same.

I bought this 1997 GT Team LTS from Woodcrest Bycycle Center 21 years ago this month (October) and still own it.Bob and Julie are great people.

I was gifted a bike for my birthday and couldn’t get the bolts tight enough for the seat and handlebars. They let me bring it in, tightened it all up, and sent me on my way.They were great and I plan to return for my tune up in a month or so.

One of the most important things in life is honest and that is what you get from them. Tell them Paco The Realtor sent you.

I found this bike shop with the help of google and was convinced because of the reviews. However, I was fooled. I dropped off my bike for a tune up. After not hearing back from them for a month, it took me calling them to let me know that I needed new shifters. Never received an update about the order or the shifter. I eventually decided to take it elsewhere after months of not hearing from them. Additionally, when I went to pick it up no one at the shop had their masks on and the place was really disorganized.

This place was awesome! They got the service done fast and the price was amazing. So glad I brought my tires here. Thank you thank you.

I truly wish I could rate this shop less than 1 star, but since I cant I will just explain why plainly: It is absolutely absurd that the owner of this shop believes he can treat people with blatant disrespect based on the color of their skin or their appearance. This is not the first review like this, and if his attitude continues, it certainly will not be the last. Sir, your ignorance is your problem. If you had any common sense or concern for your shop, you would understand that there is no place for such a disrespectful, and genuinely incorrect view while running a business. In fact, there shouldnt be any room for it in your personal life but there is not much I can do about that. All I can do is write a review which does not feel like much, but I am doing so in hopes of warning others. Do NOT give this shop your business. There are other local shops that will treat EVERYONE the same way and deserve your money much more than Woodcrest Bicycle Center.

Very nice, helpful people, great service, good prices, a good experience all around. I traveled quite a distance with my bike on the bus just to go to their shop and I am completely satisfied. Will continue to go there. 5/11/18 Update: I have received a few inquiries from people wanting to ask me a question about Woodcrest Bikes....I apologize if I did not respond but I have a problem being able to do so on my phone and then I cant figure out how to find the person later. I go to Woodcrest Bikes for fairly simple and basic repairs to my old bike and they have the best prices compared to all other shops in Riverside and Corona area. They are honest and dont try to cheat you. I cannot say anything about their bikes for sale or other products because I have not bought anything other than repair parts. They have an impressive selection of bikes that I think someone who is into serious riding would appreciate. These seem to be more expensive bikes for serious riding, or someone who wants a high quality bike, but I may be wrong. Their customer service is top-notch and they are very nice. I would not mind answering questions, but if I do not answer right away, you might want to try again until I can figure out how to do it. LOL

I just want to say to Jennifer Conley and Bijar Masjedizadeh that I hope you return to Woodcrest Bikes. I am sorry for your unfortunate encounters at the shop. If you were helped by someone with dark hair he was not the owner but an employee. He has since left and they now have a wonderful person who does the repairs and is knowledgeable about bikes. The new owners love what they do.

Bob and Julie run a great business, and have a very nice selection of nice bikes. They were great to work with and helpful in helping us select new bikes for the kids. Will definitely be back in the future for our bike needs.

Family owned. Awesome customer service. Honest hard working. Extremely friendly not to mention great personalities very funny people. very good on repairs and tuning those bikes up to ride like new again. And if a bike or part is out of stock they will order it for you. We need more businesses and owners like them!

Julie and Bob are very conscientious and are totally focused on customer satisfaction. I have had many years of positive interactions with them and have no reservations publicly endorsing and recommending their business.

Relatively cheap. Fast. Knowledgable. Honest. Professional. A quality bike shop. Apparently someone on these reviews thinks they are racist. Nonsense. They were serving a Hispanic customer when I went there. If you can speak English enough to talk about bikes, you will be fine.

Great owners who take the time to explain the different bikes available for your riding style. They provided a ton of information and we felt no pressure to buy at all. These are wonderful people who ride themselves and they understand cycling. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I feel like Im at home when Go to Woodcrest bike shop. Theyre reasonable, prices arent rediculiously high like Dons bikes. The personnel there have a good sense of humor.

Saw David Yoons review and had to respond. Im not him and I wasnt there with him when he got service, so I dont know how he was treated. And I mean no disrespect to him as well. But, I am Asian and speak with no accent, not meaning that David Yoon has an accent. Ive been to this store several times, theyve always been very helpful, respectful and courteous. Its a small repair store with limited biked and accessories. Good service.

I have never come across such poor customer service like this. If you have self respect as a customer, avoid this place at all costs.

Bought my sons haro leucadia in may. They were very helpful and didnt push me to buy. I already knew what my son would pick so I called days before for them to hold. He walked straight up to the bike not realizing it had a tag on it saying hold for and his name. I got my bike there about 20 years ago I will be back when my daughter gets out of the basket and doll stage.

They took great care of us, were very friendly and informative.

Very dependable store I always save money

I am an avid mountain and road bike cyclist and have been to closer and bigger bike shops, but Woodcrest is my favorite place to have my bike repaired. Bob listens to my needs, fair and honest.
