Seems like a decent place, no prices online, either limited inventory or potential for sales gimmicks. I am not trusting enough to leave my information without the ability to see an MSRP.
Horrible Parts Dept. Jeff doesn’t follow up, when I asked for select parts he replied ‘I have no idea what that is’ and didn’t offer to research it. I had to. Follow up when they arrived???Nope. Didn’t want to or doesn’t ship and didn’t say anything about that and then wants me to pay for his time to ship them. And, no follow up here either. I still doesn’t have the parts after 3+ weeks.Makes buying a Nautique pretty interesting.
