I recently purchased a used 2018 Cadillac XT5 from Tim Carney at Dutton Motors. It is everything I wanted and Tim was fabulous in making it happen. He walked me through everything, answered my questions 2 or 3 times until I got it and had the best personality. This is the first time I have bought a car by myself, and Tim made it so easy. I specifically requested the front end be lubricated and was assured it would be done as part of the service. It was not done. Additionally on the checklist provided to me it says that the cabin air filter was checked. It was not. I’m very disappointed as I felt like your dealer cannot be trusted to do the simplest things.

She provided me with an approximate time that she expected to have them completed. I received a call from her ahead of my expectation which got the vehicles back to me sooner. She provides top notch customer service which is the primary factor for me to return to Dutton Motors for my car care needs.

The customer service is great in this place, Especial is Tim Carney (he is great sales man, friendly & has many information), but after you buy the car and leave the treatment is very poor. They say they don’t know and they’ll call back but they don’t. Once you buy the car and leave a good review they no longer care to provide good service.

We finally received our new 2021 Escalade after a long 10 month wait! Luis Lopez at Dutton Motor Co. was absolutely amazing! He was on top of our order for months. This past week while we were on vacation, he contacted us to let us know that our Escalade was finally on route. A few days later he surprised us with a video of our vehicle being delivered on the tow truck. Then, a few days after that, he sent us another video of our Escalade with all the accessories installed and ready for delivery. Service is slow. Got my truck back and the interior arm rest is concave down so now it’s soft went a opened the hood and noticed my air filter housings too for the intake was broken and the holes are wallered out

While I initially wrote a great review for Dutton Motor Company, I have nothing good to say about a service order on 05/24/2021, because I havent had possession or ownership of any vehicle from this company since March 2021. I bought a vehicle from Dutton Motors in January 2021 and shortly after received a rebate from the company for the full price of my car. I called Dutton to inquire about the cashiers check I received as a rebate and no one seemed to know anything about it. I called a lawyer & was advised to deposit it in my bank account to see if it would clear, which it did. I didnt hear anything back from Dutton for several days. When I did hear from them it was a gentleman from the finance department threatening me with lawyers, and possession of my car which I had paid full cash price for. A couple of more days went by & I called the gentleman that had initially helped me when I bought the car, he was unaware of what was happening and told me to do what I felt best for me. I decided to take the car back and keep my money. I did so because of the way that the situation was handled. I was threatened with lawyers and repossession of a vehicle that I paid for and was unaware that someone in the company supposedly made a mistake. They got a cashiers check, signed by company employees, put it into an overnight envelope, and delivered it to me, but it was a mistake. It was very suspect and really unfair to treat me in such a disrespectful manner, knowing that I had done nothing wrong. I was devastated, I certainly didnt feel like the valued customer like I was told that I was when I bought the car, and I was treated horribly for a mistake that was not my fault! The only 2 people that treated me with dignity were Mr. Steve in finances & the salesman that first helped me. I would never purchase a vehicle from this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone based on how I was treated. It was like a Jekyll and Hyde scene, super cool at first, then monstrously mean for their own mistake. Although I am giving my permission for this to be published, I doubt very seriously that it will be, no company wants to show the truth when they have made a mistake and treated a person badly, even though they know that the person was at no fault. Sad because I thought that this was one of the greatest moments of my life, purchasing a car and paying full price and paying cash!

You were so informative and patient with all our questions and there were Alot!
