I love yankee candle!!! They have oils..candles..sprays that smell amazing! Not to mention SALES. You get great stuff at a great price!

I like this retail store. But, I havent been there in a while because every time i go my favorite associate is not there. My favorite associate at this location is Angela.

Make sure if you buy something to check the receipt before you leave. I was given the receipt of the previous person that checked out instead of mine. Tried to return some items but I was blamed for not having the receipt that I did not get back. So I was not able to return the items that I paid for because the cashier gave me the wrong receipt.Also, they pester you like cars salesman here. Asking you every 5 seconds if you have any questions. Im smelling candles, what kind of questions would I have? I do not plan on returning here again.

Horrible service !They yell at you and tell you not to touch anything .How you expect to make business that way.

I always periodically go to the mall and never leave without dropping in to yankee candle love the neatnes organization and friendly staff. The product is of quality. Which I enjoy and is my favorite

I loved going here because it’s near home and work and I have been shopping at Yankee for 7 years. Most of the store associates are really nice. However, there was one occasion when I made a return because it didn’t smell and didn’t burn right and one of the store associates looked frustrated and annoyed. Whatever happened to happiness guaranteed? I have spent a fortune on yankee products and many yankee fans agree that it hasn’t been the same in the last couple of years. I’m hoping it’s true that yankee is listening to our feedback and things are turning around. I’d hate to give a bad review because yankee is one of my favorite brands but I couldn’t get over the store experience. It has made me really uncomfortable and I would hate shopping here as it’s the only place near me.

The Staff at the Yankee candle are so wonderful, always accommodating and helpful.

Jina acousta refused to let me and my kids in due to covid my children are under the age of 10 qould only allow 2 people in at the store even though I have 3 children they asked them to wait outside which is child abandonment and is ILLEGAL!!

Great customer service and the products are even better! going to enjoy the sales for the weekend!
