First let me say the Service building/facility is completely new and gorgeous! Very clean and modern.My service advisor is Glenn W. Very kind and patient gentleman (I usually have a ton of questions). If you reach out after the drop off, he responds within the business day via email or telephone. Excellent communication with regards to updates and for any hiccups during the service visit. I commute to Jaguar Riverside from Murrieta and will continue to do so with the excellent service I’ve received from Glenn.Definitely make an appointment to avoid unnecessary waiting time (if dropping off). If you have an appointment you are typically in and out within 15-30 minutes. For someone on the go like me, this is at the top of my list when leaving a review.Also, getting a service rental vehicle was never an issue during any of my service appointments. If there wasn’t one on site, I was shuttled over to the rental company fairly quickly.Thanks Glenn! I’ll be back soon!

Ive had 3 jags and love the car, but not the honesty of the dealership. The salesman, Pedro seemed good at first, then teamed up with the finance guy in a few secret meetings to do a bait and switch on the warranty. Pedro said we would get over a 3--year warranty based on when the car was sold ACCORDING TO CAR FAX. Then the finance guy said car fax is not always right and made up some numbers so we got 16 months less than Pedro said we would get earlier. We were tired and didnt catch it, but when we called to complain they did not change the obvious error. I am already planning on getting a new all-wheel drive XF in a few years and guess where Im not getting it? So they gained a few bucks and could lose thousands later. I would not recommend these guys, With this warning, dont go there, or vote for Pedro, or you will be dumber than Napoleon Dynamite.

After receiving terrible customer service at Jaguar Anaheim Hills, I looked for other dealerships to service our two brand new jaguars. Although I am driving 25 miles out of my way to take my vehicles here, after today’s service, I can say that the drive is definitely worth it. I like this dealership for many reasons. Some of those reasons include ease of appointment making, many available appointment times, responsive customer service representative, and the facilities are very impressive. I went to the dealership to test drive the Land Rover. Mr. Eric Brooks was very professional, patient, and did not make me feel rushed or eager to close a deal. I didnt not rest drive LR. The jaguar xf caugjt my eye and took it for a test drive. It was saturday and they were about to close. Mr. Brooks, talked to his supervisor to accommodate us, the dealership was closing and I didnt want to return until monday. This man truly cares and listens. Originally purchased our 2020 Jaguar F-Pace in Rancho Mirage but when I attempted to bring it back for service and repair of a parking sensor that had somehow fallen into the bumper, I was met with a service rep who told me it was too soon for service and they would have to replace our entire front bumper for a fee. This seemed unacceptable to me so I called Riverside Jaguar and spoke to Glenn in service. He had a totally different demeanor and wanted to take care of us including getting us a loaner or rental either way. This was not an option at Rancho Mirage dealership. We brought our car in and they had it repaired under warranty and were pleasant to work with. Needless to say Glenn and Riverside Jag will be our new maintenance dealership.

I am not sure why I am getting this link I haven’t not received my car back. I dropped it off on Tuesday 6/28 at 5:15 for my oil change that was scheduled for Wednesday 6/29 at 11am. I didn’t receive a call so I called at 3:53pm on Wednesday to check on the status and the lady said the rep that was assigned to my car was on lunch and only he had access to the file so no information could be given. I asked what time they closed at she said 5:30, so even if my car was ready I couldn’t get there in time to pick it up in time. Sadly I am still waiting.

I recently brought a very nice used Jaguar & needed someone to inspect the vehicle from top to bottom. My wife went to Riverside Jaguar & Glenn Weitz helped my wife with getting the inspection & was so helpful & courteous to her. He needed to keep the car for a couple of days but every time he said he would call, he did just that. Kept us in the loop of each stage & Explained the different parts & what the car needed. We will definitely be taking the car back for regular maintenance because of Glenn.

We went to look at the Jaguar F-Pace at the Riverside location over the weekend and our experience was the best. I truly hate buying cars for obvious reasons, having to listen to Sales reps who are not genuine is the worse; however, our Sales Rep Pedro was the opposite. From the very beginning when he came up to us and throughout the process was exactly what we needed. Pedro was very honest, to the point and genuine as he talked to us about the car we interested. There was no pressure to buy a car but ultimately we did because the process was so easy and painless. Everyone else in the dealership were equally friendly and attentive! We will definitely go back!

Jaguar of Riverside service department has a great facility, well staffed and they are very knowledgeable.During these quarantine times many things get interrupted including shipment of parts. This is understandable. Even though our car was in there longer than anticipated we understood the delays. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was that early in the week I needed to call to learn of progress. Towards the end, my service person really stepped up and proactively communicated. We will definitely be bringing our vehicle back to Jaguar of Riverside!

They broke the windshield of my Jaguar when I took it to them for services. Turns out they didnt even change the oil or filter on my car. Beware these people are a scam and will not take responsibility of their work or mistakes

Quite disappointed when my ‘17 XF was brought in for a check engine light on 1/18/21. Got the car back the next day and learned the O2 sensor needed to be replaced. However, i found grease finger prints on the headliner that were not there when the car was dropped off. I know this was not done by me since I detailed the car the day before. Got the car back dirty also. Granted, it possibly rained that day, but you would think a Jaguar dealer would at least wash the car before returning it to the customer. Not happy!

Phenomenal service once we found the Service entrance. Too many cars crammed in too small a parking area. Who designed that place?

The service was great. The only issue was the mechanic left hand marks on the front hood area. We just had to polish it off. No big deal.

Went for my very first service appointment in my city of Riverside. Had them also check into some squeaking breaks and a rattling speaker in my rear. Was a little disappointed that they couldn’t find the problem with my speaker and said nothing about my breaks when I picked up nor was it addressed on my paperwork. When I returned home I sat in the back of my car and could easily identify the problem of the rattling & shaking speaker. And just upon arriving home yep my brake squeaking was back. Guess I’ll need to make another appointment and return again. Service people were delightful, quick Eventhough they were busy and the newly renovations look great.

Ivan, the service writer provided excellent customer service while my vehicle was being serviced and inspected. A courtesy vehicle was provided (excellent touch) knowing my location is not close. While this dealership is under a massive reconstruction, servicing vehicles is extremely stressful. When my vehicle was ready for pickup, I couldnt be conveniently available, so they sent a driver with my car to my office and we switched vehi les at my office and the bill was paid via phone with Ivan.THATS HOW YOU PLEASE AND KEEP CUSTOMERS!! Although the service is outstanding, I was a little disappointed that my warranty ran out 2 weeks ago and I was under the assumption when I purchased the car, my warranty started then, but I was told by the service personnel that the warranty started when the manager special started 4 months before I brought the car, I just wish that I could have gotten a courtesy call to let me know before I ended up paying for a $200 oil change a little courtesy goes a long way!!!!
