I love taking my cars to Lexus of Riverside. They make you feel at ease that when you leave there you know your car is fixed the right way. It might cost a little more but its done right. Love sitting and having coffee when its a oil change or love the loaner cars they give you if its more than a day. I will continue to go there for A class service.

Terrible customer service I took my car to change the oil and return to my work and they did not want to give me a courtesy car to be able to return and they hold me an uber, having accessible cars, I have seen other dealers and they had never done this to me I thought I would go In a few weeks to do business to grab another car but with this experience I will definitely go to another dealer

One of my most rewarding service experiences is the 1 on 1 service provided by service technician, Michael. He spent the time necessary to troubleshoot my concerns. Excellent customer service is a must for me. The one thing this dealership has taken away from the customer waiting room is the complimentary snacks and beverages which they once provided and stopped doing long before COVID.

I’ve had my Lexus serviced at another Lexus dealership and Lexus of Riverside surpassed expectations. They were thorough in explaining what services they recommended, they facilitated another Lexus vehicle to accommodate my busy day, forwarded messages throughout the morning with updates on progress, provided a video of the assigned mechanic who shared details on outcome of inspection while it was still on the lift, and when services were completed, I was informed of completion and given the option to pick up my vehicle on another day if I could not arrive to the dealership before closing. I could not have asked for a more positive and perfect experience. Thank you!

Walked in around 12:30 to the dealership, met Rap (Raphael), he helped me out with deciding which car would be the best fit, took some test drives, ran some options, and I was out of there with a new car by 3pm same day. Rap in Sales and Danny in finance made it super easy and it was definitely one of the absolute best dealership / car buying experiences Ive ever had. My experience is the repair department is honest and competent. My service representative is Frank and I trust him 100% with the oversight of my vehicle repairs. I can’t say this about other Lexus dealerships I’ve worked with.

I purchased a 350 Lexus 2018 (white) during the month of June 2021, and was sold a vehicle which had sap on the hood and other areas on the car. My opinion is the salesperson Dell salesman and Manager, Mark Mikee were aware the issues on the vehicle. Car was placed directly facing the sun so you could not see the spots however once placed into my garage I could see all the sap (huge spots). The staff hide behind God and other tactics to make you believe theyre honest. Dont believe this. Also, used prices have been increased by 6,000 dollars. I have reported them to Lexus corporate and now reporting to consumer affairs. The cost to fix this is $1100. I emailed Mark no response back. Report them to Corporate just google it. Go elsewhere!

Always thought taking my lexus to the dealership to get work done would be a luxury i couldnt afford. I was wrong the money spent at the dealership is well worth it. Lexus is amazing in customer service i was greeted with a big smile by a young lady and was helped by Frank Garcia who explained to me the process and what would happen. I was sent a video of a tech inspecting my car and explaining thoroughly what needed to be done and what will be done. I picked up my car and was so shocked to see it looking like one of the new ones in the lot!! Fresh and so clean.. with a full tank of gas! Did not expect that but oh i was so grateful for it. Thank you so much lexus of riverside i know you guys think that all you did was work on my car but your attentive, timely and love your job attitudes is why i give you five stars.

I’ve never had any problems with service, I’ve leased a Lexus off and on about 12 years. Service department is great, the guest waiting area was filthy. There were food crumbs all over seats. I don’t know if anyone cleans up or wipes anything down. I seen the same service people that work inside just causally walk around and pay no attention to it. For being a higher end dealership it was disgusting and has gone down hill through the years.

I purchased a used, 2021 Honda Pilot from Lexus of Riverside and my experience was the best Ive ever had when purchasing a car. I worked with Waris Sadat, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and had the best customer service Ive experienced anywhere. I also want to say thank you to Jake in financing where I had a similar experience. He was very helpful and patient, answered all of my questions thoroughly and had great customer service. I avoided buying a car because I dislike the process so much. That has changed and I will be recommending Waris, Jake, and Lexus of Riverside to my family and friends. 10/10 of customer service all the way around.

I’ve been going to this dealership for service for my lexus for sometime now and in this account they really disappointed me with their service and professionalism.I went to them for a light coming on in my dashboard and they said it was the tire light. They took my car in for almost two hour only to tell me there was nothing wrong. I took my car and went home.The next day at work the light came on again and my tire was completely flat. I had some put air in it and went back to lexus of riverside to let them know. They told me I needed a new tire and it would cost me 400+ dollars. They also said I could get it patched up elsewhere but not by them (if I wanted to save money).I went to elsewhere and they said the tire was irreparable. I went back to complain that I was in this predicament to begin with because they never alerted me about my tire to begin with. They failed in that regard and made me pay for new tire despite their major oversight. I asked them for a loaner and they said no, I asked for a hand car wash and they just ran through the machine.The entire ordeal was a major inconvenience for me and my family. I never felt acknowledged or welcomed. It could be because of my race but who truly knows. I won’t be coming back to this dealership again.

They did an excellent job on my solar shield. I purchased my 2005, Lexus ES from this location. The mechanics took a video of my car issues, not up selling me. The only issue I observed had nothing to do with the service department. The waiting area was antiquated and boring. The same furniture is still there. The place needs some upgrades. The womens bathroom has always been nice and very clean.

Lexus of Riverside is a 10/10 experience. I was buying a used car that was not a Lexus and they still treated me as if I was buying a brand new Lexus! I also only saw one salesman (Waris) the whole time which is BIG for me. I absolutely hate when they send 3-4 salesman to try and sell me the car. He was kind, straight to the point, and when I came in and told him exactly what I needed he did it and got it done quickly. I was in and out within an hour and a half or less! I’m so thankful I picked this place and when I’m ready to buy a brand new car I will definitely go back there and buy a brand new Lexus.

On March 20 I received a call from my mother in law who owns a 2019 LS500 . She had gone to the store and her car wouldnt start when she was leaving the store. She called my wife and I for help. I arrived and called the dealership for help. I was told Id be connected with a service advisor but only received voice mail so I left a message. After an hour still didnt get a returned call. Called again and was told NO ONE was available. I asked for service manager and was told he was in a meeting. Asked for sales manager and received voice mail but left a message. 2 1/2 hours later and still no call back. I had to search the manual and was able to start car. I still have questions about the car. It seems Lexus just wants to sell expensive cars and not provide service when the customer needs help.

Five stars are not enough. Joseph Luna did a great job getting me into my new 2019 Atomic Silver IS300. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We worked out most of the details including the trade in by e-mail. Ray Rasooli in finance was also very friendly and professional. I took my Lexus to Riverside Lexus as I always do and I told him that it was running a bit rough I was then instructed by the service advisor that it was because my spark plugs needed to be changed because I was at a 60,000 mile mark so I asked him how much that would be he proceeded to say it would be $642 I then left Riverside Lexus and went home and I got a call within an hour and a half stating that my car was done and ready to pick up so I went to pick it up and I asked if they change the spark plugs he told no that they took them out and cleaned them and that they had obviously been changed sense I bot the vehicle used the previous owner must had change them I asked well than why am I getting charged the same and proceeded to say because they had more than 1 person working on the vehicle I drove off ripped off and dissatisfied with the service Arthur provided my car is still running just as rough as before I truly don’t think they did anything to the vehicle I’ve never received a call so shortly after I dropped it off

My recent purchase was not a pleasant one. Found a vehicle online that Riverside Lexus had available and I decided to purchase the 2018 Lincoln MKX. The financing was the worst experience Ive ever had! I wanted to use a certain finance company and the salesperson Julian said the interest rate was too high so we went with my current bank. The purchase was on Sunday. On Tuesday I checked with the finance company I wanted to use and was quoted an interest that was 4% LOWER than the contract I signed. WOW and shame on me for not getting pre qualified and will NEVER purchase any vehicles from Riverside Lexus again. Buyer beware...

Worked with Marc J (there are several Marks there). We essentially did everything over the phone and via text. He sent me extra pics and details as I was shopping from Northern California and didn’t want to waste any of our time. He was fantastic and worked hard to meet my expectations and earn my business, which he did. We agreed on numbers on my new car and my trade, complete transparency on both ends. I drove down the 5 hours and there was nothing more to do than sign paperwork write a check and leave. Stuck to their/his word and no games. Great customer service by Marc! We went to Lexus of Riverside to get my wife a new car. I love my Lexus and when I purchased it, it was a great experience (different dealership). We had looked at the inventory on line and used there online appraisal to get a value for our trade in. We liked the car and wanted to make a deal but was told our trade in was only worth half of what the online estimate was. When I asked why, I was told they would have to wholesale it and that was all it was worth. After saying we would just leave, they came up a little and we made the deal. When we finished the paperwork and got the car, they didnt go over any of the features. The car was still dirty inside and they acted like they could wait to get us out of there. When I received an e-mail from the manager the next day asking how our experience was, I replied and told him. When I received no reply, my wife called and asked to speak to the manager. He had the salesman who sold us the car call her to explain some of the features. He told her he would send her some videos which he never did. The whole experience was a huge disappointment. We love the car but wouldnt recommend Lexus of Riverside to anyone.

Drove out of this dealership in a 2021 lexus IS350 F-sport These guys can get you set up super quick. James did an awsome job helping us out as well as Nick in the finance department. There was no haggling involved. All I had to do is ask about tinted windows, thru that in for free. James was straight to the point and knew exactly what I wanted. We got side tracked with the ES 350, which James let me test drive both to see which one I wanted the most. I appreciated him taking the time to focus on us and let us actually choose instead of being rushed. Im definitely going to get another lexus here soon for the wife. Thanks you guys. I bought my 2018 RX350 from them at a decent price. Needed a recall attended to and decided to get the brakes done at 30k. Yes, it was several hundred dollars more than a non-dealership but they use original equipment.They treated me right, gave me a rental, a little low on gas, and sent me on my way.When I returned and picked up my car, it had been washed and had a full tank of gas.Good place and quality work.

I took my 2016 Lexus RC 200t F-Sport to this dealership in 2018 to have my brakes and rotors changed. Paid about $1400 for that and a service. Left thinking I was good to go. No issues. I figured I could trust the service given by the actual dealership which is why I elected to pay the crazy dealership price for those services. Since I left I always heard a strange clunking noise but just figured it was my car making noises considering the fact that I once again trusted this dealerships reliability. Fast forward to September of 2020. I got a multi-point inspection and some AC servos changed out. I came back again and asked about my breaks wear limit because I kept hearing a noise and though it may be my breaks. I was informed they did not need to be changed but they did another multipoint inspection and found zero issues. Now it’s February 2021 and my brakes go bad so I decide to get them changed. The dealership quoted me about $500 to change the brakes and rotors. I was strapped for cash like most during covid so I decided to change the brakes myself. When I removed my right side caliper I discovered a long hook and immediately realized that was what that clunking noise was all along and that the dealership had left a hook in my wheel well near all my brake lines and axel. So that means they left a tool in my vehicle allowing me to drive off their lot in an unsafe vehicle and they missed it on 2 more “Multi-point” inspections after that! That hook could have easily rendered my vehicle inoperable. If I had my family in my car and that hook snagged a break line, we could have slammed into something and died. This is unacceptable. I don’t even feel confident in the dealership that sold me my car! When I went to the dealership to let them know, the service manager offered me a “free service” which would be nice due to the services being super expensive, but they missed the point. This whole issue is because of services I received so why would I trust them to service my car again! Who know what kinda damage that hook has done so far. I’m very frustrated about this and it makes me uneasy about Lexus of riverside.

I attempted to buy my Lexus here but ended purchasing at Newport Lexus.I have my Lexus serviced here and paid over $1200.00 for new front rotors and brakes.. I got a call the car is done and ready to pick up in less than a day.I make sure I arrived to get the car. I paid for the work and the maintenance needed light was still on. The inside of the car was dusty and the outside not washed. It concerns me if this is what I can see... what is happening that I cannot see.I time arrival for other appointments and had to waste time getting the light turned off and the inside wiped down.I think Im done with Riverside Lexus.. the location is convenient but the sevice is disappointing.

We have been purchasing and servicing our Lexus vehicles from Lexus of Riverside for over 15 years. In the last 2-3 years the service department customer service has greatly declined. What used to be top level service for our vehicles has become no better than taking our car to the local branded auto repair shops, yet with elevated dealership costs. These declines are pre-Covid, and have compounded since. Our most recent service will be our last with this dealership, as we will have to move to either Ontario or Palm Springs.
