Very nice local floor store. Nice selection of both carpets & tile floors. I bought a small carpet kit 4 my big Ford. Will fit inside my new camper shell. Owner was a very nice gentleman. Will p/u kit this Monday. Tell u later how it looks.

My husband and I had had Abby Carpets lay down Engineered flooring inmost of our home.. My husband is a retired carpet installer and very picky. Jim and his amazing crew did a wonderful job. We highly recommend them and will use them again..

Horrible service from this company: The owner, Jim, will show up to your property, unprepared, without any samples (even though his son stated that whoever arrives at the property would be prepared with carpet samples, etc.). Jim proceeded to step into the property and insult the tenant, making rude derogatory comments towards her and the room he was there to measure and provide an estimate. This man refused to measure the room, claiming he was not going to do anything, repeating it over and over to the tenant. He left the property claiming that he would call me, the homeowner later on that day to discuss everything. Three days go by, I have to reach out to this man, asking him what happened: He proceeds to provide a poor excuse of: I forgot the carpet samples, I will take them on Monday first thing. This was last Saturday morning on 06/13/2020...Guess what? Come Monday morning, 06/15/2020, he did not show up, did not call...nothing.Stay away from this company. They give prices over the phone with measurements, and once they go to your property the bait and switch...Obviously they do not even communicate between themselves as a company...So what do you expect from the service/product if you were to use them?I will be reporting them to the BBB and filing a complaint for discrimination. This is only half of the story.

Best flooring company ever! I have used Abbey multiple times and they are the only company that I would use in the future. Great prices, great products, great service. Jim and Dennis provide excellent information and services. The installations have all went flawlessly and they are always willing to work around my schedule.

Abby has a wide selection of carpet and flooring at substantial prices. I am impressed on how they do business . I shopped around at other carpet stores but none of them took the time to inform me and educate me on all the different choices of flooring. To top it off the installers were as professional as you can get. They work like craftsmen taking pride in their work.

We had our carpet replaced prior to putting our home up for sale and the quality and installation was first rate. On-time, perfect carpet color for our home and fastidious clean up afterwards. Polite and hard working installers; highly recommend!
