The Castillo Carpet Shack is definitely the gold standard in customer service and quality products. I recently moved into a home in Riverside and chose to have new floors and carpet. Chris was very helpful in assisting me in choosing which flooring to use giving me the pros and cons of the various selections. Team Danny and Junior were amazing in the installation. Their knowledge and experience were quite evident in their attention to detail, making sure that all was perfect. Vera, the owner, followed up on an ongoing basis to make sure I was happy with the process and outcome. She made sure I was a satisfied customer and whether I had any questions or concerns after the install. This speaks to their professionalism and customer care. We have used Castillo’s for years for multiple floor needs in two different houses. Their customer service is excellent and our flooring always looks fantastic when they are done. We have used them for carpet, tile and laminate flooring. Their crews always show up on time and complete the work in a timely manner.

Once again, just last week I purchased carpet with installation from Castillos Carpet Shack and once again, I am very, very satisfied with the experience on their professionalism, customer focus and service orientation. I have turned to this company for my entire home improvement projects with a variety of flooring such as carpet and wood beginning in 2007. And while one might be able to benefit from a couple of dollars, maybe $ 50 at best from another company, the work just does not measure up to the work quality and pricing that Castillos delivers. The products are exceptional, the choices are endless, and the expertise advise is on target. They are prompt with their commitments on delivery of product and services. I am a very satisfied customer.
