The AT&T associate was very helpful, and she explained all of my options. She let me know I was not setup as a veteran in the system and quickly helped me get that resolved. Super friendly and nice. She also explained what deals I would have when my son needs a phone. Definitely coming back to this store.
Jason the manager and his associates were so attentive and resolved ALL my concerns and helped me learn things to troubleshoot on my own to get up and running again in no time! He was so composed and helpful even though there were some people waiting and I had so many requests. He certainly controlled the room with positive energy and appeased everyone! Peter, the store manager, was professional and polite. He treated me as if I was his only customer and handled my questions and purchase very efficiently. I also watched him interact with his team; answering their questions and helping them through various processes and it was easy to see how respected he was. I will definitely revisit this store when Im ready to purchase a new phone or other AT&T products, thanks to the great service I received from Peter!

Location sold me a cellular phone which would not hold the amount of data I needed to switch from my old phone. Keep saying that it would eventuality transfer, but obviously did not have the room. Was able to take the phone back, but was charged fees. Very shady.
I am not the reviews type but I want to say, I had a great experience here. Ana helped me and my mom and answered all our questions. She was great. Transfered my information from my old phone to new. But what stood out the most was the manager on duty. I saw how he first helped a deaf person with care and then thanked another elderly customer for his service(veteran). We dont hear many thanks to our veterans. My father was a veteran and I always appreciate it when people who he doesnt know, thanks him. It reminded me of my father before he past. Thank you 💖
They signed me up for a business account and made it seem like you save money. However, I am unable to log in my account. What they don’t tell you is that at&t used a third party for their business accounts so it’s impossible to get help. Avoid this store, avoid them convincing you to have a business account, and in fact avoid at&t altogether. Verizon tends to be more expensive but I never had such a headache there. I’m going to cancel my account with at&t especially since I won’t be able to pay my bill online anyway.
Every time I come to the store I always get told Something different. The people in there have no idea what they’re doing and always direct me to the wrong contact. I called them up to ask about some promotions and specifically asked them if they were doing it and the lady said, yes, “we are”. When I got to the store, it was a complete different promotion after I verified with them, they did not apologize And suggested just calling customer service. The management in here needs to get in line and talk to their representatives because no one seems to know what’s going on.
The reason I am giving 5 stars is Brandon. He sold me my new I Phone. He knows exactly what he’s doing and telling you. My getting a new phone experience was easy because of him. I was dreading doing this choir. I’m am so happy now!
My dads phone has been locked for about a month.. it’s been a long process.. but these guys at AT&T helped me finally unlock it.. Chris helped me with the last steps involved and was very helpful, quick, and kind.. there was another co worker there that even put on kids cartoons to keep my kids entertained.. thank you 😀
Brandon was the best! He was very helpful and patient. He identified ways to save money on my bill when I needed to add a line for a family member. He was quick and got me on my way much faster than I anticipated. I will come to this store next time I need assistance instead of driving to my usual AT&T store.

AWESOME service and VERY knowledgeable!! Chris helped us and was so patient and kind. We were switching phones to new phones on two lines and switching a flip phone to a smart phone on another but using one of the old phones for that. So musical phones on 3 lines and adding a tablet and he got everything transferred and set up for us. Definitely adding to other really good reviews that brought us here...they were right!! We have found a new favorite AT&T Store!!
Just got my new iPhone 11! I was super impressed with the professionalism and courtesy this store gave me. It was a simple and easy switch from my terrible Sprint service (can you hear me now? nope!) . One young tall fellow helped me out with excellent customer service, i believe his name was Brandon. I will gladly return to this store for any need with my new AT&T services. =] 5 stars.

Brandon helped us out today. Super nice and helpful. Overall a very easy process to switch from Sprint to AT&T and buy 3 phones. He was very helpful again and overall the whole experience was much better than anything weve experienced at sprint.

This would be a 5-star review because I feel the staff do try very hard to provide good customer service, but the only problem that I had with their store is that I went in to upgrade my phone and they said they would waive the activation fee. About 2 months later the activation fee showed up on my phone. I went in and they fixed it, but I am taking away a star because I had to come back into the store to get it worked out, and they did, which I appreciate.
Very helpful people at the store. Helped me with moving my information from my old phone to my new one. Everything went pretty smoothly. I went to lunch and came back with everything I needed done. Go see Peter and Miguel. Highly recommended

Frustrated, I searched and located the AT&T store at the Riverside Plaza. Upon entering this store, I was greeted immediately by sales associate Miguel. Miguel had the phone I needed, the case, the chargers, and screen protector in front of me within 10 minutes. Thirty minutes total time, from entering to exiting, I had everything I asked for to complete my purchase. Thank you, Miguel! 5 starts because of how they handled that annoying woman who bought her phone online and decided to go to the store to get her stuff transferred. She took way too long and didn’t listen to the sales person for instructions. The guy has to repeat himself numerous times. The line got longer and longer because of her but she had no regard for anyone else in line behind her.She even walked behind the counter to play with her phone. They had to tell her she doesn’t belong there and to go back.Common sense!She was an over privileged Trump supporter.I am happy I got out of retail.You guys did great. But you do need more people.

I am posting my survey because I love AT&T customer service. They go above and beyond my expectations as a company that provides our phone service. Although they are a little more pricey than other carriers the pay off for us is the service provided. I recently had issues with a phone that Ive had for two years and I took it in. Thank God we pay for insurance because they just sent me a new phone within a day, no questions asked. Thanks AT&T
I purchased a screen protector online and needed help installing. I went to 2 stores prior and none of the stores wanted to help me because I didn’t buy it from them. I went to this store and no questions asked. They helped me right away.Its very obvious the employees here care about customer service. They even had a google review sign up asking to rate them.Thank you for your patience and time. I will be coming back here from now on for anything else I need.

Worst Service ever. They have no problem taking your money.N Customer Service, they tell you that you can do everything on their app. Not true, I set up an appointment and no one ever showed up, I keep getting hung up on.
I needed explainations about my bill. I called over the phone and they were no help. They referred me to the nearest store which was near the Tyler mall. Clueless there. I went to the store inside riverside plaza. The they took their time and went over line by line and even made recommendations on newer plans after looking at my usage.Before I left they spoke to me about a survey and also asked me to a review online when I have time. I will be giving great reviews on both.
Recently got my S10+ from here and the employees were friendly and had what I needed in stock and ready. It was a breeze to pay off my old phone and get a new one! I recommend these guys
I went during lunch time, and even though their internet service is slow during this time, there were only 2 people working and a growing line of customers waiting, Mr. Tran was professional, informative, patient and thorough. He even found me discounts I didnt expect!

The AT&T store computers were running slow. Maybe it’s because of the rain. But when I was helped the rep did an excellent job. I got all my contacts and data transferred even though I didn’t buy my phones from them.I won’t be going back to Best Buy anymore. They were no help
Jesus, the manager, was nice and helpful, and I felt like for once I was not irritated at a phone place, and wasnt being swindled. Then I got home and noticed an upgrade fee on my account which was supposed to be waived due to a discount and also insurance that I never said I wanted added to my account. I will be happy the day I can get a new phone and not have problems with my billing. I got the problem resolved, but we will see when my next bill comes in if it really was resolved. So frustrating that AT&T members always add things to my plan that I didnt ask for. Really disappointed. :(

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!When I signed up for the ATT bundle with direct TV, I was told that after one year, the total price per month would be $110. I was reassured of this price more than once. Now that it has been a year, they are charging me $143/month. I spoke to ATT at the 800 number and went up to a supervisor who said there was nothing she could do. I spoke to the store manager at ATT Riverside, and he said there was nothing he could do.I WILL NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AND THIS STORE IN THE FUTURE.

He literally kept us from switching over to T-mobile cause of the deal they had going on and all the other terrible service at 2 other AT&T stores! Will only come here now!

I went into too see about uversetv. Miguel Medina canceled one TV service and set up my uversetv service. Honestly the only phone store where I’ve never felt stifarmed to purchase an item. They helped me with not only my payments, but with questions. Even though I didn’t buy anything, I give them 5 stars for assistanting me.
I would give this place a zero if that were an option. Unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service is what I observed today. While my sister was paying a bill in the store ALL At&t employees (including the manager) thought it was necessary and professional to talk disrespectfully about an elderly women once she left the store in-front of other customers. Whats wrong is the elderly lady was not rude or irritated. She just wanted the rep to show her tips on how to use the phone. The rep told her to you tube a video. I dont work for At&t but i felt bad about how you treated the lady and actually helped her in the parking lot.

I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. Just go to an actual At&t store. My dad has never owned a smart phone and finally gave in to the hype. The manager, Roberto Quiroz, was fully aware that my dad didnt know much about phones and took full advantage of this, using a play of words. My dad was looking at the 4s, and the Manager said oh yea, you can get a phone like that for free with your upgrade. Of course, he made the sell and sent my dad home with an Apple 4, not a 4s, but you know like it, even though my dad made it completely clear that he wanted Siri. Im completely upset with the service. When my dad went back the Manager didnt offer anything but a $35 dollar restocking fee and $100 dollars more to change the phone out. Ridiculous. This Manager is nothing better than a used car lot owner.
DO NOT COME HERE!We had come in to talk about the Samsung 8 since we were receiving so many emails about the pre-order deal thru Samsung to receive the free VR goggles.The employee talked to us for awhile about the new contracts with any cell phone provider, or lack thereof (no benefit to upgrades no discounts on phones). He said there was a BOGO phone deal through Direct TV, but only for iPhones. He also said that if we did preorder the S8, that we wouldnt receive the phones and VR goggles until a week or 2 from the actual release date. He advised us to come back on the release date to get the VR goggles when we bought our S8s.We made an appointment at a different location closer to my husbands work. They told us that the people who pre-ordered the phone were the only ones to receive the free VR goggles from the promotion and they they received the new phones in the mail already. The Direct TV deal was BOGO for the S8 as well... They also said that this Riv Plaza location is NOT actual AT&T, theyre just retailers.DO NOT TRUST THEM IF YOURE LOOKING FOR HELP WITH NEW PHONES/DEALS.
This is not a corporate store they can do very little to help you for free. The manager of the store gave me a fictitious business card with someones name on it because I knew I was going to complain. He wrote Robert Quiroz on the card. One he wanted to charge me $50 to activate my phone without even understanding what I needed I didnt waste one second talking with him. Its too bad they represent AT&T they should revoke their franchise.

Walked into the store to replace a faulty sim-card. The lady helping me with the phone talked me into switching my TV service from Uverse to Directv. One thing she forgot to mention is that Directv requires a two-year contract, with severe penalties for early termination. Luckily I found out before they actually installed Directv. I ended up canceling Uverse altogether and switched to Charter. Bye bye ATT...

WORST AT&T experience EVER!! I have been with att for 13 years and after dealing with this store I switched to VERIZON! No clue what customer service is, no accountability for their actions, and just horrible business practices. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to this store. Its a joke.
