I called Boost Mobile customer service number ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!!! so i went to my local Boost Mobile Store and was Helped by Ms Monse She was so wonderfull fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes

Maria was great! She went above and beyond to help me out! If you need help with anything to do with your phone, come to this store! They even signed me up for the referral program so that I can get $25 for each person that I refer! Thanks again!

This is funny because I do not have Boost Mobile I have T Mobile but .......when I have a problem with my T Mobil phone BOOST MOBILE is always there to help me.I have walked in so many times with issues, problems and errors I self created by touching something on my phone by ACCIDENT.I have no clue on what I did wrong or what I pushed but the phone turned into an x-ray machine EVERYTHING ON THE SCREEN WAS X-RAY LOOKING IT SCARED ME so I turned off my phone and drove to T Mobile where the corrected the problem at no COST.Again I was not sure how but all the icons were so GIANT SIZE only 3 fit on the screen Boost Mobile fixed it.Regardless of the amount of times I have walked in with my T Mobil phone Boost Mobile has corrected the problem without issue and always with a smile and offering polite service to me.The location is so CLOSE to me that I have easy access to them.And at time when I have arrived with yet another problem I sit and wait until the have served their REAL AND ACTUAL BOOST MOBILE CUSTOMERS with the same care and thoughtfulness they give me.Now that kind of SERVICE is what you NEED and Boost Mobile offers that each and every day to not only their customers but also to non-customers like me.I would suggest stop in to Boost Mobile and check them out for yourself.Rebecca Velasquez
