I had my screen replaced here before and it was done like factory quality. This time was really bad with frame. Jessica is really nice and a skilled technician. I just wouldve liked to have a little better communication. Both phones are still going strong.👍

Went in due to my iPhone XR camera not working which also made the flashlight not work. They only took 40 minutes to Fix it and make it look like a brand new phone. I have no complaints about the camera at all it looks Amazing!! the picture qualities come out amazing!!! They have the best prices in town hands down. I really hate to do this, and I am the type of person to never leave comments. But the experience that I had at this place was terrible and super unprofessional. To start, they had my (unfixed) cell phone for 6 months . Never once did they communicate to me about the issues they were having trying to fix my phone. I had to pop up numerous of times to get updates which is crazy. In March I dropped off 2 items. A galaxy s8+ and iPad pro 12.9 inch. It took them 3 months for me to recieve my iPad because of the lack of communication. Just for a screen replacement. Waited another 3 months for my non fixed phone . I came in today to pick the phone up and I was told that that they could not fix the phone . I was told 2 months ago that the phone was fixable and would be fixed a week later. Never did I receive a phone call during this 6 month experience. Jessica told me that it is not their job to reach out about a finished product, that the customer should be the one to reach out. I was completely baffled by that. She literally gave me the phone back in the same condition it was in when I gave it to them in March. Everybody experience is different and will be different but I would strongly think twice before trusting them with your item. I could not believe I got done like this . It is not the fact that the phone was not fixable, it was the complete non existent communication . Really disrespectful. Then she went on to ask me if I comprehend that they couldnt fix the phone like I was I was dumb. Very insulting. I am also a black man so I took that to be very disrespectful. She also proceeded to ask me if I wanted the service to be free??? Another racially derogatory thing as if all black people want something free. . Very disheartening. Well this is my experience. Hope you guys will have a better one. But try to avoid doing business with them . Thanks for hearing me out.

Based on my phone call I could tell thet were there to help me. The price quoted for my repair seemed to be about 15% less than their Google counter parts. I am waiting on the new screen that I put a deposit on to come in so that I can bring my phone in for a screen replacment. I can give a more accurate review once the replacement is completed... Greg

The people are very nice and sweet but the customer service that I received today was not good at all. The communication on what parts I was going to receive for my cell phone repair wasnt available to me. They installed something I didnt want and then had to uninstall it. Ultimately wasting my whole day. Im pretty sure if you have like an iPhone or a Galaxy they should be able to help you just fine but if you have any other type of cell phone theyre probably going to botch it. That was my experience at least Ill never go back there again but they are very nice people though.

Excellent Company I Ran Over My IPad by accident with my car and it was completely destroyed. This company not only supplied an iPad casing for me but put it together with the motherboard and it worked perfect. I admit the iPad was work related and I was pretty anxious and annoying I bet but they were calm and cooperative every time I called. Great Company would go again.

Worse service!! after getting my i phone screen repair, not even a month later the sensitivity in my phone was completely gone. I paid $70!!!!!!! I took it back to the shop to tell the owner and he said he couldnt honor my warranty because the screen repair they places on there had white missing which the paint rubbed off and was not dropped! I took it down the street to D &R and the lady who helped me said wow he didnt honor it .. does he realize the paint was smudged and the screen is cracked she even continued to tell me that she would have honored it because it was no fault of mine and she can clearly see that he gave me an already defective screen. That being said, I will NOT EVER go back to Cell phone medix and I will take my business elsewhere. Preferably D & R because they stand by their products!

After telling the technician about the model, brand and broken screen - they ordered a screen to install on my phone that they said would come in 3 days. They were right, a screen came in and I payed 100 USD to have it ordered and repaired. It was the wrong screen, another 3 days I waited as another screen was ordered and I drove back to the store for a real repair. 1hour is what they promised. -3 hours later I get my phone back. they cracked my cameras flash lens and the screen was falling off the instant i received it. The screen completly fell off. After speaking with the Gentleman and the Woman at the shop they ordered another screen. Due to COVID (which I of course understand setbacks in shipments of part) the part took an additional 3 weeks to be delivered although I had payed the original warren-tied price they said it didnt cover the technicians work, only the part(s). They received the 3rd screen and said the phone was ready. the screen again was falling off. I gave up as the owner insisted he did it right and argued about it with me. I took my phone and left disappointed. he also wanted to charge me +$70 USD ($30 USD FOR SCREEN {THE 3RD SCREEN} AND $40 USD FOR THE WORK HE SHOULDVE DONE FOR THE ORIGINAL $100 USD. ZERO STARS -STILL HAVE A USELESS PHONE W/ BROKEN SCREEN.

Ruben got my iPhone 6 Plus working again after having it collect dust in my drawer!! Not only did my iPhone have a cracked screen, but also the dreaded Touch Disease!! My iPhone touch screen worked for a bit with a gray line, then stopped working all together. Ended up Keeping my broken phone in my drawer for over 2 years!! I tried to get it fixed back when it first broke, but every place I went to said they couldnt fix it. Recently, I read Apple would fix it, but only if the screen wasnt cracked, but mine was. Anyway, Im so happy Ruben got it to work again!! He doesnt use a hack (using electrical tape/SIM card/cardboard) like they show on YouTube to temporarily fix the Touch Disease. He actually microsolders the problem area and I was able to pick it up the next day!! My iPhone 6 looks brand new. Its a small store that seems like it caters mainly to iPhone users, which might be why I had to wait for my new screen to be ordered. But even the wait time was only a couple of days. When I called initially, they were very upfront about the cost and even gave me a breakdown of it when I asked. Definitely not as much as I would have wanted to spend on fixing my phone, but cost much less than getting another one. Since this was my first time having this sort of work done, I cant say whether or not the pricing is competitive but I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work.

I dropped it off, he said he would call when the job was done so I went to dinner. Came for a repair on my Pixel 3 XL device. Decided to give them a chance despite the negative reviews. Heres my experience. Was told my part would arrive in 1 day. 2 days passed when I called for an update. Was told they were just getting ready to call me to say the part arrived. Dropped off my device on a Friday and told them Id pick it up the next day. It was a minor repair, shouldve only taken about 30 mins. or so by their estimate. 4 hours later, I call & Ruben is confused by a note Jessica left him regarding my repair. He calls her, then calls me back to say that the wrong/incompatible part was ordered. Since it was a Saturday, they couldnt get a new part in until Tuesday. That wouldve made my 1-day repair, a 5-day repair. I asked for and was given a refund. I advise they work on communication, setting customers expectations, and double check with supplier(s) that the parts are quality and compatible. Theres too much competition in this industry for a customer to experience these types of issues. Im giving 3 stars because although they were polite to work with and didnt fight the refund, I had to initiate all communication and ultimately the repair couldnt be completed in a timely manner. Hope to see them fix these issues in the future.

I took my severely broken iPhone that several other places couldn’t seem to fix and this is the only place that was able to do the job. This is also the only place I found that didn’t try to overcharge me and actually has a profound knowledge of cell phones. I loved this place!!!! They left my phone like brand new. My iPhone 6 Plus was suffering from touch disease so it was rendered pretty much useless since the touch sensor was not working. I called about 6 phone repair centers in Riverside and none could fix the touch disease on my iPhone 6 Plus. The ones that could told me it would take a week. Not here. Not only did they fix it in one day but at a better price than the other repair centers. Both Jessica and Reuben worked super hard to have it done in one day, which was not an easy task since it involved micro-soldering. Totally recommend their services! They are professional, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly.

Its cheap but whenever they say we will call you to let you know when they have a part of my phone they never called. I had to keep calling to check up on my phone part. They need to improve on calling customers back before they lose their loyal customers.

I had them replace the screen on my iPad, and it was great for a while but then it started acting weird after a few months. Everything on the screen would start jumping around rendering the iPad unusable. I brought it back to them to have them take a look at it, and they replaced the screen under warranty, no problem! Great customer service!

Cell Phone Medix has replaced my five year old’s cracked iPad screen twice. I thought his iPad was dead and they were able to restore it and saved me from purchasing a new one.
