I asked about buying a Windows phone Describing what I needed it to do and was told by the woman behind the counter they would have it tomorrow. The price was $40 for a used phone with the features I wanted. I was very specific about the programs it needed.Called them the next day and the boss said he had the phone but it was now $50. I dont know if thats a sign of upcoming events or if its a better phone.The phone looks like the one Im replacing but when I got it home it was much older. The phone cost $50 NEW at Walmart 5 years ago. So having asked them each time we spoke if I could return it if it wouldnt replace my other phone. I asked at ever juncture the same thing.Well they charged me $15 restocking fee. Which is all the phone is worth.Customer Service isnt just a shrug of the shoulders in answer to why I just got boned by them. But thats what I got.Good luck if you go in there for actual assistance in getting what you need

Honestly I never really rate places much but the service I got from the repair GUY Mike was horrible went in for a service wich he was not able to complete and I would have been ok with it if he would have just refunded my money when he knew the service wasnt going to be provided like any other shop instead of giving me a run around for over 2 months when I finally got fed up and told him Im coming in for the refund right now he threatened me with LOCKING my phone and when i showed up to the shop didnt have the decency of showing his face just sent me the money with one of the other shop employees..THIS GUY IS A JOKE!!!!

Great service! Went in to get a screen protector and case for my alcatel fierce, great case and a tempered glass screen protector, both seem to be great quailty. Great store, they also do repairs.

They’re very rude, no manners. Will make you wait for hours.... screen on my iPhone 7plus stopped working after 2 weeks and are saying it’s not under warranty when it’s not even cracked!

I called this Flex Wireless on October 1, 2014 to have a cracked screen replaced on my G zone, that I had the screen just needed it put in. They told me 50 dollars so I brought it to them in the morning and they said it would be done by afternoon, that they would call me. I waited 6 hours and called them, they said that they found other problems wrong with my phone, it would be ready later. 1. A sensor was broken and could cause lost calls. 2. my charging port was lose and needed to be replaced. Both 1 and 2 would mean ordering parts and additional labor of course. I said there is nothing wrong with that phone other than a cracked screen, I should know its mine and said do not do other work. The technician said I would only have to pay him more to fix it later. I repeated there was nothing wrong with it other than a cracked screen. I went to pick it up the on October 2, 2014 and the girl said it was not ready. I said is the screen in it, she said yes but it does not work right. I said it worked great the day it was brought here. I said I will come back at five oclock and what ever you broke or did to my pone you better get the tech in here and fix it before then. She said okay. I went in at Five oclock and paid $50 for my phone. It has a new screen but does not work. 1. It takes 10-15 minute to initiate then shut offs or freezes and shuts off. 2. It is very hot to the touch. It does not work, even 1 percent to the way did when I brought it in. They refused to help or fix it.FYI-On October 2nd when I went to get my phone I over heard another lady be told that the tech would have to order a new frame for the phone for her was bent the glass would not fit, she said you promised it would be fixed a week ago, and looked baffled by the extra charges.

This place is a joke when it comes to repair, I would find another Legitimate certified place to take apart your expensive smart phones. Been a 2 week ordeal of frustration and empty promises to fix my cell phone. When I finally get it back my selfie camera is scratched, my thumb print button is set incorrectly and my home screen buttons dont light up any more. And all the manager can tell me is that my phone part is defective. Was working fine when I took it in for a screen replacement. Phone is only 3 weeks old. On top of that I had to return to pick up my sim card cause oddly enough it was not put back in the phone. I was stupid enough to let them fix my wifes phone that worked fine for all of about 20 min after we left the store... They use crap aftermarket parts.... And are full of excuses as its not there fault its not working... I will now take it to the next level and get my attorney involved which is my next phone call all you had to do was refund my money for your screw ups now it will cost you more

I got service with them through Metro a couple of months ago. Went back to get a second one because they seemed like they knew what they were talking about and it was cheap! 4 out of 5 stars becuz it was hard to find a parking spot. Just parked on the side street lolz

Called and got a price on getting pictures off old phone and onto a USB drive. The guy quoted me $20 over the phone, I went in the next morning and they said there is a new price and it will be $30. I turned around and walked out. All the bad reviews are on point. This place is a joke. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.I went up the street to D&R electronix cell phone repair. They told me 40 over the phone and thats what they charged me when I went in. They will have my business from here on out.
