Patio World is a great family owned business with a personalized touch. I had so much fun browsing the expansive selection of beautiful, high quality outdoor furniture. The sales staff was knowledgable, and I walked away with outdoor furniture that I can enjoy forever. In a world where big box corporations push cheap and low quality, I am grateful that there are places like Patio World who put customer and quality first.

I bought a patio set in 1999 with a 15 year warranty. 19 years later, they helped me replace a few of the silicone parts that failed, making the table and chairs like new again. I buy my patio supplies here, and in November, I buy my Christmas items too! Thanks again for your expertise and friendly banter today!Mr Clapton...

Incredibly nice people. It was clean, and has some awesome decorations for Christmas trees. Along with super comfy patio chairs.

Ridiculously overpriced! Everything in there was priced through the roof, and they charge for every piece of a set. To give you an example they’re selling a fire pit for $2500 that you can buy anywhere between $600-$800 that’s not much different than the ones you get at Lowe’s or Home Depot. But it get better, there’s a tag on the cover for the fire pit for $280 for a covered obviously goes with that set! Not sure how this guy stays in business.

Just bought a very nice quality bench for my front porch. I initially went to Lowe’s at first and was disappointed at selection and quality. I thought the price of the bench at Patio world was about right considering the quality. Service was great, thanks.

This store has great selections for your outdoor space with a variety of styles and price ranges.AND dont miss shopping for christmas decorations here, many hard to find items and great tree selections

Decent selection, most colors were awful. What struck us though was the owner -- an older guy who was a bit rude and struck me and my girlfriend as very weird and impersonal with a get off my lawn disdain.After calculating prices we asked inquired about any sort of discount if we paid all cash and he was all but offended. Listen, Im a small business owner too, and I budge all the time to accommodate my clients but they were definitely not motivated sellers. Even if he wasnt able to help us to save money, there was no need for his attitude.Bottom line: Check out their showroom, and buy elsewhere from a place with better, friendlier attitude towards customers. Were all feeling these hard financial times -- no reason to be a jerk.

Prices very steep, nothing too different from home depot or lows, nothing better quality. Yes selection is there but so is it online. I hate to sound like im bashing the place but there prices are just overcompensating for lack of business it feels like
