Myself and two other R.V friends had a corner of the oaks campground. We had a canopy of shade from the oaks reaching over our R.Vs to shield us from the sun. it was entertaining watching the squirrels play and 20 quail come down to search for food. It was quiet and pleasant to get away and recharge. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Bathrooms and washer and dryer rooms were clean. There were several people playing miniature golf. Lots of hiking trails. Their store was really big. They had everything in it you could think of. Their cafe was opening the day we left so were not able to try the food.The drawbacks: pot holes in the roads to get to site. Bugs, lots of them. A lot of the sites where not level. My friend has a 37 R.V and even with his blocks under his levelers his tires still came off the ground so did ours and we had 31 R.V. our other friend was in sight #96 they had a 37 R.V. they could not back up enough to empty out their tanks because it was going up hill so they had to find another site that was level enough they could back up to empty their tanks into a sewer. They said even with all that hassle they would still reserve that same space next time. So all in all really nice park. We will be back for sure.

Instead of fulfilling my complete order they cancelled one CRUCIAL item instead of getting it brought over from a store thats only one town over. Thanks for the great inconvenience again!

Not the best store. I prefer lowes. But is closest to me

Customer service at this store is bad.Bought a grill and had to wait 30 min for someone to bring it out. Thats not including the time they wasted after the guy at the register called and asked someone to bring it out.If buying something not on the shelves is best to stop every worker that passes by to see if its faster to get your items faster.. its best to avoid this store though the line is always super long.

Great customer service and shelves are pretty stocked. We drive out of our way to come to this location.

Its home depot, Ive been here several times getting various tools, lumber, and plants.Employees have been helpful.They didnt have the best selection of rock for me but, its home depot and they nailed it. 😜

Vert busy place but even when there is a long checkout line it moves fairly fast

Ask an associate if they sold box fans, he seemed like he had no idea what a box fan was. He waived for another associate so I asked him, he said he didnt know if they sold box fans but if they did then they would be at the front of the store. They both walked away. I walked to the front of the store and it was all Halloween and Christmas decorations. I left. Nothing really negative but not helpful. Went to target and was immediately directed to where I could find a box fan.

I love to go here for plants. they hold up great color....

Missing some of the supplies I needed. But overall not bad. And parking lot is always full .

Great store, I am always able to find what I need, even if its something I think is really obscure. The place is pretty organized and I have an easier time finding help at this store if I need it.

Very disappointed in this home Depot. I went to pick up a fan this morning. It said you could do curbside pick up from 9am-6pm, when I got there I parked in the curbside pick up and check in. I waited and waited and waited. Im like what the heck. Finally after sitting there for 30 minutes. I got out and walked in. Waited in line inside and when it was my turn, I told her I had checked in for the curbside pick up and no one ever came out after a half hour. She proceeded to tell me, oh theres no one doing curbside pick up right now. It should not have let me check in, if there wasnt someone who could bring it out. I am not sure if I will go back to this Home Depot again, if that is the kind of customer service they have there!

The Home Depot Website is just like Lowe’s. The site will tell you there are 7 items in stock in a store & unfortunately, the item is NOT! The Home Depot (like Lowe’s) does not do regular inventory checks in their stores nor do they update their website stock info regularly. Very frustrating! Wish they would address this, but don’t know how motivated they are to do so.

This place was not helpful at all. I tried to tell my landlord that I couldnt find the part, yet he goes over and buys it that same day. They even showed me on their computer systems that they had zero in stock throughout about 40 different stores. How is it that my landlord finds the part that I need the same exact day then? Made me feel really dumb.

My boyfriend had went to go buy paint and went through the self check out . He scanned his paint cans and on one of them accidentally scanned the wrong barcode (the one on the top of the can) it beeped he paid and proceeded to walk out. He was then asked if he paid for his products he gave the woman the receipt and she said you didn’t pay for one of the cans . He let her know he scanned it and it beeped but apparently it was the wrong bar code . He then tells the employee I will happily pay for it . I didn’t not know it didn’t scan. The woman then lets him know that he has to wait for the cops to come bc he is stealing . The cops come and tell the women if he’s trying to pay for the item it is not stealing. Horrible and embarrassing 😳 thanks Karen

The wait to check out was too long. The person in front of the check out told to go to check out 11, but when we got to check out 11 the person close it and went on break, we just there. If Home Depot care for the shoppers they would not have long lines for checking out. This is a management problem. Maybe they need to hire someone who knows what is going on.

Some people were just walking around while I was trying to grab their attention, other than that they were very helpful once I was able to talk to someone.

We only use the drive thru. Young lady was helpful, efficient and masked up correctly! I love their new dragon fruit and water drink. Its delicious and calorie free!!

Super packed on the weekends. Nothing is ever restocked. Always see employees standing around talking to coworkers. I only go to this location when I absolutely have to.

The associate in the lighting department was very helpful. I was looking for a light for my small portable vanity mirror. He was very helpful and made sure I was content with the merchandise the store had in stock before helping another customer.

Good selection of items, they have micro green seeds and cheap large pots. Worth the trip.

As a father of two I usually have to stop by to get tools and equipment making stuff for my childrens room. They have a great selection.

Gorgeous flower here! I also brought some lovely looking vegetable plants for my garden.

I ordered with the pickup option. It took a few days, but arrived as scheduled. I had to wait till afternoon as it was very hot. My problem, not theirs.

Tried to come here and buy a small fridge for our apartment. The associate working the kitchen appliances department had the worst customer service ever. We politely asked if there were any fridges we could buy and take home the same day. The associate rudely replied saying no they don’t have any to sell and walked away. Didn’t even try to help us find an alternative solution. He left so fast we couldn’t even ask him anything else. Honestly the worst, get help somewhere else if you’re looking for some decency!

My place when Im doing home repairs or contract work they have everything you need to get the job done and make the customers happy. Thanks home depot for your amazing staff and all the necessary tools and equipment to make the job easier.

Paint departments fantastic

Seems like I go here too often. Always upgrading my home. They have better prices than other hardware stores I’ve ever seen. Very helpful friendly. Lots of inventory. You could shop here or online.

Its ok. Its a home depot but as far as employees being helpful, they arent. They work departments that they are completely uninformed about and theres a few here that really dont seem into asking for help from them. The lines are usually pretty long here as of lately but if you know what ur getting and where its located and dont have any questions at all for anything, than its not too bad.

This place has everything you need to improve your home and everything you need if youre a contractor. The garden section will inspire you but honestly the whole store will inspire you.

Always a good experience, they have what you need !

This is one of the better home Depots to go to. They are helpful, and your visit can be fast. Most home Depots take an hour for me to get out of. They really simplified the shopping experience here. The rental yard is great, and the attendants are always super helpful.

They had item I wanted at = to best price and easy checkout at early morning.

It was a huge line for returns. Checking out was another huge line that went all the way to the end of the store. Management definitely needs to hire more people. The store looks very dirty.

Ive gotten really tired of going there and seeing no registers open except for self checkout and a line that goes all the way across the store. Its bad enough they often have the store understaffed to push more profit to greedy owners, but they wont even install more self checkout machines to account for the obvious frequent demand. They dont care about their employees or customers.

The guy at the paint helped me with paint samples. Was very helpful.

Hard to find assistance sometimes and the lines do get pretty long but they do normally have what Im looking for

Employees were very helpful. Especially when I was unable to locate materials. Gentleman in plumbing department saw my frustration and helped me locate my item. And apologized, explaining that they were in the middle of rearranging.

Stop using the self checkouts. All youre doing us preventing them from opening more registers. Give it 1 week.

The store is a great place to shop at the younger people employed here @ Home Depot Casa Blanca, Riverside, are courteous and extremely helpful....who wouldnt want to come back and spend their money 9n such an establishment of home improvement supplies

We did not leave with what we were there for. Found out that Home Depot does not do transfers between stores. The material we came there for was not available due to the reorganization of the store. Bummed. Now off to another city for our supplies.

Service is terrible, They definitely need to hire experienced professionals in each department.

This is a difficult store to shop in mainly for two reasons: the lines at the check out are almost always very long though they are moving a bit quicker nowadays and 2) they dont seem to have help to assist in finding an item. Perhaps covid related issues???

This trip wasnt so good their card reader wouldnt work and it kept declining my card and I told her we had money in account she said theres nothing I could do I had to go to a different register and then finally it started working so her card reader was bad. Also this time on the trip they were completely out of all of the Burns-O-Matic refills and they werent going to get any in till the 16 th I needed it for the project today so I had to go to Lowes I know their inventory control is something they cant control but just suck this time

I just have to say that I received the BEST customer service ever today!!!! I walked into the gardening section not knowing anything and in a few minutes the worker collected all the things I would need to get started in my patio and he was SO nice! It was a pleasure to work with him and I just hope Home Depot knows what a great asset they have in him!

Always crowded. I know home depot is popular but jeez. This place is like a Walmart of hardware stores. There always guys on the outskirts of the parking lot hassling people for money and work and everyone drives crazy. Its so crowded in and outside the store. I hate coming here. The staff are helpful but its just so crowded.

Well today was the first time EVER that we received excellent customer service at this home depot. Got some blinds and actually had help cutting them and making sure we got the right ones. Usually you cannot get anyone to help you with anything. Glad today was a completely different experience.

I went here to buy a refrigerator. Ms. Leslie Smith (Appliances Departments Manager) was the one helping me. She was very nice and friendly person. I asked her a lot of questions about refrigerators brands, models, features, sizes, qualities, and etc. She was very patient of listening to my questions and concerns, then she answered and explained those nicely in details. She was honest, enthusiastic and knowledgeable as well. Overall, she provided me the best service. I was very satisfied with her service. I had a good experience and pleasure of talking to her. I want her bigger bosses and her colleagues know about her good attitude and work professional.

Waited 30 minutes in aisle 14 to make a duplicate key. Asked 5 employees for help. They would page someone who never showed. Me and one other person had to leave after 30 minutes as no one was willing to help. Bad experience

Great customer service

This store is terrible. The staff has been super rude many times when i have gone in or called and they are just wildly unorganized as a whole. Constantly says they have stock of items they do not have stock of and Ive paid for deliveries that never came or paid extra for certain delivery windows and they show up hours later without recourse.

As of now I no longer feel like a customer, I feel like a worker since I have to do everything my self. First I have to cut my own wire because there was no one around. Then when I have to go pay I have to scan my own items, but wait theirs more I have to go back a couple of times to go grab a skew number because the computer or workers there cant get it. By far worst experience at home Depot, thinking of just going the extra mile to Lowes next time. Proof of purchase see image.
