Great place to stop for some breakfast. They have much more than just doughnuts. Burritos and bowls were very good. Made fresh and didnt taste like a pre frozen nuked meal. My order took a while buy was cause it was fairly busy here. Seems a lot of people know how good the food is. Great work!

Went in yesterday for some sandwiches. To begin the cashier was rude and had horrible customer service. We are dealing with a pandemic and we understand there are rules in place for everyones safety. But this place had no signs that said creamer needed to be served by them into your cup. A lady after me ordered a coffee and got the creamer she wanted, the cashier then snatched it out of her hands and said YOU CANT TOUCH IT. How are people supposed to know if YOU HAVE NO SIGNS ANYWHERE. 2nd none of my sandwiches were warmed or needed anything hot they took a long time to come out. 3rd the place was beyond dirty and gross. Because of whats happening youd think theyd keep everything clean and wiped down to avoid any sickness. And lastly idk what they put in the sandwiches but both my husband and i got sick after eating them.

Had a late night craving. Saw that Yum Yum was open late and stopped in. Got a 1/2 dozen for the morning and they were so fresh!

Went for a late night Thanksgiving 🍩 and the gal was so friendly. Recommended this quesidilla thingy and my daughter loved it.

Sooo good. A little hiccup when I ordered maple bars but it the box I found glazed twists instead, which were still delicious though, the freshly squeezed red juice is amazing, will definitely be going back to try the green and a lot if the other treats. I loved that their yum yum dozen actually includes 14 donuts!!! Highly recommend!!! Place was super clean, and the staff was very friendly too.

I absolutely hate this place the last time I went to this place to three years ago in the same it was the worst service I ever had I come to this place a picture in the two parents singing twice about it because of my last experience and the same thing happened I come out to the cashier just no one attending it I look at the donuts theres nothing like six different options donuts for a place to be open for 24 hours a day you have to at least have every option donut and at least three listen to doctor Bolivar is my sisters donut David kind for it to like be available so whats the point of it being open the guy didnt understand what I was saying in English so I speak to him in Spanish and then again he still didnt understand this is the worst place you can come to I recommend not to come to this place give your money to a homeless person give it to a shelter but this is not the place to spend your money

This was my first visit here. I ordered a dozen glazed donuts at 11 a.m. wasnt sure how fresh they would be also got a cup of coffee. Got home the donuts were fresh the coffee was fantastic and I am differently going back! Service was friendly too.

Nice and friendly safe. Great donuts and the coffee is bad. Parking is easy with Yum-Yum being in a shopping with many other shops near by. This a very clean.

Unfortunately with the prices so high at this donut donut shop you would think the donuts with it at least be edible. Obviously they dont know how to make donuts when theres a layer of oil at the bottom of a donut. Maybe theyll need a little bit of Education this occurs when your temperature in the oil that you are frying Donuts is too low and it does not fry the outside of the donut sufficiently so that it does not absorb the oil. Perhaps thats why their prices are so high because they have to pay for all that extra oil theyre giving you in the donuts.

I love their bagel, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I love them so much that I wait the 30 mins (roughly) that it takes on the weekends to get it. This place sucks on the weekends! Dont get me wrong, the woman in the back are really trying to get things moving and people out of there. But its small and you have a lot of people coming in for multiple things.

This shop usually features a large variety and many different flavors of donuts. The daytime service here is stellar. But the late night hours are just the opposite.I stopped by for some donuts after work, Monday night, 12/04/2017, around 11:45 p.m. A fellow slowly, and seemingly, very reluctantly came out of the back room. He had a nasty scowl on his face.There were hardly any donuts on display and there were no other customers about. A few chocolate and sprinkled donuts were on view, but very little else. I asked the fellow, Is this all you have? He nodded quickly and impatiently, as if I was pestering him. I told him that if what was on display was all there was, then no thanks, he didnt have anything I wanted to buy.He stood there gawking with a perplexed look as I walked out of the shop. This man was quite unfriendly. He neglected to greet me, kept me waiting for nothing and acted as if I was intruding or interrupting him from something more important than waiting on a paying customer.I hope you can read fella, and that you read this review. You are lousy man! Im in the customer service business myself and would never dream of mistreating patrons. Regardless of whether Ive had a bad day or otherwise.You have cost this establishment with your negative, inhospitable, and adversarial demeanor. The donuts here are soooooooo soft and warm and amazing 🤗😍😘😋💞👍🏻🍩 oh and the customer service was great the ladie was so calm with me and got me exactly what I wanted and the second i walked in she said hi and welcome and i will be with in one moment and she was and i was out of there in 4 minutes so yum yums is worth 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lady behind counter didnt greet me or assist me for awhile and she wasnt busy. The fruit blend drink I got tasted a week old and the donut was really greasy and I couldnt even taste the frosting over the old grease taste. A waste of money unfortunately I tossed it all and my stomach is not feeling well. I wouldnt recommend it.

One of the most racist places ever. My boyfriend and I are a biracial couple and we have had our fair share of experiences involving racism and we usually brush things off but this is one that is not okay at all.(See full incident on Yelp!)So which one is it? Was the cash register broken or do you have to be a paying customer? Why did Martha all of a sudden with a scared face as soon as my boyfriend walked in and throws the money at me? And why is Oscar yelling at my only my boyfriend that he needs to leave? And why were they refusing to give us their names?All we were trying to do was get some change, figure out why they were lying and discriminating, and not giving us their names.If I could I would give NO STARS. Racial discrimination and terrible customer service.

I am not on here to bash on this Yum Yum here at this location but when i first moved to Riverside this was my spot to go because its right around the corner. I would go in Saturday mornings with my kids but the attitude and energy that the women had in the mornings did not feel welcoming at all.

The sandwich was okay but lets talk about more of the customer service aspect I go into the store I was trying to tell the cashier at the phone number that they have listed on Google was not working or no one was answering the phone she ignored that and just became even more Ruder than she already was to start off with so they didnt have any wraps they dont have any pastrami meat they dont have any cronuts they dont have a lot of stuff so when I went to go order my sandwich you know she had an attitude about that and then when I went to go pay for my food I handed her the money in her hand she gave me the cash back but she gave the cash back on the table instead of handing it back to me in my hand like the right way like straight disrespect like the cashier was really rude and I dont plan on ever coming back

To be honest everytime from the six times Ive gone, there is never someone at the front.Half of the time they are in the back washing dishes and made me wait at least 5 min until the felt like attending me,and when they finally do its like Im a bother to them.its bad service more than anything donuts are soso nothing out of the ordinary .but service is the worst Id rather give that money to a homeless who needs it than that anti social business place.
