Decent Starbucks. On the newer side and the layout is nice. Drive thru is better designed for traffic than some of the other branches but it’s still a long wait.Wish they had some healthier options for drinks. Most of the yummy ones tend to have a lot of sugar. Like way too much sugar.

There was no sausage in my sausage, egg, and cheddar sandwich. My black coffee orders have always been correct so this is the first food issue I’ve had. I thought these sandwiches were prepackaged? Anyway it’s very dry and has a suspicious texture so I’ll have to throw it away. I called the store number but no answer. So basically I’ve hit peak Wednesday morning 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nice location and service. I went in but there is also a drive thru which is nice. Like that I can depend on SB for getting exactly what I like.

Unpleasant visit!! Why is it difficult to place a cream cheese with the bagel I ordered?? I know I was not the first customer this morning. The Mobil app had the option for pick up in store. I get to the door, I knocked and the female refused to open the door. After I left I called the store - their response “they have no control of the mobile app”Thank you for the unpleasant drive-thru visit.

I never write reviews, but I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks. My tire went flat in the drive thru and the Starbucks partners really went all out to accommodate me. It could have ruined my day, but the staff were beyond hospitable and I quickly realized this was a great place to get a flat tire! Shannon in particular was incredibly nice. She made a bad experience good again with phenomenal customer service. Thanks again, I appreciate it!

Great coffee... Caramel macchiato

Customer service is very low here. They never greet the customers and person can just stand by without anyone knowledge them. They just carry on while customer is waiting to order.

If you want beautiful smiles and great service this is the place. The lines can be long but we are all craving sugar and coffee so is worth it.

This Starbucks has a particularly long drive thru line... Always. That being said, a line of 10 cars in front of me took me only 10 minutes to get my venti hot coffee. I really like the chipotle chicken wrap also. The staff is efficient and courteous. The only reason I power through the drive thru line. Keep in mind if you have the app you can order ahead and go inside to pick up when you arrive also.

Came here today around 7:30AM. It was so so busy and the staff was hustling! I was impressed on how quickly they were getting through orders. Everyone had an upbeat attitude on top of that. Thank you!

I come here all the time after work and the customer service is THE BEST, always friendly and kind. I have interacted with im sure most of the staff, and every time they are super kind. Fave location for sure 👍🏼

Great service and variety of hot or cold drinks

This place is the best to go when you just wanna go and sit down and have a drink or get some work done. The guy calling out the names was real quiet so a lot of people couldnt hear him. The drink I got was great and one of the best Ive gotten in a while. Overall I give this place five stars.

Always super friendly and great drinks. I loved the little trick or treating Halloween celebration they put on for people going through the drive through.

Amazing coffee and friendly barista.

Nice setting and very spacious. Okay drinks. However it is in the north east part of Riverside. A lot of transients in store loitering and charging their phones. Some come in with coffee from the 7-11 across the street to tell the baristas their coffee is over priced. This says more about the area than the business I know.

Long drive thru lines during peak hours but customer service is outstanding.

This is one of the best Starbucks Ive been to in a long time. The customer service is excellent and all the employees treat you well respect. Definitely recommend coming to this Starbucks.

Lately my drinks are wrong and I cant go inside to get it fixed. Their doors are lock. I understand. Cant go thru drive thru again because the lines are way too long. Ill just try to drink it.

The disrespect by employees towards police does not go unnoticed. I refuse to visit any Starbucks until they acknowledge that two baristas purposely refused service to two officers. And to say that is was just bad customer service... Lol please dont play us for fools. It is also a shame that I even have to leave one star.

Oh check out a news paper...and get the latest. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and when I opened it it was almost half empty. I didnt ask for extra whip or for it to be that empty.But the person who took was order was nice (:

This is a really great Starbucks if you have the time to stop and stay a while. There are plenty of places to sit with lots of room. Of course theres free WiFi. But they also have some cool things to do in the evening here. I would like to give this place 5 stars but the drive thru isnt as fast as the one on Madison.

Working as a barista is a rather thankless job which can leave you jaded. Yet the people working here are some of the most friendliest I have ever come across and this new Starbucks is impeccable with a lot more seating space than the other local ones. Highly recommend and will be frequenting this one more as well.

Ive tried this place with several different items Unfortunately it has missed the mark. From fresh bake goods to a common latte, a total waste of money. Starbucks is suppose to be a treat to the palate.

Definitely one of the best Starbucks locations around. The morning staff is the absolute best and have never gotten an order worng. Theyre always friendly and welcoming. The evening staff and other locations could learn a thing or two from this locations morning crew.

Perfect stop for a late night treat with my lovely wife. Had a lemon cake and an iced chai tea latte. The drive through here feels a bit like the Autopia at Disneyland, but it was pleasant!

Service was fine, but the drinks sucked. I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and it tasted like a regular hot chocolate. My girlfriends drink was needed to be remade twice!

Normally I would have posted a pic but food looked so good I couldnt stop. Looking forward to coming back with my relatives. Food is similar to a cafe in Portland I loved.

I will never go anywhere that refuses service to our Law Enforcement! Shame on you Starbucks for not doing a thing about this!! At the very least you should be offering our officers free coffee for a day!!

I really like this one. Pretty convenient to get to, with a really large drive-thru. Staff is always super friendly and Ive never had to wait more than a minute even with a full drive-thru. Drinks are great, no complaints here.

Its a Starbucks.They are keeping to the usual standard. The only critique I have is they dont list all the ingredients in the food they sell. Being lactose intolerant its annoying when cheese isnt listed. But honestly thats a small complaint.The staff was helpful and friendly. Greeted me with a hello and good morning.

Fast paced work staff. Very welcoming environment, and my coffee was made just as I wanted it. The outdoor seating was not the best. Was more of a sidewalk to be honest. Other than that. I’d come back again.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go too. Barista Sean is one of the best, no matter how bad of a day you are having, you cant help having a better day. He has such a happy upbeat personality that is contagious. He has never failed to create your beverage exactly the way you request it. ☺

Very modern look, but wooden chairs are really uncomfortable. Also, for being a Starbucks close to UCR, only 3 plugs worked. Please FIX all plugs. Customer service was great.

The wait can become a bit of a hassle with all of the fellow students around but Id say its a much better choice than going to coffee bean on campus. The staff here is very nice and patient. The tables are kept clean and so is everything else.

First visit to this new location. Parking lot is a mess. People driving in circles, drive thru and exit driveway to close and confusing. Large green and rock space in middle of parking lot, makes NO sense!!Walking inside the seating and order counter confusing as well. Watching people walk in seemed lost by set up. Table set ups not good.Food ordered was cold and had to have replaced, charged for refill on coffee even though I have the Starbuck card.I wont be back to this location.

Supposedly was/is the highest profit margin store front in the US. (There used to be another store in the same complex that was almost just as busy! (And still another one a block away)) Constant flow of people but they are well staffed and will get to you quickly.

This place is perfect base located on Iowa and University very beautiful place well put together the architecture is amazing

Bad service, waited 30 minutes and when i asked where my drinks where they asked for reciept because they didnt have it and what time we ordered? We didnt even get a sorry and they where badly made.

This is the newer Starbucks Location for the area and though there are a couple of flaws, I still prefer this one over the blaine/iowa location.Cons:-So parking is a mess here but its not the most impossible things ever, worst case scenario you have to circle around once or twice/-They need more power outlets here. If you dont get a seat at the longer tables then you wont have an outlet to charge your laptop or cell phone which is a major inconvenience.Pros:-Staff is really quick to take orders and have drinks out.-This new location is huge, there is plenty of workspace but beware, this location is usally packed to the brim and at times it can be hard to find a workspace.

No parking all the spots were filled and what was even worse was there was a homeless person out side that people were recording and the Starbucks staff were even laughing and making the rudest comments I couldnt believe it wont go again

On February 21 while I was waiting on my drink this female Starbucks employee began scolding this other barista in front of every person surrounding the drink area. Normally this wouldn’t bother me but the way the female employee was talking to this male barista it seemed like she wanted everyone around to hear and know that he was in trouble. It was uncomfortable to see this person yelling at someone for what probably could’ve been just a private conversation. I think I’ll just be going to a different store from now on seeing that these Starbucks workers are not professional in the way they handle their business.

The staff today at starbucks are rude, especially the ridiculous femamale cashier managernwearinGB who a beige starbucks hat with short hair, she doesnt have the acumen for the position, a repressed lesbian that Reeks havoc and her body odor too, my visit was unpleasant. She thinks that pointing at people is polite, she has limited manners and this needs to be brought to her attention. She spreads rumors to other employees about patrons. NOT GOOD...REFUSE TO VISIT, AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

I had ordered my usual and asked for it to be put in the soy blender as usual b.c Im allergic to milk... Brandon had Austin clean and sanitize the soy blender just to make sure my drink was amazing! I appreciate it so much!! You are the first person (people) to do that and be truely considerate to my allergies!!
