I now have my own IT department and can come in the office not having to worry if something doesnt work and if it doesnt work I just have to make a call. I own apartment complexes and office buildings, and asked Active IT to install security camera systems at three of my properties. The price was fair, installation was prompt, and the cameras work great. I now get 16 views of each property on my phone, 24/7, with nice playback capacity. Active IT is also doing the IT maintenance as well as the physical maintenance on the cameras, and that service is excellent. David, Leo and Anthony are the individuals who I usually work with. I decided to hire this company based on reviews posted in yelp and google and have not been disappointed. First off they set a system up where we are able to work from where ever we are and are available for assistance either by calling their office or an associates cell phone. Their pricing is fair; they keep our systems up to date and customer service is great. If you want a good support company, from our stand point they have done a great job.

Very reliable team and I can always depend on Active IT for all my IT issues. We are medical practice and they have been with us throughout all of our challenging problems. We also have a very difficult medical software (and updates are a pain!)and its no match for them.They are outstanding for HIPPA compliance and always alerting you for any updates. We are a small law firm in the Riverside area and we have been using Active IT for the last few years when our original IT guy had medical issues. Throughout the few years we have been using the Active IT we have encountered nothing but pure professionalism and extreme knowledge of our computer issues. We are using a rather antiquated database program so not everyone knows how it works.These guys at Active IT seem to be able to figure out anything. I have to say that with the most recent computer issue that we just had I was very worried that they wouldnt be able to fix the problem. They worked very hard to overcome the issue and I am very happy and pleased that they were indeed able to fix the problem. We definitely plan to continue using Active IT in the future.
