I needed my cdl medical card shrunk to wallet size and laminated. When I arrived I noticed there was only one employee working the copy section and she was helping some one else out. Let me tell you Bree is awesome not only did she help me and the other person at the same time but she did it with out getting frustrated or angry. She was fast and friendly and was able to multitask like a true professional.

Always have problem printing here and staff is very unhelpful.

I purchased some expensive inks 2 days ago, opened the inks and tried to print, but my printer didnt print any letters. The customer service representative had no questions when I took the opened inks back to them. I appreciate their cares to their customers.I also tried to print some documents from their computer printer, it changed 30C per min and much better than other Co who charged me 69C per min at 3 days ago.We need to purchase more office /home supplies from them, to support their business goes well for our convenience.

O stars please ! They sold me 3 times the wrong connector.As a senior computers are not really my thing, so I needed help.Also the woman at the register told me in a military tone to cover up my nose (mask slipped), Im not going back there !

I agree with the other reviewers. Staff for the printing/mailing section are rude and unprofessional. So unhelpful and the worst customer service ever! Dont go here unless you like being talked down to or being ridiculed. Im not joking, snide remarks and condensending attitudes. I should have read BOTH the Google and Yelp reviews. This place is notorious for incompetent staff, awful customer service, and over priced items. The 5 star ratings are from the staff so ignore them. Honestly, order from Amazon for office supplies or go somewhere else for printing/mailing.

Woefully unprepared for back to school! Obviously a senior management problem. Two copy center employees just waiting for copy business but they cant take non-copy customers, as per company policy. The other employees look exhausted. Staples youre better than this.

This Staples was very tidy, inside and out. The outside was very clean with no litter on the ground and spacious parking. The inside was also extremely clean, tidy, and organized. Everything was easy to find regardless of what you were looking for. I went into browse and ended up spending more money than I intended to because the offers were just too good to pass up. The staff is knowledgeable and very polite and patient. Theyre very very busy and didnt seem frazzled or in a hurry at all. The quality of the products that I bought was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this to future colleagues, friends, and family. This Staples experience was just great overall. This particular Staples, in my opinion, is far better than any others in the area. Thank you Staples! 5stars all around!

Worst customer service, ordered a nice desk it said would be her by the next day, then got confirmation it shipped and would be here by next day so took the day off work opened the gate and hung out all day because they said if gate wasn’t opened they would just leave a note and drive away with it, so took the day off work kept tracking it said shipped delivery today then all the sudden at the end of the day just updated and says missing package, so I call them up and they say they don’t have a way to contact the carrier and that they will send and email and I should have an email response within 1 business day, they have no idea where it is no way to contact the driver and say no worries I’ll get an email meanwhile no idea when to be here and waste another day off work 👎better off with amazon

This afternoon I stopped by with a printing project I needed help with. The young lady, Lela, who assisted me was professional, very knowledgeable, and put me at ease that my project was in good hands. Great customer service.

I live at this place. I am always getting printing done and they are fast. When I have to purchase something the checkout is quick.

This is the best Staples in the area. Best customer service. Always on stock on what I need. The print center is by far superior. The others cannot compare. They will go out of their way to make sure your order is right and you are completely satisfied.

Today I’m giving staples a two star just because of their rude customer service. I went to get one piece of paper laminated as I’m waiting in line and it’s my turn, the person on the cashier register was really rude and just told me they’re lamination was down.. I had called earlier and the person who answered said to go in. I didn’t bother with asking questions I just asked are you sure it’s down he gave me a blank stare and said yes. I’m not sure what his name was but he was obviously having a bad day because he also gave the person that was ahead of me attitude.. I’m not sure his name I just know he was the heavier set gentleman.. I love Staples I love their prices but today they’re getting a two star just because I wasted my time driving to Staples and was assisted by someone who was really rude

Friendly staff, store is in a good location it just seems a little disheveled. Lots of stuff stacked on the floor in various places. But bargains to be found for teachers and office staff. Their back to school items are great for classroom purchases. Notebooks with paper for 25¢ are a bargain and worthwhile to get your classroom ready for the new year.

Chain office and school supply store. While you may not find exactly what you are looking for, you usually can find something that works. Reasonable prices. Staff is helpful.

I received a $10 gift certificate from #Staples and bought a new desk fan for $7. It is a powerful little unit that has multiple positions. A great compact, space-saving machine. The clerk was cheerful and welcoming.

These bast-ards put Windows 10 on my laptop and now I cant get it off! On top of that, I cant find the boot disk for Windows 8. So I cant do anything off line now. Top it all off deny putting Windows 10 on my computer at all! Fair warning, dont use any Staples store for Tech support. They will sabotage your computer and try selling you more software to fix it.

I went in for copying paper for my HP printers and only found 2 selections of HP paper and approx 9-10 types of generic Staple brand. I will have to to Amazon to find my paper. Rather sad as we only have one Staple store left in Riverside and it is on the opposite side of town from my office. Nice store and seemed to have alot of stock.in the store as a whole. I hope they can make it.

It was ok. I didnt see any computers. I found what I was looking for and that was an office chair, however, when we put it together some of the bolts were not the proper size so it has no arms on it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Went by during lunch time for a few office supplies. This truely is an Office Superstore. Wow! Not only did I find office provisions but also there is a variety of the latest laptops, tablet computers and smartphones. From ink cartridges to copiers and printers plus tons more. If youre looking for typewriter ribbons, theyve got some of those too. Neat, clean and well organized large store. Cashier was polite and helpful. Only downside was about a 5 to 6 minute wait in a very short line, there was only one or two people ahead of me. Once I reached the front of the line another cashiers station was suddenly opened. Overall the shopping experience here was pleasant and agreeable.,

Jen helped me price match my happy planner and krystyna was the sweetest while ringing me up. Their customer service was amazing!!!!! I live 3 mins from this location unfortunately, i forgot the girl that rang me up in copy and print all 3 girls were so helpful! I never leave reviews but I was shocked at how above and beyond their customer service was towards me A+ :)

THATS WAS THE FIRST TIME I VISIT STAPLES EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT AND I GET WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

They had everything I wanted, and great prices. Oh, and the cashier was really nice.

I needed an extra large poster laminated and know that many places do not have laminators large enough. I called ahead, was told they had the right size and was given a quote. Upon driving a half hour out of my way I arrived and was told that they did not have the proper size machine. I understand not having the equipment, but to give a quote and having me drive miles out of my way was very disappointing.

Took a few minutes to find help but they were super helpful. Store was neat clean.

No body asked if they could help do I strolled the store another 30. Min. Tell I found it on the other side of store. So go if you know what and were it is otherwise make a day of it.

Over priced and never stocked fully, dont waste your time. Theyve asked me to remove my backpack in the store the last two times Ive gone there and I find it incredibly offensive when my backpack is filled with all my electronics, laptop, dev tools, and camera equipment and Im looking to purchase $80+ worth of items which they never have. Funny because I never see them ask any of the women coming into their store to remove their bags/purses. Maybe they should spend less time worrying about things being stolen and being rude to customers and focus on actually sticking decent items. So far they havent had: a wifi adapter/dongle, sata to usb in any form, coax to usb dongle, etc etc. Ive been there twice recently and havent been able to purchase anything and received only insulting requests from staff when Ive never stolen anything in my entire life, Im not a thief and I dont appreciate the insinuation!***Staples Corporte + TWIMC: That is a terrible policy and a huge potential liability for the store. I could say $1000 dollars was stolen or that a laptop which was already broken was actually broken by staff, etc. Just ridiculous on all fronts.***

Floor staff didnt have working knowledge of the products in the shelves, every question had to be referred to management and the store. only had one manager.

I received a Dymo label maker as a Christmas gift, but did not need it as I already own a Brother P-Touch. No receipt for the item meant that I would receive store credit for the label maker and the package of label tape; I wasnt too upset because I am always in need of school supplies. I saw that the Dymo unit I was returning is currently being sold for $21.99. The associate, however, informed me that I would only get $4.50 in credit for the unit since they only give credit for the lowest listed price in their system for the unit. The General Manager proceeded to tell me there wasnt anything they could do; when I said this is a horrible policy, he said no it isnt. This is a horrible policy; other retailers will at least give you store credit without a receipt for the current price of the item you are returning. I wont be shopping at Staples again anytime soon and will gladly divert the money I would normally spend buying supplies at Staples to another retailer.

Great place to get school supplies

My grandpa took his laptop here from some hinge damage after dropping it. they wanted to charge 300 dollars to fix the hinge. then they discovered the hard drive wasent working and wanted to charge another 300 dollars. then they talked him into buying a 300 dollar computer for 600 dollars. for a total cost of almost 1500 dollars after tax. I went with my grandpa back to staples. told them they should be ashamed for trying to scam an old man. finally they gave us a full refund. The hinge only costed me ten dollars on ebay and a new hard drive was only 75 on newegg. these guys suck.

Had to make some copies. Kinda expensive but a younger guy that worked there was very helpful

Self service copy center works well when the copiers are working. Otherwise you have to have them do the copying for you and it costs a little more.
