I had left an awesome review for them before but after dealing with them about getting color contacts I won’t be returning . My contact prescription is still good until September 2021 I was interested in color contacts and was given color trials along with prices and was told I can purchase them with them. I decided to get them online and once i said that they refused to validate my prescription and I would need new prescription and would need to pay for it . I spoke to receptionist few times and male optometrist that works there . I feel like they where only doing that because I decided to to buy them from their office.

Dr. Cho and his staff are friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. My wife and I have high standards for our eye care, so we are delighted to find this office feels the same. Highly recommended

Dr. Cho and the rest of the staff are truly awesome. They make the eye exam comfortable and use great technology, then go over everything about my eye health with me thoroughly. I love the friendly yet professional atmosphere!

Hip Optics always provides exceptional customer service. I feel comfortable and welcome at every single appointment. The doctor found a small imperfection in my eye which no other doctor was able to recognize. It helped me to determine the weaknesses in my peripheral vision. The employees helped me choose a pair of frames that fit my face and were patient with me while I was learning use contacts. They even replaced a defective pair of contacts with no questions asked. They keep me educated and informed before i make any decisions regarding my eyes. I couldnt ask for a better experience.

I can not say enough good things about Dr Cho. His professionalism, care and concern is nothing but the best. The staff are kind and friendly. I even drive all the way from LA to Riverside because the service is so amazing!!!

Dr. Ho Young Cho was very welcoming and professional. He has been the best Optometrist I have seen in 8 years! He took his time with me and helped me understand what is going on with my vision. I felt like I have been going there for years. The frames were priced well from lower budget to high class Diors. I will not be seeing another eye Doctor as long as he is in practice.

Dr. Ho Young Cho is a great optometrist! He is always very nice and explains everything he does. All the staff help work to make a great customer experience and help you find everything you need. Id definitely recommend a visit!

The staff makes sure the scheduled patients have enough time in their appointment to be thoroughly examined. The examination is completely explained to you and any specific recommendations they may have are discussed. The office is clean and neat. You can tell they take pride in their business.

I had some extra questions after my appointment and the office was able to fit me in right away with the Dr. To address them. Very happy with my new glasses. They are a new style frame at an affordable price.

This place is a total rip-off... Depending on the type of frames you are getting they will bump the price up... And watch out for the $100 extra you got to pay on your eye exam.... They just surprise you with that they dont tell you that up front that they use some special camera.... If you dont have $100 for them to steal please save your money and go elsewhere.... Ive been going to this place for the last three years NEVER NEVER AGAIN
