Went in after my glasses got damaged over the weekend, and that was super fast and the staff was amazingly helpful and super friendly! Definitely recommend if you need same day! I was in and out with my new glasses in 2 hours and that’s with the exam and dr visit.

The staff at this location are amazing and provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Camacho was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m especially thankful for Candice, Paul, and Kesone. I honestly couldn’t get enough of them. They were so friendly, super attentive and just overall incredible. They answered all my questions and made sure I was well taken care of. I had such an awesome experience I will definitely be recommending this location in particular to everyone I know.

We used Lenscrafters years back and were so happy however, do to our insurance we were unable to use them ongoing but my sons glasses were in need of repair as he cant see well at all without his glasses on so I called Lenscrafters. I asked what they would charge to repair glasses that werent purchased from Lenscrafters and they said there was no charge and to simply bring them in. I did and after working on them ourselves for 2 hours it took the employee about t minutes. They came to our rescue years ago and now again. I use glasses for reading small print but my son needs them to see. Thank you Lenscrafters.

I went in, in a frantic after my hubby broke his glasses at night and on a weekend. I met with Dom and he reassured me everything would be ok and he would help me. Since my hubbys prescription had expired and it was too late in the evening for a same day vision test, we returned the next morning. All the staff was very accommodating and we got new glasses on that same day!!!!!Dom treated us like family and thats rare in these days and times!5 STAR DOM

Love this place! Ms. Lee was amazing. She explained every detail of my visit so I can understand it. Would definitely come back for another eye exam, eye wear and contact lenses.

Overall a great experience and support in all regards. Karen was especially informative, kind and helpful when describing the features and functions of the actual lenses/frames for the glasses that I had purchased. Definitely a worthwhile place to consider in aspect of getting an eye exam, as well as buying glasses.

I went to Lens Crafters in the Tyler Galleria to fill a prescription for new glasses. Both Emily and Jessica were kind, polite, helpful, and patient as I looked at a large number of glasses. Emily even helped me find frames so I didn’t feel so overwhelmed with the large selection. I will return there the next time I need new lenses.

My whole experience today at this LensCrafters location was nothing less than exceptional. From the time I walked in I was greeted, to just waiting mintues before I was called back to begin my eye exam. The lady who checked me in, the lady who did the pre-testing, the eye doctor himself and the gentleman who sized my glasses were all a pleasant experience. I have worked in customer service for years. To me, thats important. So many places now dont offer the customer experience we all deserve including the staff themselves. Thats what brings the customer back plus the product itself. I highly recommend this location. And I will be returning for my future eye care. Dr. Camacho explained in detail about my eye exam, and the care of my eyes. Juan Mora who did my fitting, explained in detail the insurance coverage, to discounts and the warranty. I was extremely satisfied with this whole experience. Hopefully this review will be helpful to someone questioning if they should go to this LensCrafters location. I would. Give them a try ... hopefully you will be pleased like I was.

Went here for 3 years in a row. I wont be going back. It was very convenient and reliable place for me. Also what I liked best was having my glasses in just one hour would do some shopping in the mall until they would call me that my glasses where done....That was always the must exciting part. Unfortunately I went in one day took some frames that where only 3 months old. Very good condition Burberrys. Went in to get my prescription filled. I was called 45 min and told my frames broke during the process. They try to tell me its cause they where old haha right..I said no worries, I told them I had got my frames there with them just to look at the information. Which I had insurance I payed for. Just to order another frame. Funny thing is, once they looked into my file then they came back and told me they where obsolete and they didnt carry it anymore. I ask to speak to manager and all she offered me. Was a 20% discount on a new pair. $300 frames broken and they wanted me to buy new ones again.. made no sense.. and I had paid for insurance if frames break they would replace it. Lenscrafters didnt honor there own policy . Unfortunately I was desperate needed my glasses and bought the frames, but never again will I step foot in a place where you pay for coverage for frames and its in the paperwork yet they dont honor it. Especially when they where the ones to break my frames. So much money spent and thrown down the drain.

I’m so happy that they have a doctor there everyday because my regular doctor told me at least 3 weeks before he could see me! Dom took me back to do the testing and he made me feel very comfortable! Alyssa and Candice were super nice and helped me pick out 2 Rayban frames and I was able to get Rayban authentic lenses in my prescription! I will only come here from now on!

In this busy Covid-19 recovery world something went beautifully well for me this week. Last week in a surgery setting an RN told me to keep my glasses on for I might need to sign a few more last minute papers, then very soon the Surgeon arrived and things started moving fast. I learned that I should have had the case for my glasses for they were damaged beyond repair when a well meaning technician put them in the bag with my shoes. Seven days later while riding on the freeway with daughter and granddaughter to horseback riding lessons (theirs, not mine) I remembered I am going to need my glasses replaced. I phoned LensCrafters while passing by on the freeway and the associate was so nice and knowledgeable that I was able to order my replacements without me coming into the store. I am a happy camper. I only wish I would had called my Lenscrafters store a week ago when I first started thinking about it. In store service is always pleasant, but after a foot surgery I was not looking forward to visiting the Mall on crutches. Replacements over the phone opened up great possibilities for now and the future as well. Thank you LensCrafters for solving my problem again.Chaplain Fred Self

I went to lens crafters because my glasses broke.. They were extremely helpful and were able to use the same lens and got new frames and they were very accommodating.. It took less than an hour to have new frames and walk out with new frames.. 😊

Great service very helpful

Long story short I came in a total of 6 times. I was given 3 exams in order to correct a fish bowl effect around the edges of the lenses, they all showed a similar result. It was my 5th time in they asked for my previous prescription to copy it into a new pair. On my 6th time in they saw I had a different lense specially designed to get rid of the effect. If somone would have told me about this special lense I would have gotten it on my first troubleshoot without the for exam 2 or 3. Waste of time.

Dr Camacho was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to go to him for all of my future eye exams. Also, Abdon was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. The only shocker I really had was the price of my glasses. Apparently, I required progressive lenses, and added transitions, however even after my insurance paid over $500 towards my glasses, lenses etc, I still had to pay over $400 out of pocket. Maybe I have been out of the loop to long, but that seems a little expensive. Furthermore, I expected to walk out with my glasses same day, but instead its going to take up to 2 weeks to manufacture the progressive lenses they recommended. Honestly, I would have just went to the optometrist around the corner from my house if I had known that it was going to take so long to manufacture.

Horrible experience. Once - an error, twice - you wonder. Three times though.

I paid for non glare. Went back and told them. The young lady acted like I didnt know what I was talking about. I let her know that I have been wearing these kind of glasses before she was born. She told me to wear them first a week. This happened on my eye glasses and my sun glasses. When you pay over 300.00 a pr you should get what you pay for. It happened to my son also. Never go to the one in Riverside.

Ordered and paid for contacts. 10 days later (today) I called to check on status. Waited 12 minutes on hold to be told that I would get a call back to tell me where lenses are. When I asked they couldn’t tell me for sure.Just received a call back and was told they were shipped but USPS does not show received from LensCrafters.I would never order from them. Someone’s not telling the truth.

A huge waste of time and poor service. Even with am appointment I had to wait over an hour to be told they did not have what I needed.

Went in with my four year old and Austin helped us, he was amazing with our son. He was patient and even got our son to wear his glasses out of the store, and he taught him how to put them on without stretching them or touching the lens. He should definitely be recognized by upper management for his skills with children, when I go back I will make sure he is there before I go.

They tired to charge $169 for (1 ) pair of glasses.!! That’s ludicrous, Americans best glasses gave me (2) pairs and free eye exam you guys are a joke! Wouldn’t recommend

I took in a pair of eyeglasses that had a screw that has fallen off the frame, they were able to replace it which Im grateful for, they also tightened the arms. Unfortunately in doing the fixes they scratched one of the lenses! They didnt even mention they had done that. I saw the huge scratch line across the majority of the lens when I was driving. So I would not trust them with your expensive eyewear, mine are Fendi frames :( completely ruined.

I walked in late due to issues at another Lenscrafters branch in Moreno Valley. The manager was very sincere and she even pushed the lab to complete my glasses the same night (45 minutes). The technicians had already started on production and were expecting my arrival from Moreno Valley. Ultimately, I was very satisfied and the manager at this branch is one of the best. I will return.

Great Experiance think we should update the store looks completely different! In a good way, its more modern, All associates are very well put together and price is good.. you pay for quality... Customer Service is the worst.. Have a sign outside the door to sign in.. Stood there over 10 minutes. Store wasnt busy, NO one came to the door to say Ill be with you in a bit, how may I help you, good evening or nothing. I would have gave no stars but wasnt giving the option..

Let me start off by saying the optometrist great . However, when it was time to purchase glasses customer service do not exist and the sale associates made us feel like we were imposing on there time. That should been my red flag. Then some time later, my daughther lost a screw for her glasses and it needed to be replaced. She was told they would not replace the screw because it was not apart of the coverage plan. We ended up going WALMART where the screw was replaced and tightened for free. Save your money and get the glasses some where else. The convenience of receiving glasses in a hour is not worth the price or lack of customer service.

I spent 600+ on my glasses. I went back two days later to tell them that I could not see out of them. They basically told me that I was crazy and just needed the frame adjusted. After getting irritated they suggested that I go back in the next day to have another exam. The lady that helped me took my glasses popped out my lenses really quickly and roughly so she could readjust the frame. I got home that night took them off to clean them and realized that the side NOW had a freaking chip in it!!! If I could see out of the freaking glasses I would have been able to tell them right then and there that they had chipped the lenses!! Im still so mad that they tried to tell me that I am crazy. Ive been wearing glasses since I was 4. I think I know a thing or two about getting a new prescription.

Very poor service. Ive ordered hard contact lenses and Ive had to go but solution to put them on because they didnt have any. this happened twice. they order things very late and dont care to notify customers when items arrive.

I ordered contact lenses, when I got them I could not see the license plate in front of me when I was driving. Pulled over to take them off thats how bad it was. I went in the next week to have them adjust, the doctor in the back told me I need to choose between seeing a license plate or the computer for work. That pissed me off but I needed to get something. So I order glasses again, paid 300 bucks for the frames and I never got a call saying they were ready. About a week later I called and they said they just got my lenses in and it should be ready that day in about 2 hours. I waited two hours before I left back to the mall, and when I went to ask for them they told me they havent started on them. I was livid because I had work the next day. I will NEVER go back to this place.

Efficient and professional staff at this business. Received a good eye exam at a fairly reasonable price but their frames and lens are very pricey.
