This is a great place, it’s almost like a convenience store but they have so many more items than your typical convenience store, of course they have the pharmacy but they also sell alcohol, candy, beauty Products and even toys for young children, if you need sunglasses they have them if you have problems with minor pain they have over-the-counter items for that, this is a very nice store and now they’re even doing Covid vaccines,So Buy local, Shop local,Spend local.

This store is beyond filthy. Especially the carpet. I wont ever go back, its that filthy!No baskets to use while shopping. The store shelves with product are in disarray and filthy.

The pharmacy is quite excellent, very professional and prompt. They look for any omissions that might be in your prescription and will call your doctor if they feel that it is not complete. Dont you like that kind of service? I do. Really, really I do. This review was written by Catherine Hepburn.

If I could give zero stars then I would. Had a vaccine appointment here. Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment. The whole setup was disorganized. They couldnt find paperwork or supplies. Then when it came time for me to get the vaccine the little booth was disgusting. There were exposed syringes and trash everywhere. The intern pharmacist was touching and bending the needle trying to get the last drop out of the bottle. The whole thing was so disgusting that I walked out without my vaccine. This experience was so upsetting. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment for the following week at a clinic across town.BTW this is a nasty store to begin with...I shouldve known better.

I came for the vaccine and left with coronavirus. They use an appointment system which apparently books as many as possible for any given time slot. They have a poorly marked area in the middle of the store for your hour-long + wait in line for your appointment. Right next to merchandise. I called and spoke to someone regarding my contact tracing which led to the store at the time of my vaccination. They did nothing. I spoke to the Riverside Health Dept. Twice. Nothing. This is a blatant disregard for the health and wellbeing of their customers. I went back today (15 days after I notified them). They have still done nothing to move their lines to a safer place.

Fast service! Even though they are usually very busy, the clerks are quick and friendly. A nice selection of dollar items.

Small and cramped. Everyone spoke Spanish and the music was Spanish.

Be your own advocate and verify what shots and / medicine you’re given. I was given the wrong shotby error of Pharmacist. I was irritated by this, but, it was brushed off by Pharmacist and was told it won’t harm you. Meanwhile, I had the pleasure of paying again to get the correct shot. It’s a local CVS and I have come here for a few years and most of the time service is good and friendly. I just caution everyone to be proactive and diligent. I assumed that as a medical entity that mistakes like this don’t happen’I was wrong, but, lesson learned.......Be careful and stay safe’. 😎😎😎

Claudia was the MOST AWFUL, RUDE, VIAL EMPLOYEE that I have EVER encountered there. I will refuse to go back if she is there.. while everyone was working hard she was being nasty to her co-workers and me!!!

Count your pills before you leave. If they make an error, dont expect them to care.

Checkout lines can frequently be long, but the staff are friendly and fun.Update, November 2018: Unfortunately, at this point, the staff seem to be a less happy bunch than when I initially wrote this review. I would still recommend the store, as it is usually clean and neat, and the prices are reasonable (especially if you have a CVS card, which is free, and yields great price breaks and rewards), but the pervading mood of the employees is, for whatever reason, far less light and playful these days.

The pharmacist was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. Wonderful place to get medication.

The pharmacists at this location were absolute sweethearts. I was having a really crummy day and was trying to transfer a prescription from out of state. Had to jump through hoops with my insurance to get it transferred and the pharmacist told me I might not get my prescription until tomorrow. Considering my circumstance I asked if she could get it tonight. They contacted my original pharmacy (which closed 9 minutes after my call with her) and I was able to get it filled within an hour. When I went to pick up my prescription, they didn’t take my insurance and the pharmacist tried to ask if my insurance had another pharmacy that they could transfer it to and another even looked up coupons to try and make the price more reasonable. They really helped turn around my night. Thank you!!

Convenient location and friendly staff. Kind of on the small side but well configured to maximize inventory.It being downtown, kind of nice to see they have plenty of 🆓 parking 👏

One of the worst place to get your medications from just that one bad apple makes the whole experience bad and not wanting to go back I know some of u know who I’m talking about. Other than that the store part is ok and clean..

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They told me the pharmacy was closed 5 min before closing time. I will never deal with them ever again.

Employees are always nice...I come here everyday....people complain about no restrooms but theres a starbucks 20 feet away that will always lets you use theirs. I wish it was 24/7 but unfortunately close at 10pm...pharmacy at 9pm. Always clean inside

Ok so the store staff is great and the store is very well stocked customers on the other hand are rude its not the stores fault but there are people hangin in the parking lot etc. Maybe more police presence is needed

I give it two stars because the lights worked, they carried the basic supplies, and the employees were nice. Aside from that the store is in desperate need of a remodel compared to the surrounding shops.

Once again CVS at this location told me that I could pick up my medication at a specific time, and of course I went 30 minutes after the time they told me and it wasnt ready. Save yourself the trouble and use anyother pharmacy or Express scripts.
