The last 2 times I have come here I have been forced to pay inside because when selecting the credit card option the pumps still require a pin rather than zip code. In addition be careful of the driveway angles, even factory height will scrape

My husbands car was having issues and came to a holt at this location. Initially we assumed it was fuel, so we gathered the little change we had on us to get his car going again. An evening manager Gamal tried to refuse allowing us to pay with change and claimed he could only accept rolled coin currency (which is false). After putting in the gas we then figured out it was the battery. We asked to manager if we parked the vehicle out of the way, if we could return the next morning at 8am to tow it home. He said we could but if it was towed it wasn’t his responsibility, it would be the owners. We then asked for the owner and corporate’s information, to ask him/her for approval or at least find out where our car would be if it was. Gamal then refused to give me the information information. When I asked him, “So how do we find out where our car will be if it’s gone?” He shrugged his shoulders and shook his head. I was amazed with this mans lack of empathy, customer service, and rudeness. Especially the way he talked to my husband like he was nothing. For better customer service I would suggest ANY other location then this one.

No active number,they cannot be reached,I lost a part that came off in the car wash,tried to call them but asked for my remote access number.Could not get through to anyone.

Very nice restrooms that are actually usable usually places like this try to pick and choose who uses the restrooms but this place is not one:; very clean place, good gas, and got to love dollar any size drinks at circle k :)

I usually find the prices better at the Shell Station at Limonite and Clay, so recommend it over this one for locals. Also, a few years ago when the two had more equal prices, I was either being accosted by employees trying to sell fuel additives and the like or people in the neighborhood trying to sell whatever, and quit going to this one at that time. However, it probably has its act together more now. With the other Shell station lowering prices, and the even closer service station at Riverview and Mission making a lot of improvements, this one probably has to to stay competitiv.e
