I am the Ways & Means Coordinator for my professional group. With our annual conference around the corner I was asked by the Board to bring shirts to sell at the conference. The down side was that I had to get approval from our membership to spend the money for the shirts before I could actually place the order.I met with the owner Stan and we discussed what I needed. He was extremely helpful, offering various options, and said he could help us out. I was able to get approval to move forward - but the conference was only 1 1/2 weeks away and we needed 150 shirts!I sent my order in to Stan who was able to help me out! Although it was a rush, he and his staff were very helpful and kept in touch during the process. They did a great job in getting the shirts in, the logo imprinted, and ready for me to pick up. I called on Christmas eve to inquire about getting a logo embroidered onto a guitar strap for a very last minute Christmas gift, and was informed that they were only open for a few hours due to the holiday and that embroidery services were already done for the day. Instead of leaving it at that, Stan asked a few questions about the material and what I wanted to have done and suggested that I get the logo printed onto the strap rather than embroidered. I raced over to the shop and frantically handed over the guitar strap to Stan who showed me examples, gave me tons of options for colors and fonts, and showed me every step of the printing process. The final product was perfect and a huge hit at Christmas. I will definitely be going back for all my future projects.

I needed shirts for the Price is Right and I came in with an order less than a week before the show and Stan was able to complete the order and get it to me before the show. He was even willing to stay past closing time to make sure I received my order. Overall great place and he will definitely have my business in the future.

I have used a few different embroidery companies in the Inland Empire in the past, but since coming across Embroid Me in Riverside, I will not use another company. The staff here, by far, does the best work in the area. Stan is great to work with. He truly cares about the quality of his work. EmbroidMe is truly a first-class company.

Oh, yes...This is the place to go!!! I was worried about ordering a t-shirt this close to Christmas fearing it would not be done in time (Bad planning on my part). I called another place in town and it would have taken more that 2 weeks so I called Stan and he said he would be able to get the shirt done in only a few days...well he not only gave me great service but he had the shirt done in only a few hours. Imagine my surprise when I got a call the same day I went in and ordered the shirt. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR ALL YOUR PRINTING NEEDS!

Made a few Christmas Stockings and needed the name of kids on them. Also needed a place that wasnt just a hole in the wall. Very professional and also VERY VERY friendly. The order was done the next day when said it would take a few days! Do you like mom and Pop shops,? well this is a grass roots Mom and Pop operation.

The owner Stan is very rude and put me and my clothing company down in every breath he took explaining how heat pressing is better then screen printing and he wouldnt touch my design with a 10 foot pole. But Ive already sold over 500 shirts though. Also said that I wouldnt make it with my business. Who talks to customers this way? Just bad bad business. He just lost a good customer that orders alot of merchandise.

I usually dont write reviews unless Ive received outstanding or terrible service. I came in a week before Christmas to inquire about having one item embroidered. To preface, I knew my chances of being helped by Christmas were slim, I am not an angry customer who is writing a scathing review just to be malicious. Im not sure what his name is, but it is an older heavy set gentlemen who gave me terrible service. He, in a confrontational manner, asked me what I wanted, to quote him, What do you want? I proceeded to inform him and at the end of my spiel, he says, I cant do anything for you. Again, I knew going in this was a likely response Id hear. My issue is the lack of care and intent that should be with every customer. Im not sure if he was having a bad day or what, still doesnt excuse the way he talked to me. HOW you treat your customer is important, and today EmbroidMe lost a potential customer forever.w

I was told my request was too small of a job to have “her” stop production. Wrong answer. Sometimes a small job, turns into repeat business, with larger projects.

Very quality expirience they did an amazing job. For the most part I am extremely happy with how they did my jackets. The only thing that drives me crazy is for one of my jackets my name starts with a lower case. But as long as you specify what you want they do incredible work. My other jacket they did I was unsure about because they would have to remove the previous embroidery and I just didnt know if it would come out alright. Let me tell you that it came out AMAZING im glad I came here theyre not really over priced or anything their staff is great the only bad thing from my expirience was the lower case in the name. Other than that I will definately be here again for any future embroidery needs I may have.

Talk about customer service, the EmbroidMe-Riverside team is fantastic! I needed a small embroidery job done for a conference Im attending next week. I called my usual local embroidery company and they gave me the run around (small order upcharge, rush order upcharge, not to mention they couldnt even quote me a price over the phone). I called EmbroidMe-Riverside and explained the situation, and they were more than accommodating and fair. Friendly, upfront, and quality service. A+ Ill be coming back for sure.

The owner/guy over the phone is cocky and too swift to dismiss & discredit the competition store, using words as crap etc.. Definitely not a good start with prospective customers looking for competitive quotes... 👎🏼
