In addition, their work was neat, professional and they sought my input on important aspects of my project. We asked for two French doors installed. We had to wait a month as they were custom built. Green lite had a good reputation on yelp. We just moved to riverside two months ago and wanted to support local businesses. Two man job took eight hours. Doors look great.

We had a great experience with Green Lite. Our home had original single pane windows from when it was built in 1973. Leaky, drafty, gross. Our new-to-us home would be grateful for the facelift.Mark is the salesman who came to walk us through the product we were interested in. He was professional, to the point, and didnt reek of salesman. We didnt feel that gross feeling you can get from the door-to-door guy or a car dealership. This was the first quote we received and we only ended up getting one other quote because we felt confident in hiring Green Lite after meeting Mark.On installation day, two men installed everything in one day, and that included tearing down an existing window and turning it into a giant slider. We love it. They installed trim that looks really nice too, not some cheap and quick product.The only complaint I had was that the man at the office in charge of scheduling didnt call me to tell me they were coming to do the official measurements. I had two strange (and a bit rough looking) men on my doorstep. The only reason I answered was because I noticed the logo on the T-shirt through my peephole. Otherwise, I would never have opened my door for the bunch. Theyre very nice guys, but nowadays you really cant open your door in SoCal for just anyone.We would definitely recommend using Green Lite! We plan to use them once we are ready to replace our front door.

We had all of the interior doors replaced in our home. Joshua Fitzgerald came out & measured, he was very personable. He gave us a reasonable quote. The installation was done by Rick & Matt, it took them 3 days & they were so great. They came on time(which is a big thing for me) & were very nice. Ive used Green lite now twice, first time was for my entry door which came out beautiful. Then I had them come out to replace my windows. Local Riverside business that does quality work. Honestly the best part are Rick and Matt they have me laughing the whole time theyre installing, just good honest people that have your best interest at heart.

Josh and his team were great!! Josh came for his initial measurements and estimate and was prompt and able to answer all our questions. Door was ordered and appointment set for instal. The install team called when they were about 30 minutes away. They arrived and immediately began work. They were thorough and completed the job with masks on (covid-19). They made sure we could operate lock on door and cleaned up all mess before leaving which was MUCH appreciated. Will definitely recommend and be using Green Lite again for future projects.

We bought two sliding glass doors. The sales guy Mark was on time and listened to our needs. Josh made sure to keep me informed of the delivery and installation. We did alot of research ahead of replacing our double doors. We didnt know much about doors, only that we wanted fiberglass. The greenlite estimate was very reasonable and the team was very responsive. We had alot of questions about the process and details of our options. Mark was patient with us while we narrowed down our options, and solidified our choice.Josh was involved in the communications, scheduling and even stopped over in person to take a second measurement, which made us feel comfortable.When it was time for install, Rick and Matt were prompt and professional. The doors turned out amazingly - very high quality and a big upgrade over our old 70s wood doors. Highly recommend

I called Green Lite for a quote. I had several other quotes before I had called them. There pricing was very competitive and their product was much better. My entire experience was very smooth and professional. They did an excellent job installing my windows and slider doors. I have a very clean install. They cleaned up after themselves and put everything back the way it was when they were done. I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend them to anyone needing new windows and or sliding glass doors. BUYER BEWARE!! PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE YOU BUY!!!! I just recently got windows from this company and am very dissatisfied. They did a horrible job, the measurements were wrong and cut into my stucco. It has been a month and windows stink of glue still. Windows were not insulated properly, windows were put crooked, and when coming to fix problem, I get cover ups instead of fixing horrible glue smell. I already have given full payment and is having difficulty getting money back without jumping through hoops. Staff and Josh is very lazy and unprofessional, they cut corners like no other, and try to come back and cover up their mistakes instead of correcting them. One month later, glue is still smelly and has affected my health, my pets, and family. My room with slider can not be used and it’s been a month.My shutters were put wrong and crooked. They even left the holes without stuccoing them. They themselves admitted to cutting corners, because they say that they make a business of flipping houses and they do not care about keeping water and bugs out like they claim. I have to go to another window company and start all over because no other company will touch or guarantee this companys messy job. Every time this company makes appointments, they keep rescheduling because their social lives are more important than keeping their customers happy.I have had windows before with another company and had a beautiful experience. This Green Lite Company is a nightmare!!!!!

We paid around $11,000 for a new front door and french doors for our patio from Green Lite in Aug 2015. Biggest mistake we made, the doors come in and were installed, the french doors have wiggled since day one because as the installer says it need a new piece on the lock slider. No problem we will come back and fix it. Never seen them again or get a phone call. The $ 6000.00 front door is bowing in making it hard to lock and they said the manufacture says that is normal (Fiberglass Door) but they will contact them for us. We have been waiting since Aug 2015 for a phone call saying when their painter is coming out to do the touch-up work. I called in November and they couldnt even find our paperwork. They got their money and ran. Horrible customer service especially the owner who knows nothing of what is going on with our doors. Stay clear of them there are a lot of honest companies out there that want to stand be hide their work but NOT Green Lite. All I can say is buyer beware
