Very pleased with my new door. It took forever to get the door (which they told me to expect upon ordering). Good quality, good insulation and excellent installation work. COVID did not improve the production time for the door, but so pleased with result. Carlos and Mario thank you so much.

Extremely happy with my new doors!Great customer service from the first time I called and didnt get an answering machine until the end of the installation. Carlos (I believe that is his name) came out to give me the estimate and was prompt and very well prepared. I love the fact that he didnt try to upsell me anything. He said my door would be installed the following week but actually they had a cancellation and it was installed 3 days from the first appointment.The installation went very smoothly, excellent workmanship. They never completed the job.that we agreed to and the job that was completed took an extremely long time. We left multiple messages and sent many text messages without receiving responses. Very dissatisfied and disappointed and cannot trust this company

Horrible experience with this company!!!! Three months to get the door, then they dont finish and promise to come back the next week. They never call to schedule and I have to repeatedly call them. Several missed appointments and excuses. They FINALLY show up after three weeks and never once apologize, just a bunch of excuses. I know that things happen but at least follow up with a phone call. I should not have to repeatedly call YOU. How do they even stay in business with such horrible service???

Not true to their word . Two weeks has turned into two months and still have no vision of the end .

I agree with Tony Martin. They are not professional. I placed an order for solid Mahogany double entry doors, and one door was darker in color. I mentioned that I do not want the door because staining them will not have the same color. I asked them to replace one door, but they wouldnt. Also, their installation has a lot of problems.
