We searched high and low for the best place to take and sell some vintage jewelry...along with a few sentimental gold/diamond pieces.Kimberly was our appraiser and she was a complete delight! She helped my Mom with a gentleness that was a pleasant surprise. My Mom was at ease through the necessity of selling her gold for her retirement fund.The office is elegant, cool and comfortable. There was plenty of space to roll my Mom’s wheelchair right up to the desk for analysis. You will NOT be disappointed by putting your trust in Riverside’s Crown Gold Exchange!

I went to here because I have heard they are the best, and when I looked at the reviews I thought I would see for myself. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see how nice and professional this business looked. I really thought it was going to be more like a pawn store but it was very nice. I was greeted by Michelle. I was very impressed how nice she was and loved how she had explained everything to me into full detail. I have never sold gold before so wasnt sure what to expect. I was amazed how much my gold was worth considering it was all broken junk. Michelle even told me I could shop around and they would still beat anyones price. So I did go a couple other places just to make sure and she was right they do pay the highest. If your looking for the best price I would come here, on top of professional friendly staff.

AAA Gold is a wonderful place! I took in sterling candlesticks that I inherited from grandparents and could not believe how much I received for these pieces. Michelle explained how they test silver, how they buy silver and paid me more than I could have asked for. She was even kind enough to offer me a bottle of water during the process. This place was a little difficult to find because I was expecting some big store front like other cash for gold stores I have seen. This one was in a private office right above the US bank, but now it makes sense why. The guy explained to me that theyre an actual gold refinery. Which was a win win for me. I got to enjoy the privacy of an office with my own personal gold buyer and got refinery direct pricing! I am very glad I spent the time finding the place and I got more cash in my pocket because of it. Awesome place!

I never exchanged Gold before and I was doubtful that they would pay me what it was worth, but the very competent and accommodating Michelle explained everything to me very clearly. This place was fast and easy. After hearing all the cash for gold horror stories I did my research and found a place I could trust and someone that was honest. Their pricing was very high considering what I expected. They paid me $900 on my grandpas 10 karat gold chain. I didnt expect anywhere close to that. Very happy customer!

Ive been selling my gold coins here for years. They are always upfront with their pricing and very professional. Ive had bad experiences with other gold buyers out there, but Ian and the staff at this location are really wonderful to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Not a good place to sell exclusive diamonds! Sent me to Redlands store (same outfit) Offered $4,000 for a $47,000 flawless diamond! Be Ware, read this: Offered them a Platinum Tiffany Engagement Ring Solitaire with 2.17 carat, Round Brilliant, SI2, F, Ideal Cut diamond, purchased from De Beers in 2004. This is an exclusive diamond, very rare in quality and brilliance. I had the official US Treasury appraisal with me but I did not show it to the guy before, just curious what hell say about the diamond. He looked on it, extensively, kept on texting someone, and then looked again. After 10 minutes he offered $4,000 for a De Beers diamond appraised at $47,000 in 2005. He then up the offer to $6,000. When I showed him the appraisal he asked me to wait and called his boss in Riverside, who came back with $8,000 offer. I left. I sold the ring to a jewelry place in San Gabriel for $38,000 a week later. You should do the same, try selling to retail jeweler first.

My wife had been harping on me to get rid of this old jewelry she has had from the 60s. it was all so old and awful looking. i didnt think there was a chance in heck it would be worth anything at all. either way after months of her on my back she got me to come in to a store to sell the junk and boy was she right. i didnt have a clue that gold prices going up meant that gold jewelry was valuable too. i suggest anyone go through their junk drawers to see if they are sitting on a gold mine.

I looked around for a long time and AAA gave me, by far, the best offer I could find. I was attended by Mimi and the service was g-g-g-g-grrrreat! I got a lot of extra cash from my ex-wifes old jewelry that I can now use to go pop some bottles at the club, or for my kids college fund, only time will tell.

Justine is very nice and helpful in explaining how they get the correct value of the gold and how they pay for each item.

Although the staff was friendly, the prices offered for my gold and diamonds were far below fair market value. nothing more, than a glorified pawn shop with the main difference being a pawn shop gives you the opportunity to buy your items back.

The store was very nice and Giovanni was very informative and very helpful.
