I love shopping here. The lines aren’t long at all the times I’ve gone here. They have usually everything I’m looking for along with good quality. I LOVE their Sushi! And I also love that they open early.

This store is located inside the Riverside Plaza and has been there for decades. It is not a very big store but it is very clean and organized. Convenient location.

Nice clean store with a good variety of products. Large Service Deli with great sandwiches and sushi made fresh daily. Having a Starbucks inside is always a plus.

I always Like going here, all the employees are really very nice and always very helpful, Vons is a very nice store always clean always very well-stocked they are a little bit expensive but well worth the price, and definitely visit their meat department it is top notch beef, pork, chicken, and the seafood has always been fresh and delicious.

I saw on Vons app that a product I am looking is available so I drove 20 minutes to the Riverside Plaza location. I approached the meat counter after unable to find the product and told that the store is out of stock. I checked Vons app once again and it shows that the store has it in stock. I went up to the manager and asked her to help me find the product and told her that Vons app shows that the store has it in inventory. She first told me that I am looking at the wrong store. I assured her that I was not mistaken the store location. Then, she walked me to the aisle where the product would be and told me, I have been working here since 2004 and I have never seen or heard of the product you are looking for. Does she really knows every single product amongst the hundreds of products Vons carries?, I thought. Then, I used the app to order to product and see if this store is actually out of stock. Hours later, I received a phone call asking me if I actually want to pick up the product or want a refund. I told the clerk that I will pick it up, because I needed it; otherwise, I would not order it. When I arrived to pick it up, I was handed one item when I had ordered 3. No notification in the call or on the app that my order consisted of less quantity. I asked the online order delivery clerk, she said that she would check. 10 minutes later, she returned and told me that they could only partially fulfill my order, 1 out of 3. I had to ask her if Vons would adjust the charge of my order. She confirmed. This will be the last time that I would shop at this store, because of its customer service. I had shopped at this store before and spent lots of money here, but I will not return to shop at this location due to the lack of care to its customer, especially minority customers like myself.

Im a regular customer at the Vons at the plaza and I was so upset to hear the manager laugh after an employee told him she was threatened by a guest. It is absolutely disgusting that a manager would laugh after his employee is shaking in fear after her life being threatened. He needs to care more for his employees safety!

I like shopping there. The prices for some of the products are a little high but they also have some products that are on sale or that no one else has. Its a popular store in the neighborhood so I tend to go in the morning or later in the evening when its not as crowded.

My absolute favorite in Riverside. I love the $5 Fridays and pharmacy is top notch. Te deli makes the greatest subs always fresh not to mention the CHILI. People and cashiers are EXTREMELY helpful as Im disabled and son need assistance.

Love love love my Vons. All the people are so friendly, & very helpful. You cant get better produce, in my opinion, & it always has great flavor, not rotten in the middle from being frozen on the way from foreign countries. You may pay a little bit more for produce unless you shop the leaders, (sales), like I do but you do get what you pay for. But I save a ton of money with their coupons and their five for five deals. the rewards program is great, and you can get free food, or save a lot on your gas purchases at the pump. Up to a dollar a gallon off. I used to absolutely love their chicken, but lately it seems all their fried Chicken is old, cold, and dried out. Apparently they have a hard time keeping more than one deep fryer operating. I say its time to replace them and get on with it or just quit selling chicken. Their wings still seem to be pretty good if you can get them just when they come out.

Pretty over priced items but not sure because its a Vons or they have higher quality items than other items but still over priced. A sack of lemons were almost $6 and each lemon was .80 cents each. We were going to buy more stuff but decided to go to another place.

I went in Vons for the great 5 items deals, They had some good items mix or match that were definitely must haves, to stock up on . As well as some meat specials that I couldnt pass up

Im giving it a 4 1/2 🌟 only because there wasnt 1 person on the sales floor to help with my needs. We did find rhubarb which was awesome and cant seem to find else ware. Bakery girl was helpful when I asked where to find cream cheese. And your front end line control lady was awesome. Shopped @ or around 10am 6/2/2020

I noticed a lot more younger staff as cashiers who have absolutely no people skills. Thats what cashiers are known for, usually a friendly greet, or have a nice day. Especially at Vons. Please, if Im paying for your high prices, hold your staff accountable, dont allow them to act like they can do whatever they want! I really hope someone is thinking with the right head.

This Vons has StarB, U.S. Bank, a dry cleaners and a service desk with helpful people, Western Union that is open 90% of the time. Its close to Trader Joes, Chipotle, California Pizza, and a good Mexican Restaurant. Citi Bank, Chase Bank, bike store, Chik fillet, Sees Candy, El Pollo Loco and Wendys are close by. If you are on a bicycle, ride carefully...because this place can be rather congested at times.

I go here for the items I cannot find at trader joes. Its location just across the parking lot makes this super convenient.The prices are usually not great. If youre a vons member, they have some deals, but its still pretty pricey.On the flip side, they have a large variety of things from cookware to vegetarian entrees.

Peruse the weekly ads and use your Vons Club card for civilized prices.On the occasion that we shop at Vons, it is generally due to their sales and items unavailable through common retailers.We have noted that Costcos beef pricing is considerably less expensive for the same cut and grade than that of Vons retail price.Vons decor and store atmosphere is avant-garde when compared to other grocery retailers. Perhaps this justifies their inflation of retail prices? You be the judge.

Ive been shopping there for years. The management and employees and staff are great and helpful. Been shopping there sense the old Vons.I especially like one thats been very help and shes new there.
