It seems each time I go to this Smart & Final Extra, theres fewer employees working the front of the store than the previous visit. Extra what?

Was really good, but its always good everytime i shop there.

My husband couldnt get everything we needed because a lot of them were not wearing masks properly (masks under their nose). It made the shopping trip uncomfortable that made him leave in a hurry. He was only able to get one thing. Was supposed to get a few more items. The manager or employee didnt make sure customers were wearing them properly.

The staff is very courteous and helping. Due to Covid19 they are taking the best measures for its customers and their employees. Risking their own health by keeping the stores open and keeping the prices low during the epidemic shows their dedication to the communities.

Great selection of food products. Comparable to Costco, in terms of price, but without the crowds and long lines. Always walked by the store except this one particular time. So glad I walked in. One last word, Costco does have a superior selection of meats and baked goods.

Smart & final Tyler ave Riverside CA, bad customer service, shopping cart outside everywhere in the parking lot, cashier ugly actitud 👎I wont comeback never again, plus very nasty in the entrance not good for seniors to go in the store👎

I come here for work and personal. The staff is great they are so helpful and kind. Even when they deal with such rude costumers the staff always manage to stay up beat and with a smile.

I used to go there all the time today I return but the veggie Section was really bad, the veggie didnt look fresh, it had a funny smell like the refrigerator was not working, so disappointed the line did move very fast, they dont let you wait in line too much

Always a friendly and helpful staff. On a Tuesday I had a little incident when my nearly 4 year old slipped out of the shopping cart. The staff was very helpful and checking to make sure all was ok. Even giving him and his sister that was not involved a couple of ice creams. Thank you Niki for your support and the ice cream.

Good place to stock up on everyday groceries like produce, milk, meat, eggs, bread and related or non-related items.You can buy as few things as you like, or you can buy extra if you wish. Helpful and skillful staff of employees operating a real choice store. Great management too. Absolutely the best.

A Smart and Final with all the bulk and restuarant supplies. It has expanded produce and dairy sections. Also, more products in smaller household sizes. The selection of products is larger than the usual S&F stores.

Well maintained store with friendly helpful staff. They have meat cutters on location however they dont have a service bakery that some stores do. Less temptation.

Not the worst place to shop its always very clean but I do feel that alot of smart & finals have much more deals! The produce, dairy and meat is usually overpriced at this location and they dont have much sales on the meat like other locations . I have paid 4$ for 5 tomatoes! here and 4.50 for 1 gallon of milk.

Everything was fine. Sevice, checkout, everything. Its been a while since Ive shooped here, and its going to be a while for the same reason. Their handicap carts suck. I hate being trapped in the middle of the store when the charge goes out.

Cashier was very slow. It took over 17mins for just us 3 customers, because he kept talking to everyone! Like, life story stuff.

Its a great place to shop especially when you need larger quantities for occasions God Blessed us with Smart n Final its so nice to have it close to our home

I bought salmon today and cooked, I think it is a bad/spoiled fish after I ate a portion of the fish I suddenly taste different my tongue and lips become itchy and swollen. The store manager should check their meat and fish temperature or should be careful with the seafood still ok before selling it, it’s 12:32 AM and I can’t sleep and I have a hard time breathing, I will have to go to the hospital if persist in few hours..I will have to contact the health department asap.

Service manager was very rude and couldnt help me because she didnt have her glasses and cant read. She didnt allow me to ask her a simple question regarding their rotisserie chicken deal. Frankly I was appalled at her lack of manners specially since shes significantly older and a service manager.

BARF UP THE MEAT IS ALL DYED RED IN THE DEPARTMENT. Gross I will never buy meat here again I knew it looked a little funny like red dyed very thin and Im still burping up that garbage. I placed the plastic tray it came into the trash and it smelled like rotten meat the next day. Youve been warned dont waste your money drive down to Stater Bros.

A little crowded with the stocking of products done during the middle of the day. I like to get specific items from there and good prices on what I get.

One lane open at 7:30 tonight, so everyone has to use that one...even people with a lot of stuff. Dumb. I was the 10th person in line and I had one thing to buy. All of a sudden a mgr (male, salt ppr hair) sneakily opens his line on the other side of the store, without pulling from the original line, never turns his lane light on. Finishes checking out half the store as I am finally up to check out and its the cashiers break time. He takes over which wastes another minute of my time bringing my wait time to 11 minutes...he apologized and said he was sorry he didnt know there was a line. Well that is your job! I bought my bottle of vodka for the party Im going to, promised him bad reviews online as I left. Got home and he left the security device on it either on purpose for me being salty or just cuz hes dumb. I got to go back there again! How hard is it? I knew better then to stop in here..we stopped shopping here 6 months ago because there is ALWAYS lines, no cashiers. Next time I will trust my gut and although Staters is further, I will go there where the store is appropriately ran and, managed. High school diploma optional for a management job here, all should apply.

Prices are great if youre buying in bulk but if youre buying regular size then youre not saving money

Ck out was extremely slow and manager had no customer service would not even hand me my items to put in my basket. Just not impressed with her at all. Bought a dual pack special of Kraft Mexican cheese and when I got home the cheese was no good. Had sat out somewhere. Not going back to this one for awhile.

I sampled here, it went good sampling but the store manager was rude when I was asking a simple question. That is why Im rating 4 stars
