Rio Ranch is a nice market. Great bakery, very good fresh food offerings and fresh made tortillas make an all around experience. Market is clean and staff is friendly & helpful.

Its an alright little neighborhood market. When you first walk in they are making fresh tortillas and cakes and pies. To the right they have hot food you can buy. Not sure if its good havent tried yet .

I Love the caldo de rez from here its likes if its was made at home.

Stopped for their Wednesday 5.99 burrito special, tried one chicken, one Chile relleno and some guacamole. Food flavor is bland and the horchata drink is too sweet, good value, though.

The employees block the already reduced produce isles. The deli food looks delicious but chicharrones are way too salty. The salsas are great. The meat dept. has all the cuts stater bros. doesnt.

Great prices, love the bakery, the deli food is great, but the only department that is quick is in this store is the meat dept. It is painfully slow to order food here or get cashed out.I went to the deli dept to order pizza, waited in line for about 10 minutes (understandable). When i finally get to the front of the line the workers all look at me and carry on a conversation for about 2 minutes before anyone decides to ask me if i have been helped.The cashiers take a very long time and as of recent i had my cashier be on the phone while cashing me out. Everything was scanned at a snails pace. I went to get a few items and spent an hour in here.Be prepared to be here a while.Other than that i really like this store

Ive only been there a handful of times, I mean this fits right in this neighborhood and everything, Id say not too bad however the other day I asked for some chicharron in salsa verde In the kitchen there, I did not eat it till I got home, thats when I realized this was not edible and it was hell of salty so I called the manager and told him but I still had to throw it away....

Fruit is fresh, meat looks very good and prices were a good deal.

Its a well stocked market but doesnt have La Banderita Yellow Corn Tortillas that I have been searching for locally.

Love Rio Ranch. I love the fact that they are employing more English and Spanish speaking persons. I am proud of my heritage as I am mixed Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and native but there are some customers that don’t speak very good Spanish, Sorry .Thank you thank you Rio ❤️❤️

We bought a cake & it had rotten strawberries we did not see them until we got into the car they tried to decorate the strawberries so you wouldn’t be able to see them they have mold already on them . I’m guessing they like to use old produce so they won’t go to waste . We returned the cake but never again are we going to buy cakes from here please check your produce . And do mind this cake was one of the ones from the bunch that looked better .. I can just imagine .

Their meat is not a good quality, their bread was normally good but lately it seems like they have 1-2 day old bread; Not as fresh as a year ago. They have good special on fruits and other groceries every week.

Great super market with lots to choose from with a butcher shop, express food market to get delicious burritos from and a cake shop with a bunch of marvelous yummy pastries to satisfy that sweet tooth!

If you are not Hispanic you are not treated well at all. This store is expensive, but is right next door to my apt. But they are not very accommodating to many of the residents that have not other choice but to shop there. Be careful to check dates and look for food flys in dry goods. There was a time I bought a chocolate bar was old and white, they would not take it back. Just be very selective on what you buy.

To crowded no room in isles. Really cant go around without being close to people because there is no room. The service where you get hot food the ladies have attitude when theyre taking your order. They also need more cashiers.

Great store, I go there for the bread rolls that are baked fresh everyday, their fruits and vegetables are fresh and wholesome, they have a variety of cakes. I like that you can buy food to go which is very good and tasty.

Mexican store with fresh tortillas everyday, fresh vegetables at good price. The meat are good but you have to eat the day you buy, no preservatives on it. Cashiers are nice and bilingual. Dont be shy, take a look and get your stuff with low price, they are happy when see new people at the store.

This review rating is based entirley off the kitchen staff. Used to love getting hot food here, but they are increasingly lowering the quality of the food, as well as lowering the quality of customer service. Rude and also liars. Some of those ladies are really nice though.

There hot food is always really good. They have the best beans!! Except for one time, they tasted different. Im guessing the person that makes the beans was on vacation cause I went again and they were back to normal. I also bought some hot food for my sons birthday and it was amazing!!! Thank you. The cashiers are really slow though. Speed it up ladies!!

I have been going to this grocery store and will continue to do so in the future. Today I had a bad confrontation with the acting manager at the time. There are some peanuts I buy and this day in particular they were being advertised in a rack with two prices 59 cents and 3 for 99 cents. I asked for a price check and they came out to be 99 cents each. I asked why they were two different wrong prices and the manager said one of his employees put them up. He then added that he will not be honoring the price that was posted. He removed the 59 cents price and I asked what about the 3 for 99 cents and he said he will change it later in a rude smug tone of voice and left. He actually left it up and that is against the law to knowingly advertise a false price. He did it himself!! I took pictures and will be reporting to corporate.

On certain days, the produce price and quality is really good. Staff by produce very friendly. No one to help in the meat department. Otherwise a little pricey and you have to bag things yourself. Customer service at the register sucked.

The bakery is a work of art, and a taste temptation for the buds. When I walk in the market, I am overcome by the delightful smells coming out of the ovens. It is worth it just to go for the goodies.

I Hate Coming Here Sometimes, Just Because I Dont Speak Spanish, Because Im Native Indian Not Mexican; So Yes I Am Coppered Skin, Doesnt Mean I Speak Spanish...They All Look At Each Other and Make Little Jokes and Hold Back Their Laughter..It Took Like 10 Minutes To Find Someone Who Spoke English, To Find What I Had Ordered From Phone...Other Then That, I Had Bought Tamales, Which Were Pretty Good.

Tried to return a defective broken glass bottle of picante and I ran into a nasty attitude by a short obese and unhappy lady acting as a manager who apparently made no common sense or logic about the item I had a receipt for and instead said things to escalate the encounter until a gentleman in management intervened. How does a market serve a community with such bad policy and get away with it. I went in there with a friendly attitude. Unacceptable.

Good selection, fair prices. Dont expect the same selection as you would from Vons or Stater Bros., but it does have foods you wouldnt find at those places.

This is the closest Mexican market to me their prices are not that bad sometimes they can get a little high I guess it depends on what is in season they have an actual kitchen where they do make food you come in on the weekends they make menudo be sure to get there early because it is gone bye 12 p.m. they also make other food and have a special for tacos on Tuesday super quick and easy if you need a lot of food for a lot of people to just come in and buy it already pre-made

IThe 1$ Tacos on Tuesday were amazing I offered some to young man outside who was begging for money he denied my food and start acting like he was retarded I went to my car drove back around and suddenly he wawell again and was able to keep on asking for money !!! Sad how they allow young lazy drug addicts when there are needy people who really do keed help!!!

When hear for the first time to use the utility bill paying service, arrived at about 11:45 but found out service wasnt available before noon. This was not a problem as I wanted to check out the facility anyway. First and foremost I found the store to be neat, clean, tidy and well-stocked! The produce section had in abundance of variety and well-stocked. The only problem that I encountered was with the utility bill payment Service, First the young lady that was working there arrived five minutes late and once she began it took a minimum of 5 to 8 minutes per customer and the line was out the door. This alone added 45 minutes of downtime as I wait to get through the line! I saw the manager look into the office and see that his employee was not there but he did little or nothing to rectify the problem, after she arrived I noticed that she also had additional duties of being like the head cashier which pulled her away from doing the utility service, this is absolutely ridiculous! Management should have stepped in and at least field in until his employer arrived or had somebody assigned to do the job, only thinking.

Being shopping here ever since I lived here at jurupa. I was even there when the store open never in my life have I felt a thieves because I was wearing my Baby backpack. Security was judging me and pointing fingers saying I was stealing that I have yo put my bag in the front. No cuz I have important baby things like milk,diapers toys and my wallet. Am really am not happy about this consumer service I got, am very disappointed.
