Sprouts Natural Foods Markets have a good selection of organic fruits and vegetables at affordable prices. They also have an organic bread selection that is larger than any other markets I have shopped at. Frozen foods and organic vegan ice cream and desserts complete my dietary needs. Five Stars!

A good counterpart to Trader Joes: more expensive but has a far larger selection of items.The staff can be very helpful -- however, this last visit, a few times they forgot the 10/5 Rule of hospitality: at 10 feet make eye contact and smile; at 5 feet say hello, if the customer engages continued eye contact: ask him/her if you can assist them.Sprouts is more expensive than some other stores so exceptional service should be of a very high priority.Their produce is outstanding as well as their bulk items, nuts, candies and dried fruits. Coffee and tea, as well as nutritional supplements are copious in variety.The store is great BUT a customer shouldnt stand looking at two employees talking to each other, then have to be directed by ANOTHER customer to help the customer who was patiently waiting for service.

Second time I buy a rosstisier chicken and its undercooked. I have to cook it here at home which I shouldnt have to. Be careful cook them right. Plus one more thing. WHY IS EVERYONE IN THE STORE SO RUDE AND ALWAYS IN A BAD MOOD. If you dont like to work with the public Yall are in the wrong business. We are your paycheck Your customers. So guess what? Start being nice!!!

This was my first time shopping at a Sprouts Market. I went here because my granddaughter has allergies to dairy, wheat as well as several others. I wanted to get her some food that she could eat & foods she could enjoy like ice cream, cheese,bread,pizza etc. I was able to find so many items at this store. It was a bit pricey but her smiles & the happiness of eating ice cream bars covered with chocolate was worth the price!!

A very nice woman helped me find what I needed in vitamins dept. Its hard for me to see. She was very patient with me. Great experience at this store. Lupe 😊

Sprouts remains my go to place for much of what I use to cook with. I especially like the bulk items. Its my source for steel cut oats and various dried fruits.

I love Sprouts in Riverside on Alessandro. I just wish there was another one closer to my area in Riverside. That area would be by the Auto center off the 91. Anyway... I love the fact that there are so many apple choices! They carry such a large variety. Its nice to have a large choice & an approximate taste sign. The fruit & vegtable selection is always kept fresh & clean. I also really like the bins of nuts, candy, etc.

Some of the produce was unsatisfactory. The staff was helpful though, and brought out better from the back room. The cut fruit (cantaloupe) in the plastic container was BAD. The fruit was not ripe, but the juice in the container was fermented. 😞

Love this store. The selection is better than a lot of other options. My only issue is that the regular ice cream selection is sub par. Theyve got tons of non-dairy options but very few dairy options.

My absolute favorite market as of the date of this review (4/23/2017). This market is packed with the all natural food options, grass-fed meats, and a huge organic selection.The cheeses here are fantastic and there are so many different and imported kinds, it is great for the cheese lover.This is much larger than your average trader Joes market, but smaller than your average WinCo.This place has a bulk section, where you fill a bag with your item and pay by weight.There is an awesome dairy section, and yogurt section, as well as Pro biotic drinks galore.The vegetables and fruits seem to be always fresh and have organic options.This market is worth checking out.

Store is a little small by large box store standards. Isles r small. Two carts will not fit in many isles here. Prices r high 4 products sold here. Now positive. Produce department is very good. Especially 4 organic products. Specifically products u will not find anywhere else. Personal alittle snooty, still 1st time shopping here. I will b back.

Some realy great produce an meat counter.

New to Moreno Valley and decided to live a healthier lifestyle. This is the first Sprouts I have ever stepped foot in and I had a very unique experience that no other markets can match. Within the minute I found an employee, Rodger and I asked him for information on what Sprouts has to offer. He guided me through the market and gave a brief but very well explanation of what the market is about along with what each section has. Every question I had was answered by him. His cashier friend who I believe is known as Charlie or Charles was also helpful with how my purchases benefitted me and how I can cook them (because before that morning, I have never cooked something up for myself). I will definitely continue to shop here.

I live alone. But love turkey during holidays, Sprouts Riverside was the only place I found I could buy half turkey breasts,along with thighs and drumsticks.I cook it just like a regular whole bird, butter under skin salt pepper..it was delish! Since Thanksgiving Ive gone back and bought another!

I love Sprouts . Wellness vitamin department is well organized and great quality. I also like to check out their aisles for products like water chest nuts and baby corn . I couldnt find that at Vons. Love that they carry these items . For cold winter days in addition into the soup.

I wish this store was in Perris instead of only Riverside or Temecula. I probably spend less at this place now since its 13 miles away in Riverside..if it was 4 miles away, Id go more often

Very expensive but for good reason. Everything is extremely verified and all kinds of ways healthy. No question about the quality. Employees are snobs. Not all of them but one apple spoils the barrel. One crack will shatter a new windshield. The atmosphere is thick with healthy vibes and smart eating habits. Still hard to smother the snooty characters present though.

Reviewing soley for the experience with a sweet young lady in the vitamin department. She was extremely knowledgeable on just about every single aspect of the vitamins. I also noticed that she served everyone in the order received. Someone tried to interrupt us and the employee (I didn’t catch her name) was extremely polite and professional and helped me resolve the question before jumping to the next customer. That’s superb customer service skills!!! Well done! Her knowledge in all things vitamins made me think she was studying to be a doctor - either that or she really studies! And for that I trusted her even more and bought all the products I was looking for! Thanks!

An employee who work there was rude and told us if we did not like the prices there that This wasnt STATER BROTHERS market. Where we dont do markdowns CHEAP PRICES. A Latin guy in his 30s I was really affended . WE ARE SENIORSNever had such a bad experience in this store till I ran into this guy . Just asking for a price check .

Always a great variety to try some new things along with the main weekly staples. Great for fresh produce and meat. Better at social distance protocols and sanitizing than some other options in Riverside.
