I had a free hearing test as a courtesy, the place is clean, they make you feel very comfortable, they are very professional. This is the best place for ear items in Riverside. There is always a different hearing aid person here. For the amount of money I spent, I expect better from Miracle-Ear. The specialist I had before was great. And if not for him, I would had gone elsewhere. But he is now gone and the quality of care has dropped significantly. Service was much better in the past. The last time I was here a man who must of been a manager or maybe the owner said what he thought was a joke. But I felt it was very rude and unwelcoming.

I asked for a price range for the hearing aids and they said they didnt have one but I could make a free appointment to get a hearing test. After the hearing test they showed me a chart that had their prices thats what Id ask for the week before. They were not honest about having the chart of the prices of the hearing aids

My Father purchased hearing aids from this location. He has been to countless places around the area. Costco, Connect, HearUSA.And none of them have been able to help him hear. But the provider Juan took his time with dad. And explain everything to him in a matter he would understand. Dad went ahead with the recommendation and we couldn’t be happier. Dad can take part of conversations again and connect with family. He seem very depressed before, thinking nothing could be done for him. Glad we tried Miracle-Ear. He’s back to his old self again! The technology is great here. State of the art test equipment from what I saw. And they even verified that the aids are helping him hear with something called a REM. Never had seen any of the other places do that. Highly recommend to see Juan and get you ears taken care of A+++

Overpriced outfit. Can’t believe they charge up to $11,000 then offer you a “discount” to bring the price down to $9000. Trust me save your money. If you shop around you’ll find better hearing aids for half the cost. In shopping around I have found out that Miracle-Ear doesn’t even make their own hearing aids. They are just a reseller of rebranded Signia. I got even better technology at half the price by shopping around, ended up at HearUSA. My recommendation is do your research before seeing these snake oil salesmen.

Juan has been great, He even set up my iPhone to work with a app that helps me control the hearing aids. Best service and people in town!

To everyone be careful with this place in Riverside County we had insurance on hearing aids my friend went without me and they charged her almost $500 to clean her your hearing aid. I would try Costco or another place before them
