Gregg took my call on a Saturday and helped us with a simple fix for my mom’s hearing aid. He called us back immediately and he was so helpful. Highly recommend!

My elderly mother has been coming to the Riverside Hearing Aid Center for 7+ years. Since I moved down to live with her, I have noticed how kind, personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating Gregg Richardson (owner) is whenever Mom has needed him to fix her broken hearing aid. When we expressed frustration at the batteries not seeming to last (even though he would supply extras), Gregg suggested rechargeble hearing aids. They were a little more money because of the technology, but they were still small, easy to use, attractive and no batteries!!When Mom recently lost one of her new hearing aids, Gregg said to wait a day to see if it turns up before ordering a replacement. He even helped me search my car to see if it had fallen somewhere. Unfortunately, we ended up having to order a replacement, but Gregg made it easy and we got it in 5 biz days, even with the Thanksgiving holiday!We really appreciate Gregg and the Hearing Aid Center and would recommend him.
