Paint and painting supplies geared towards the professional painter. Very friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgeable and willing to help you solve your painting issues. A very nice service is that they will mix small containers of paint, which gives you the chance to try different colors on the surface that you intend to paint. The samples are reasonably priced and large enough to cover a good sized area.

The staff here are unfriendly and not knowledgeable. I had to wait even longer than it took to mix my paint (with a toddler in toe and 7 months pregnant) because they forgot to bring it out from the back, meanwhile serving 2 other costumers who came in after me while I stood there waiting to inquire what was taking so long. You are better off going to the Moreno Vally store off Day street where the staff are attentive, helpful and friendly.

Place an order over the phone, at the time to pick up the new assistant didnt process my order, she forgot!I had to wait another 45 min to get my paint.Very dissatisfied.

Im Faith quality painting painting contractor... dont leave a lot of reviews but i saw some really bad ones so i wanted to take time to leave one. This is by far one of the best material supplys In Riverside & beyond... been buying paint here for more than 5 years had a few problems but nothing major compared to home depot, vista paints, & sherwin williams. Yeah you might get the ocasional twisty teenager employee but the girl Alicia is the best @ matching paint ive EVER had ... ( been painting almost 15 years yeah no joke!) & most of the employee / managers are really good. If you dont want to wait so long then dont be dumb & call your paint in, you cant expect to get your paint quick if theres 5 people ahead of you waiting for paint duhhhhhhh! & paint supplys mostly service for contractors so if your a homeowner you have to realize there probably servicing the contractors ahead of you. Well just wanted to leave my review because this store has been the best ive dealt with so far. Happy painting

Ok here we go, we are giving one star to this store because the paint is fantastic but unfortunately thats it. On Thursday March 10th 2016, we walked in and staff in back office behind a glass with this young lady with blonde hair that had a look that can only be described as eating a sour lemon looking at us like customers go away. All from behind the glass and we havent had the change to meet yet. Actually, we came before and she looked just as disgusted. The young lady in the front was nice, I guess its because she was new. I gave her my order and later as I noticed sour lemon face looking at me, I asked her is that the manager? She replied yes. I said wow, dont lose your friendly demeanor, or dont let that kind of customer service rub off on you. As we finished our order I asked if they would take my old paint to be recycled, she said, she would have to ask manager. When she did the Manager, I mean sour lemon face came out and told me that my can of old paint didnt have a label on it so she couldnt take it. But she didnt say it nice to me. I replied that the original can had rusted and I have the original lid with store code on it but didnt bring it in And I didnt think they needed it. so okay Ill bring It back. I told her that they had already offered to recycled it for me last month, it had only a half of a pint in the gallon left but okay. She continued stating no and being rude. I asked for her name and she replied Christina it may be her real name because she didnt seem to care if I sent this complaint in, like her uncle owns the business. I hate to give this company my business to receive this terrible service. I would have been fine with them not recycling our old paint if she was polite or kind about it. We will not be back until we receive good service.

Im a pro painter that work with Dunn edwards paints everyday, this paint store is the worst place in the world, they take forever to tint the paint plus a really really bad customer service and I have to mention that I wait on the phone 18 mins to place my order and this same thing happen every time I use this storePlease have a manager that can do his job
