Owner of the store does not wear a mask. He was standing around the entrance messing with the mat when I came in this morning looking for an anniversary gift for my wife. Asked the workers when he left who he was and they said he was the owner of the store! Imagine my shock! Two stars because the workers were amazing and really helped me but unfortunately I will not be coming back.

If you want a relaxed atmosphere and a professional atmosphere but very discreet very discreet the Riverside Tyler store is a place to go I found competent proficient and professional customer service there. Management should promote Lauren for extreme professionalism.
