Pretty cool place. Went there to get my exhaust switched back to the stock one and it was done in about an hour. 30 minutes was waiting for it to cool down to be able to work on it and I’m not sure how long the actual work took but it wasn’t too long. Terry also added some oil and adjusted my front brake so it’s a little more sensitive now because it’s almost time to replace it. That’s was pretty cool of him, and I think he checked out other stuff on my bike too. Cool place and I trust it, I’m glad it’s the closest place to me haha. He also recommended me to try Zorba’s Burgers and the food was so good so it was a pretty fun experience to get my exhaust switched. 5 stars from me.

My insurance company sent my bike to him. He took off my rims so it can roll (back wheel was messed up but front was perfect he took both). Took my cluster and put a broken one with a totally different date code (he didnt realize I was a mechanic I know better) I also have pics of my bike being delivered with it not broken, I also have video of it at the tow yard not broken. Even took my cell phone mount and battery. When asked for the parts he claimed he needed to ask his mechanic, which he the only one that works there. The next week when he was ready he gave me my rims and some parts to hold it that he took as well. Coincidentally there was a customer the there with the same model bike.

Read all of the high ratings on Google and decided to check this place out. Upon entry of the business I was greeted and helped right away. The wait was not long for completion of the service on my bike (approx. 30 min). After the service was completed the mechanic went over everything that was done to my bike. He checked more then just the requested service to ensure my safety while riding. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work and excellent service.

My Buell XB12 has been sputtering when it gets hot, so I took it to CCC for the first time. Terry and I went over the bike, and in addition to the sputtering I also asked him to track down a seep - so 2 issues Im in for. We continued with the aftermarket parts and history of the bike (an accident 5 yrs ago), and he asked me about the catch can and where the water was coming from. My guts raised a red flag at this - I expected he would know how a catch can works. Anyway, I told him probably from the air; and I showed him how to drain out the water and gunk. I handed over $120 for diagnostics - Terry said they would put my bike on the dynamometer, and I emphasized that the engine needed to get hot for a bit to get it sputtering.A couple days later Terry said they couldnt get it to sputter after driving it for a couple hours. I asked for the dyno report, and he said they didnt do it since they noticed the air filter didnt have a good cover - which is true...it has a makeshift cover. So he said they modified the cover, saying it was probably running lean, and that restricting the air would make it run richer. He said he drove it himself for half an hour afterwards, getting the engine hot, and couldnt get it to sputter. I told him that sounds good, and what about the seep. He said they didnt look at it since the sputtering was the priority.I genuinely thanked him and asked if I needed to sign off on the work they did, and he said no I was all set. I thanked him again and walked slowly to my bike, hoping they would stop me and give me some documentation, invoice, anything...nope. I sat there warming up my bike for a few minutes and noted the odometer gain was less than 3 miles.Driving it several miles home, the engine felt richer and cooler; but when it did get hot, it started to sputter. I checked out their modification - it was duct tape for a good seal, covering about half of the K&N air filter, which is fine with me. I called Terry, told him it was running great (my white lie), and he suggested I get a custom air cover...and I know hes right about that.So in the end, I paid $120 for a bare diagnostic, no dyno, some duct tape, and nothing documented. If he offered to run the dyno if I got a proper air cover, I wouldve felt a little better. Im glad they worked out for these other reviewers, but yeah I dont think we were connecting. Terry seems like a cool guy to hang out with though, honestly - hes friendly and charismatic.

I was referred by a friend to come to this shop & in particular she told me to speak with Terry. When I arrived to the shop, Terry was right at the front door & greeted me with a smile and as I always say, smiles really do go a long way. I spoke with him about some things that I wanted to get fixed on my bike before my upcoming track day. He took note, I handed over the key, & a few days later got a call that my bike was ready. Picked her up & everything that I asked to be done was. Looking forward to coming back again!

I bought a bike knowing nothing and got ripped off on Craigslist. I shopped bike shops for a while and wasnt comfortable with a lot of shops customer service and care. I came to Cha Cha Cha and immediately was settled that this was the place for me. Not only did they service my bike but they spent time explaining the different parts and how my bike actually works. Lola, Terry, and Gilbert were great and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Also tell them youre a starving college student and theyll try to help you out aha

I just finished up at this shop. They quoted me the same price for a front q3 plus tire installed as the cheapest one i could find online. I arived whith less then a hour before the shop closed and the mechanic was still able to manage changing my front and rear tire of my r6 within 30 min. Ive never been to a shop where everyone was so helpfull, honest, and professional. Great personalised shop expirience. I will recomend them to anyone that comes my way and will keep them as my main shop.

Terry, the owner, is a really nice guy who tries hard to make sure the customer gets what they need. I ended up here randomly, because chaparral told me they had the sintered race pads I needed for my R1- but when I showed up 2 hours later the computer must have made a mistake because they were not in stock. Very annoying, but typical for chap moto. The dude at the counter there told me about Terrys shop right down the road a few miles, and sure enough- cha cha cha had the brake pads in stock. Awesome. I got to talking with Terry for a little bit, and I like his focus on track prepping bikes, and track-centric product base that he keeps in stock. Seems like prices are not too bad, he cut a few bucks off the total for me so I appreciated that, and anyway I dont mind paying a *little bit* more to support small, local mom-and-pop style MC shops. Would certainly recommend to anyone in the area to stop by and check out his cool store, and if youre trying to find a specific part for your sportbike, give Terry a call, he probably has it in stock.
