Top notch customer service!! I called and spoke with johnny and he answered all my questions patiently. He informed me of specials and got me a great deal. He let me know that the manager from the location I was going tp be using would be calling me. Kimberly called me right away to confirm my reservation. I arrived today and met with Melody to inspect the unit and see the truck I would be able to use. Melody was very delightful and answered all my questions about the lock to use and the insurance I would need to get. The whole experience was so great! I would want to rent a storage unit just to deal with these people!!

My experiences with most storage places has been okay...Tri City Storage has raised the bar into what I now expect from a place I give money to store my extra goods.🚚 I was able to make use of the on site truck saving me big bucks from UHual😀Staff is incredible helpful and nice🏋🔐 Strong locks were made available at a very reasonable price🕸🚫 The grounds are kept clear and in good order⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Due to Kimberly I would rate Tri City Storage 6 stars if I could

Staff is very friendly and courteous. The facility itself is clean, maintained and has an on-site resident. They have a restroom available for those who need one. And the best thing at Tri City Storage is each unit has outdoor access. You know what that means? It means no more hot corridors or undersized elevators.Its a small facility and unfortunately the gate hours end at 645pm. Now I re-wrote this review and adjusted my previous 4 stars to the current 5 stars; and if it wasnt for the gate time this place would be 6 stars.

When I decided to get a storage unit it was late I n the evening, so I reserved a few storage Units in different places... Kimberly the manager oftriCity storage was the only one who called me back In the morning.. so of course I had to go with them becuz of the courtesy call. When I showed up to sign she greeted me at the door she was very polite extremely nice she knew what she was doing the whole process was very quick and super easy. Access to your storage unit Access to your storage unit was awesome you just pull your car right up to the door it was a great experience.. This is the best storage place ever! as soon as i walked in i was greeted with a smile from beginning to end, KIMBERLY was such a understanding & helpful worker! i bothered her with so many questions and concerns and she was so helpful and positive! Staying over closing hours to assure I was completely informed and comfortable. She even checked on us as we were unloading to make sure we were okay with our storage size ! When I originally called to inquire about the storage units, Kimberly was so helpful.On the day I showed up to rent the unit, I was helped by a very nice lady nicknamed Kitty. She took us on a golf-cart ride to see the unit. My grandkids enjoyed the ride!The experience was so smooth, and the prices were the lowest I found close to UCR where my son is a student.Thank you, Ladies, for the great service!!!

I need a storage unit on a Saturday and to my surprise many weren’t open. I was using google maps to find somewhere open. Not only was it open but they had a special. With the unit we got the use of a uhaul. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The added bonus was the pay online feature. It’s surprising how many place don’t offer that in this day and age. So that was really really nice. I would highly recommend tri city storage.

Had a great experience with Kimberly today she was so awesome ! We decided to rent with this storage facility because it’s close to our house. Facility’s are clean and nice .

We got their last minute and the manager was really nice. She took her time with us and was very patient while she showed us some units. Gave us a good price with some flexibility if we desided to change our mind on another unit. She made our day cause i really needed to get a space to store something ASAP.

They have reasonable rates but no real specials going right now since they are nearly full. It is convenient from the 215 freeway in Riverside near the Columbia exit.

They are a very clean and on point. I once was lock in there because the gate was lock and I didnt have to wait till the next morning they had came Nd rescue me right out in no time thanks tricity storage.The staff there are very friendly and caring about there people there no hassle about anything.
