My family and I have been customers of this location for over 10 years. In the last few months we’ve had issues with the customer service provided by some of the new employees. I just recently heard that this business is under new ownership and everyone who worked here for a long time is gone. My interactions with the new owner (I didn’t know she was the new owner at the time) haven’t been the best. I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt since she will probably need time to adjust, but if things don’t get better we’ll have to look for a different place to do business at.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The girl at the counter wasn’t wearing a mask which made me super uncomfortable. I told her it was my first time sending something out & she seemed so annoyed just rolling her eyes the entire time.

Jessica and Jacqueline are efficient, polite and always upbeat, fast service, definitely worth the waits!

I had the best experience with a young lady named Annie. She was so helpful in packing and shipping my returns. She was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with. What a wonderful asset to this store and company.

We have always gotten excellent service from this location. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to go that extra step to help even when they are busy. We are so grateful for the extras we get from them, most importantly, courteous service. They forward our mail, notify us of packages and so many other things. Occasionally, there have been snafus, but I choose not to go there, because the good of this location far outweighs the bad.

I have had a good experience with this UPS store. I was in involved with a project that meant receiving many large packages. They have always been helpful and pleasant.

Stood here for 30 mins after opening time and still locked up. Had to leave without sending my package, wasting my time and money due to missing shipping time range.

I have had a mail box with this UPS Store since 2010. I love that I get text notifications whenever I get mail or a package, I appreciate and look forward to the great customer service and I love that the staff knows me by name. Great place to have my business mail and deliveries handled.

The people at this UPS store are so kind and always giving when it comes to helping you put things together to mail them off or also using their notary service, Jessica and Bree are the best and even though theres mail places closer to me I will drive always to their facility to conduct my business. I highly recommend this UPS store

I walked in there this morning to just drop something off to be shipped and the older woman heard me come and didnt even say hello one moment please. She just kept working on something for about 4 minutes then said what can I help you with. Only reason I go to this cause its closest by my house

Store clearly states it should open at 8am on a Saturday. Someone doesnt get there until 8:15am. So clearly the store really opened at 8:15am. That doesnt help when you have somewhere to be in LA at a certain time.

Good place, very helpful but because of my unfamiliarity with the phrase priority mail, thinking a letter would arrive at its destination within 2 days after paying almost $15.00, I came to understand that it did not mean any such thing, I paid that amount to find out it was not UPS delivering my letter but the USPS and was not delivered until 8 days after paying and leaving it with UPS. I could have saved money by just putting a regular stamp and dropping it in the mail box.

Delivered as expected. But did not get my full order. Not UPS fault at all.

The staff at this establishment are rude and very unhelpful. I would highly recommend the fedex office in Moreno valley. I went to print a few pages and was initially told there was no fee for the computer use and was being charged one at check out. to be charged a computer usage fee just to print paper is unbelievable.
