This place is great it has a little if everything and it’s convenient and good prices. Balloons, themed party supplies. Well the list goes in and on however I didn’t take pictures 😕😕I will edit and add once I go back

Staff is very friendly and helpful once youre able to engage one of them due to under-staffing. Stock and inventory was also extremely low, if not completely out.

Very poor customer service. Treated me like I had stolen merchandise that I wanted to exchange for different color. Lucy sounded rude like we were doing something wrong. Spoke with ginger the next day and she didn’t even really care about what happened or apologize how employees treated us. She said it’s been two years since person pasted away who handled it and about how they can track on reward system that it hasn’t worked. You would think a company would have that taken care of as soon as possible because that’s how they know what customer purchases. People should think twice about shopping at the riverside location and go to party city instead. Their customer support is a lot better and they don’t have excuses about what happened here

I love this place, it doesnt show in the Google, phone number or web site, but I know where it is for years I have bought my kids birthdays supplies, work celebrations decorations and even baking things, you will find things you wont find anywhere else

Need party supplies? This is the place to go. So many party themes and not just for Birthdays. They have costumes, football fans supplies, baby shower and pinatas! The employees are helpful but I wouldnt say theyre super friendly. Some items I do believe they are overpriced. The balloons and balloon bouquets are definitely worth it! If you do get the helium balloons, get high float . It is extra but it helps the balloons last longer.

I love this place he says everything you could possibly want. I drove aproximately 16 miles to get my wife some balloons for her 70th birthday. They are very nice and friendly. Theyre balloon bouquets are always very pretty. They take the extra steps to curl the ribbon making it look nice. My wife loved her bouquet. If you want to do something nice for someone this is the place to look for it. While theyre also picked up some cards while theyre expensive theyre worth it. They have just about any party decoration you can think of.

It was an awesome place and had a little but of everything when it comes to planning your party!

This store has been here, in Riverside, for many decades. Last time I was here was about 7+ years ago and its changed. The layout looks and feels different from the last time I was here. Overall if you need anything party related, this is the place to shop at for a reasonable price.

I like this store alot. They have a nice variety of costumes and different kind of items. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because their prices are always so high. Other than that, I do still recommend this store.

Wow!! What a place. This was my first time at Alin Party Supply and I was very impressed. If you are throwing a party or having any kind of event this is the place to go. If they dont have it then they probably dont make it.

Still the best place for all things party they have such a big variety from showers to birthday to wedding they have something for every event. They also still have an area where you can order wedding invitations. Nice staff and well stocked store has always made this place my first stop for any event.

Love how all along they have practiced social distancing, and have required masks. They even have new disposable masks, and hand sanitizer at the door. They are the ONLY place Ive seen that since the pandemic began. Kudos to them. 👏👏👏

As far as birthday supplies go, the selection is pretty limited. Its a nice size store, but it seems like there is less and less inventory every year. Unfortunately it is the only party store I dont have to go out of my way to get to, so I end up here making due with the few things I have to choose from.

I love this store! Much more helpful than the chains. Plus they give you points for shopping there that become credit Awards. They have a terrific selection of everything that Ive Ever Needed and their prices are reasonable especially compared to the chain that is common. They have a card section that is reasonable and a section with gifts that are oh so wonderful! The employees are helpful and friendly. I would definitely visit them if I were you!

I was there for a short period of time to pick up some balloons for my nephews birthday party and when I walked in I was completely in awe of how large the facility is and all the things they had to offer. The only reason I gave it a 4-star is because I didnt get a chance to fully experience all of their services and see the full place. If you were looking to do event planning, get party supplies, cake decorating, balloon arrangements or whatever they are definitely the place to go to. My sister got a table bouquet that is very lovely for simply $10.

Awesome party supply selection all year round

Great place to get your party supplies. They have a LOT of choices and options. 2 of my favorite things about this store is they have a complete aisle dedicated to serving containers. They are a decent quality at a good price. The 2nd reason is they have a wall of wrapping paper and poster paper that you can buy by the foot. Many choices to choose from.

Over prized!!! Reminds me of Wizards in Moreno Valley/Riverside area. Plus they have pics that draw you in online but when you get there its different. Not that many selection. I rather go to Party City or buy on Amazon

Alin Party Supply has been my go-to party store for nearly twenty-five years. The merchandise options, product quality and customer service never fail to disappoint. I value that they offer a discount for us as teachers! The final aspect of Alin that I absolutely love is that they have long term employees that really know the merchandise. Its nice to walk into the store and know the staff and be able to put confidence in their ability to provide excellent service.

This place can put your whole party together. Themes for kids and adults, party favors, serving dishes, heating elements, wrapping paper, games and rentals such as tables,chairs and decorative pillars or fountains. The prices are not too bad either.

This is a new find for me. So glad I did!!! Fabulous selection of party items!!! Several different party themes to browse and get ideas. Staff is friendly and helpful. Get your senior discount card for more savings.

Its a great place to get party supplies, staff is somewhat helpful, but thats to be expected when you have nothing but youth running the staff. Dont get me wrong, they were helpful but they also seem to be avoiding being asked any questions.

Havent been here in years, but its still just as great & with huge selections of party supplies vs. Party city. Prices arw are reasonable & they carry qualatex balloons. Which is amazing! Definitely worth the drive from Canyom Lake. Especially for the selection of balloons.

Although they have a good selection, dont depend on staff to give you accurate information as to what type of items they have in stock. I drove here because I was specifically told they carry an item when I called and asked, but they dont. 🤷

Always clean and organized. I wished they had a little bit more unicorn decorations but its okay. Great customer service loce the jew rewards program!! Ballons are a little expensive spent $35 on 4 balloons. Should have just settle.for the dollar tree at that price! Employees are very nice.

I had gone to Alin to replace a Mylar balloon for my daughter’s sweet 16th Birthday party... it was the number ”1”... we had ordered it on Amazon and as soon as we blew it up it was leaking helium. So I went to Alin and I bought the one as I was driving back to the house where the party was I was informed the “6” blew away... so back to Alin Party Supply I went to get the number “6” Mylar balloon... I got back to the house and as I was taking the balloons out of the car my finger nail hit the number one and it popped!!! I called the store explain to them I was on my way and if they could please have it ready for me when I got there (as I was already running late and guests were already arriving) Ginger was waiting outside for me with the number one balloon already filled up, walked up to my car before I could even get out...she knew the kind of day I was having and just wanted to make things easier on me. It meant the world, thank you Ginger, and thank you everyone at Alin Party Supply for being so accommodating!

It is nice to have a local store that understands when I was seeking ORANGE & GREEN items for the bake sell and other school events. As for the balloons - I never had any problem staying up because I would have them done on the day of the event - usually a hour before I would have them picked up. I really like this store, I live right by here and havent been in here yet tell recently, they have alot of cute party decorations and stuff if u were having a nice backyard wedding I was really impressed with the selection of stuff they have. I will defentaly be back
