Don’t get your balloons here. They over charge and one of my balloons popped in the car on the way home hitting nothing but the roof of the car,no sharp objects. They wouldn’t exchange it but offered to charge me full price for another one.

The owner helped me with chairs and tables and was super sweet. The service is great and prices were good. Ill be going back again for my next event!

Worst service Ive ever received. When I first inquired a quote, the lady that answered the phone was a sweet heart. I was told it was $168 for a jumper which she asked me to chose, 10 tables, and 80 chairs. I drove 45 miles from LA and paid the amount in full. WORST mistake ever. The day of the party, while the supplies were being dropped off, I walked into the store to get a helium tank for my balloons because I was told over the phone that those were only available for pick up. When I walked in, it was a different lady providing service. As soon as I walked in, I heard her being rude to another customer who was picking up his own supplies. She had me wait for a helium tank of 50 balloons which she did not have available then pulled the victim card of stress and problems. Long story short, she charged me $65 for an opened helium tank of 100 balloons and said hopefully this is enough but well see what happens which makes me believe that she knew that tank was NOT worth the money. So when I get to the place and we turn on the jumper, it is a totally different jumper than I asked for, one of the $6 tables is broken and the helium tank is empty!!! I was only able to blow 1 balloon. I return to the shop with my own balloons. I told the same lady, about the empty tank, the wrong jumper, and the broken table, and she just blamed her delivery worker, no apology not even a phone call to get replacement for the wrong jumper or reimbursement for the broken table. She said she would blow up my balloons and she charged me $31 for 22 small balloons which werent even filled all the way and 2 beer balloons all which my sisters and I had to tie and string with OUR OWN SUPPLIES. My business was not appreciated in this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Answered the phone speaking spanish. When I asked if they had a website so I can see what jumpers they have she answered. Yes I have a jumper for today. I asked again and it seemed she didnt understand the question. In my book as a customer, 3 strikes and your out.
