Caveat emptor, new owners, NOT recommendedWe had to order an item that was out of stock, but we would have to pay in advance. I asked about delivery, the clerk said the owner (she) told them to tell customers that delivery was free in Riverton. I paid by credit card 8/9 in whole. On 9/9 I returned a call that I had missed and the person (Matt Owens) answered (just hello seriously) to say the item was in. I asked if they would be delivering it that day, he said they dont deliver. I told him I was promised free delivery, he said that was wrong. It only applied if I used a Sear CC which was never mentioned by the clerk. Nevertheless, this is breach of contract.I told him we wanted a refund and my wife called him back with info from the receipt and he promised her the credit would show up within 24 hours. More than 48 hours later that hasnt happened yet, I will post if that happens.UPDATE: the purchase was applied to my card as credit. We will find another vendor to make our purchase from. Honestly, if they would have said up front that I would have to pay for shipping it would have been ok with me. My advice is to never EVER do business with folks who bait and switch or take no responsibility for what their employees say or do.
I ordered a refrigerator in September because there was not one on the floor that I wanted. It didnt get in until November, about a month later than was supposed to, (not their fault due to the COVID shortage). When I purchased the refrigerator, I told them I needed it delivered set up and an old fridge taken away. It was all documented on the receipt that it would be delivered, etc. When the fridge came in, I had to call to find out it was here, and then I was told that they do not deliver. I told them that I bought it with the promise that it would be delivered and set up, but they would not budge. I even talked to the manager, and all he could say was Im sorry. I went into the store, to see if we could work it out, and was still told sorry we dont deliver. So Im having to pay an extra charge to have it delivered by an outside repair company. They will not make good on a transaction that should be honored and specifically stated on a receipt. I was told numerous excuses why they wouldnt and couldnt deliver. Weve bought all our appliances from Sears and never had a problem with delivery until they moved and under different management.
We ordered a refrigerator 2 months ago. It was supposed to be here November 2nd, then November 10th. No refrigerator, no update and now no phone number ! What is going on !
Service was good and knowledgeable about appliance but the store is in need of much repair and cleaning.
I bought a new washer here at our home town Sears! I had excellent service and they delivered it set it up and made sure it was set up correct and working took the old away! The young men were very polite also.. Yes I would shop there again!
Wish I could give zero stars. I went in today an hour before they closed to look at purchasing a new fridge and washer and dryer. While I was on the phone and looking at fridges, one of their employees walks up to me and says “you know we closed to two minutes ago”. I said I’m sorry I thought you were open till seven that’s what I saw online. He says “no you were probably looking in Casper.” Google says seven-even their Facebook page (that they run!) says seven. So apparently they were in such a hurry to get out of there that they didn’t want to actually sell anything. They have permanently lost my business because of their rudeness.
I have bought a riding mower, two push mowers, numerous blades and supplies for the over the years as well a weed eater, Upright Freezer and Treadmill...Never Had a Problem...went back to exchange an item and was no problems. They were very helpful and understand what the products they are selling and if they dont they will find out what info you need.

Cant reach them by phone. Ive been trying for a month and call wont go through. They are not very customer friendly. Have an order that is late and they have never called to tell me there is a delay.
